Duplicate subtree in PI 7.1 (EHP1) not working as it did in XI 3.0

Hello,
When I duplicate a subtree with occurrence of 0---Unbounded in PI 7.1 (EHP1), the node gets duplicated but without the occurrence and type in the duplicated node.
When duplicating a subtree with occurrence of 0---Unbounded in XI 3.0, the occurrence and the type would be copied exactly the same to the duplicate node.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have moved a message mapping from XI 3.0 which worked successfully there, but due to this issue, the mapping is failing in PI 7.1.
I have already seen the following which has not helped me.
Note 1340036 - Duplicating a subtree does not change the cardinality
Note 1404364 - Recursive nodes are not rendered correctly after duplication
Note 1371541 - Duplicate subtree is Message Mapping not working properly

Thank you so much. Yes, after doing some more testing, I realize you are correct. Even though we don't see the occurrences, it still works the same.
My problem was actually something different in the mapping which I have resolved now too.

Hi Friends,
I've exported a mapping program(graphical) from XI 3.0 to PI 7.1 as we are upgrading from old version to new one.
The mapping consists of the following target structure:
Item(Occ->0..1) Node
      Err(Occ->0..1)Subnode under Item
             Errtext0(Occ->0..1)Field under Err--->field being duplicated
             Errtext0[1](duplicated field of Errtext0)--->field after duplication
             Errtext0[2]](duplicated field of Errtext0)--->field after duplication
             Errtext0[3]](duplicated field of Errtext0)--->field after duplication
In XI 3.0 when the duplicate fields are populated with values during mapping the fields appear at the target but in PI 7.1 the duplicate fields are not appearing even after values being populated.
One more observation is, In XI 3.0 when I duplicate a field its type(eg: String) and occurrence gets copied or is visible once the field is duplicated but in PI 7.1 the attributes are not visible.
Ultimately only the value of the field being duplicated is occuring after mapping transformation but not the values of duplicated fields.
Please let me know the answer if anyone of you have come across similar problem

We are using PI7.1 EHP1. our issue is, we have create one data type, message type in PI7.1 EHP1.
Now whenever we are using the Message type in message mapping & whenever we are trying to duplicate any of the field using the duplicate subtree option in context menu, it is generating the duplicate subtree field without the occurence and the data type of field.
Now if we will do the mapping for the duplicate field, the field is not coming in the target structure, if we are testing our mapping using test option.
The issue we are facing with Pi7.1 EHP1. we already tried the same in XI3.0and PI7.1 and it is working fine.
could you please suggest if it is any service pack issue or any technical issue with mapping?

Western iso 8859-1 character set is gone, "other (including Western" does not work. Why did you take it out?

Some websites need Western ISO 8859-1 character set to run properly and you have taken it away in favour of "other(including Western)", now the site does not work properly. Why did you take it out and can you please put it back.

ISO-8859-1 and Windows-1252 should be equivalent. Can you provide an example of a page that doesn't display properly?
If you have to manually select a character encoding to view the page correctly, then the site is broken and you should notify its owner that it needs be fixed. Websites specify the character encoding in one of two ways:

HT201328 Unlocking my iPhone 4s did not work after I did the Restore in my device. Need Help

I received an email confirmation from my carrier that my request to have my iPhone 4s to be unlocked has been sent to Apple and completed, and I followed the instruction given to me for Restoring my device but still not able to use other SIM card. I was advice that I will be able to get the unlock info from Apple when I do the Restore, I'm still getting the error message "SIM card is invalid...." when I replaced the SIM card that came from my carrier with another. First, make sure caps lock is not on.
Another reason why your password might not be recognized is that the keyboard layout (input source) has been switched without your realizing it. At the login screen, you can cycle through the available layouts by pressing the key combination command-space or command-option-space. See this support article.
You must back up all data before continuing, unless you've already done so. If you need to back up but can't log in, ask for instructions.
If the user account is associated with an Apple ID, and you know the Apple ID password, then maybe the Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password.

Fireworks CS6 gradient not working as it did in earlier versions

I used to be able to let the dropper select colors already used within a gradient and modify those points. Now my only choice is to the select from swatches or settle for #000000 regardless of the color I'm trying to duplicate. Am I missing something here? The functionality is much less efficient now.

Hmm, maybe I'm missing something.
Here's a quick video I created showing how I select colors using the gradient editor. One thing that doesn't show in the video is that as I move the eye dropper over the color ramp, the color selection in the color picker changes. It's very responsive. Now, I am also running Snow Leopard, not Lion, so if you're running Lion, that would be good to know.

