Duplicating catalog

I'm using PSE 9 and Window 7.  Is there an easy way to transfer/copy/duplicate my catalog layout to a laptop?  I currently operate it from my desktop and have my images stored on an external portable hard drive.  I want the same catalog hierarchy on my laptop so I can access the EPHD from either computer.  I don't want to move the photos, just the Organizer system I've set up to sort and acces them.

I never advise placing the catalog or system files on to an external hdd.
The question is really what OS you are using on the laptop.
Is it the same W7 set-up as the PC.
You can legally install a second copy of PSE on the laptop and copy the catalog data base across from your PC. The problem lies in keeping both synchronized.
As long as you understand this; yes it will work.
99jon,
I suspect that it is for performance reasons that you are recommending not to place the PSE catalog (and its associated files) on an external hard drive.
However, I wonder if you also have other reasons ?

  • User Specific catalog UI configuration - Custom catalog user role

    Hi all,
We need different user specific layout settings for each user. i have duplicated catalog user role for each user and maintained specific named search for that particular user in constraint. but when we want to configure specific layout for individual user. its not showing that catalog user in the catalog config UI for the layout configuration. please advice. if it shows that specific user then we would configure each specific user layout with individual look and feel ( like shopping lists, search fields, images, etc., ). thanks for your inputs.
Your help would be highly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Smartsoft General user,
I guess you are on SRM-MDM Catalog 3.0
We have the same business scenario as yours. Its working perfectly for us.
    1. Donot copy Catalog User role. SRM-MDM UI Config only accepts users assigned under std Catalog User role. You dont need mutiple copies of Catalog user role, anyways it wont work.
    2. Create multiple webservices for each Named search. Provide one User (like User1, User2...or your own created ones) and one Named Search as following parameters in each webservice.
              http://<your server:port>/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM
    username     User<n>
    password     <password>
    server     <your server>
repositoryType     M ( for Master ) S (for Slave)  - Make sure you are pointing to right repo if you have master/slave
catalog     <provide Repository name- make sure you are giving right repository name, I provided it wrong first time>
    port     <your port>
    uilanguage     SY-LANGU
    datalanguage     SY-LANGU
mask     < keep blank if you want dynamic search>
namedsearch     <Provide exact Named search name as you provided in Data Manager>
    HOOK_URL
    returntarget     _parent
If you are creating 5 different Named searches, create 5 different webservice definitions as above.
    3. Now for each Catalog user, you can perform separate search UI layout as you wish.
Let me know if this helps or have any questions. If this worked for me, we will make it work for you.

  • All photos duplicated after restoring Photoshop Elements 11 catalog

I recently had my computer reformatted and notice that following Photoshop Elements reinstall and catalog restore all my photos have been duplicated in the Adobe/digital photos folder. I have read that this is due to my computer tech restoring all photos in the original folder structure prior to me executing the catalog restore (I should have done my research first). My question is what can I do now to eliminate the duplicates? Do I delete all photos and the Adobe folders or is there an alternative?

    Al Markunas wrote:
The duplicates are in the same folder tree structure and, yes, the restore renamed them with a -1 suffix. The pictures with the -1 suffix are the ones I see in the Organizer.
There is no 'smart' way to get rid of the files previously copied on your drive, but I would use the ability of the the Organizer to move folder trees on your drive.
First I would create a new master folder outside of the old tree structure.
Then I would work in 'Pictures' view in the left panel of PSE11.
I would select a branch of the folder tree as a test, and drag and drop it to the new folder. Tip : there must be at least a file in that master folder to make it appear in the left panel. Then, from the Windows explorer, I would check that only the previously copied media files are showing in the moved branch... and delete the branch altogether in the Explorer.
Once you  master the process, you can either move all your remaining folder tree from the Organizer, and delete the remaining duplicates from the Explorer or you can move branches separately.
Be patient! Moving files requires time and you should not abort the move operation to avoid creating more duplicates.
The main penalty of your situation is the renaming of your files with a suffix, but that does not prevent you to use 100% of the Organizer features.

  • How can I split a Lightroom 3 catalog? And join two together...

I've mistakenly done a lot of work on a lot of images in the 'wrong' Lightroom catalog. I'm primarily a sports photographer and have all my sports stuff in one catalog and the non-sports stuff in another. And I've put a major sports event - 8000 photos - in to the non-sports catalog. What do I need to do to get it out and get it back in to the right one? I assume I could separate it by duplicating the catalog, opening one and removing the event and opening the other and removing everything else, but that seems a little long winded. And if that is the only way, how do I then get the separated event catalog elements into the sports catalog?
I'm sure this must be simpler than it seems!
    Guy

    Guy,
This is not to hard.  You will need to pick if you want to move a folder or a collection from one catalog to another.  If you want to move folder which is most likely what you will do if you imported all the images into one folder when you brought them in.
1-in the left navigator window find the folder you want to move and highlight it.
2-Go to the file menu and pick export as catalog.
3-name the new file what ever you want in the save as box
It sounds like you are just moving one cat to another on the same machine so just save it to your desktop.
4-Leave the bottom tow options checked in the exporting window
    5-hit the export catalog button.
6-open the catalog you want to bring these new pics into
7-go to the file menue and pick import from catalg
8-navagate to the file you put on the desktop  and click choose
9-if the photos will still be on your hard drive where they are know just pick add new photos without moving if you want to move them then pick move and put them where you want them.
This will bring all your adjustment and metadata over where you want them.
    Hope this will help you