You need to either bring your phone into an Apple Store (make an appointment at the "Genius Bar"), or phone Apple Support and have the ownership transferred to you. You will need to have the phone's serial number, and your Apple ID (just the ID, not password) handy if you call them.
If your sister purchased AppleCare with the phone, they should be able to transfer it to you as well, if there is any time left on it (there should be, since it's an iPhone 4.)
Also, you may need to have your sister go with you and provide the original receipt, or a copy of the invoice that should have been emailed to her email address that was tied to her Applie ID at the time of the original purchase, to prove that you're not just some person that "found" the phone on the side of the street.
The serial number will not change. It is permanently tied to the phone, and will never change. No amount of restoring the phone will change the serial number.

When I go to my online banking account . The bank keeps asking for my secret answers to verify who i am. I asked the bank about this and they said my browser needs to be tweeked to allow for regular connection without going the extra step of the questions.

CS5.5 AnchoredObjectSettings not working like it did under CS2

I have a script that ran fine with CS2 but doesn't work with CS5.5, I get the error anchoredObjectSettings are not found on type Object. Do I now somehow define the object as an anchored object?
This is the code that worked under CS2:

I figured it out, I left out a line of code in my example:
MyObject = MyObject.Parent
When you place a graphic the object is the graphic not the frame so you have to go to the parent of the object to access the frame. In CS5.5 this line of code no longer works, I had to add.
MyObject = MyObject.Item(1)
MyObject = MyObject.Parent
Now I can access the anchordObjectSettings

Some videos not working on 60G (did not update). Hard drive issue?

Help! My Ipod hates me
Having big problems with some video files freezing up after anywhere between 30 minutes and some not able to even start. These same files worked fine a few months ago. However some movie files still work fine and all the music files still work.
When this problem happens it seems like the hard drive is trying to read the file because I can feel the ipod slightly vibrating but sometimes the video stops and sound continues and other times the whole file just stops.
Things I've tried so far:
1)restored and reset (multiple times)
2)reversed the update from 1.1 to 1.0
3)tried multiple dvd to ipod programs (cucusoft, videora, super ipod, streamclip)
4)MUX'ed with YAMB
5)tried different speeds of converting dvd to ipod
6)bought 1 hour video from itunes which works fine
7)screamed at and insulted my ipod multiple times. It didn't work but it sure felt good.
8)these same files seem to work perfectly on a friends brand new 60G ipod.
9)all movies play perfectly on my desktop with quicktime and itunes.
Maybe I'm jumping the gun here but I fear this may be a hard drive vs board issue but thought I would see if anyone else has any other suggestions or similar problems.
Ugh! As I sit here and write this I just reset (not restored) my ipod, and now all the files are gone. CRAP!

Word 2013, RelativeHorizontalPosition does not work as it did in Word 2003

I am struggling with a small macro that is supposed to put a textbox in the margin of a paragraph. This used to work just fine in Word97/2003 but somehow it does not in Word 2013. The text box ends up at the top left of the page. RelativeHorizontalPosition

Base on my test again, I found that if the value of relative position is less than 1, it will uses the absolute position, you could change its position to relative position with the value less than 1 (e.g. 0), after save and re-check its position, you will
find that it still uses absolute position. By default it uses the absolute position, so when we add the new textbox to the document, its position is at left-top of document (left=0, top=0).
The RelativeHorizontalPostion property is used to specify its
relative to type (e.g. page, marging)
There are LeftRelative and TopRelative properties of shape, so please specify these properties’ value, then change
relative to type of shape.

I have an Intel MacBook Pro with MacOS 10.6.3. I have Firefox v3.6.3 and Safari v4.0.5 I have the latest versions of Flash and Shockwave and have tried unistalling, reinstalling rebooting, etc., to no avail. I have even tried the beta version 10.1.81.3

Streaming video (esp Netflix) not working. It did before.

I recently had a new hard drive installed in my Macbook, by the folks at the Apple store. I had brought it in for a few reasons; mainly, after a drop on the floor, the laptop was really slow in opening up programs, booting up, etc.
The computer is still running much slower than it used to (?), but the major snags are gone. Except now I have a new problem: When I try to stream video on sites like Youtube, it is really choppy. (Nothing has changed with my internet connection, I know that.) When I go to my Netflix queue to watch instantly, an error message comes up saying that "streaming is not supported for your operating system." Yet my OS is 10.4.11 when the minimum for Netflix is 10.4.8. Even after that laptop was dropped and a lot of the programs were running slowly, streaming videos anywhere from the web was not a problem.
Ideas?? Suggestions??