  • Images (w/correct meta data) are in catalog and on disk, but LR 5.7 considers them new on Import

For reasons explained below, I want to try to re-import all my images into LR and hope that none/few are in fact considered new and are imported.  Yet, for some folders, LR is apparently unable to detect that my source images are already in the catalog, and are on disk, and that the source file meta data matches what LR knows about the images.  When I click an image in LR and Show in Finder, I do see the imported image on disk.  I can edit the image in the Develop module.  So, it seems good, but all is not well.   Sorry for the long post here, but I wanted to provide as much info as I could, as I am really seeking your help, which I'd very much appreciate.
Here are some screen shots that illustrate the problem:
Finder contents of the original images
    LR folder hierarchy
an image as seen in LR
Finder content of external LR copy of images
    import showing 10 "new" photos
The original images ... (I'm not sure why the file date is April 2001 but the actual image date is January 2011; I may have just used the wrong date on the folder name?)
    The LR folder hierarchy ...
An image as seen in LR ...
The external folder containing the images in the LR library
But on import of the original source folder, LR sees 10 "new" photos ...
I tried "Synchronize Folder ..." on this particular folder, and it simply hangs half-way through as seen in the screen shot below.   IS THIS AN LR BUG?   This is really odd, since "Synchronize Folder ..." on the top-level folder completes quickly.
I have a spreadsheet of of the EXIF data for the original files and those created by LR.  (I extracted this info using the excellent and free pyExifToolGui graphical frontend for the command line tool ExifTool by Phil Harvey.)   Almost all of the Exif data is the same, but LR has added some additional info to the files after import, including (of course) keywords.  However, I would not have expected the differences I found to enter into the duplicate detection scheme.  (I didn't see a way to attach the spreadsheet to this posting as it's not an "image".)
I'm running LR 5.7 on a 27" iMac with Yosemite 10.10.2, having used LR since LR2.  I have all my original images (.JPEGs and RAWs of various flavors) on my internal drive on the Mac.   To me this is like saving all my memory cards and never re-using them.   Fortunately, these files are backed up several ways.   I import these images (copying RAWs as DNG) into LR with a renaming scheme that includes the import number, original file creation date and original file name.   There should be one LR folder for each original source file folder, with the identical folder name (usually a place and date).  I store the LR catalog and imported images on an external drive.  Amazingly and unfortunately my external drive failed as did it's twin, same make/size drive that I used as a backup with Carbon Copy Cloner.   I used Data Rescue 4 to recover to a new disk what I thought was almost all of the files on the external drive.
So, I thought all would be well, but, when I tried "Synchronize Folder" using the top-level folder of my catalog, the dialog box appeared saying there were over 1000 "New" photos that had not been imported.  This made be suspicious that I had failed to recover everything.   But actually things are much worse than I thought..   I have these counts of images:
80,0061 files in 217 folders for my original source files (some of these may be (temporary?) copies that I actually don't want to import into LR)
51,780 files in 187 folders on my external drive containing the LR photo library
49,254 images in the top-level folder in the LR catalog (why different from the external file count?)
35,332 images found during import of the top-level folder containing original images
22,560 images found as "new" by LR during import
1,074 "new" images reported by Synchronize Folder ... on the top-level folder in the catalog; different from import count
Clearly things are badly out of sync.   I'd like to be sure I have all my images in LR, but none duplicated.   Thus, I want to try to import the entire library and have LR tell me which photos are new.  I have over 200 folders in LR.  I am now proceeding to try importing each folder, one at a time, to try to reconcile the differences and import the truly missing images.  This will be painful.  And it may not be enough to fully resolve the above discrepancies.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?  I'd really appreciate your help!
    Ken

Thanks for being on the case, dj!   As you'll see below, YOU WERE RIGHT!      But I am confused.
        1. Does the same problem exist if you try to import (not synchronize) from that folder? In other words, does import improperly think these are not duplic
YES.  Import improperly thinks they are NOT duplicates, but they are in fact the same image (but apparently not the EXACT SAME bytes on disk!)
        2. According to the documentation, a photo is considered a duplicate "if it has the same, original filename; the same Exif capture date and time; and the same file size."
    This is my understanding too.
        3. Can you manually confirm that, for an example photo, that by examining the photo in Lightroom and the photo you are trying to synchronize/import, that these three items are identical?
NO, I CAN'T!  The ORIGINAL file name (in the source folder) is the SAME as it was when I first imported that folder.  That name is used as part of the renaming process using a custom template. However, the file SIZES are different.    Here is the Finder Get Info for both files.  Initially, they appeared to be the same SIZE, 253KB, looking at the summary. But, if you look at the exact byte count, however, the file sizes are DIFFERENT: 252,632 for the original file and 2252,883 for the already-imported file:
This difference alone is enough to indicate why LR does not consider the file a duplicate.
Furthermore, there IS one small difference in the EXIF data regarding dates ... the DateTimeOriginal:
                                                                                                     CreateDate              DateTimeDigitized                    DateTimeOriginal              FileModifyDate                              ModifyDate
    ORIGINAL name: P5110178.JPG                                     2001:05:11 15:27:18    2001:05:11 15:27:18-07:00        2001:01:17 11:29:00        2011:01:17 11:29:00-07:00       2005:04:24 14:41:05
    After LR rename:  KRJ_0002_010511_P5110178.JPG    2001:05:11 15:27:18    2001:05:11 15:27:18-07:00        2001:05:11 15:27:18        2011:01:17 11:29:02-07:00       2005:04:24 14:41:05
So ... now I see TWO reasons why LR doesn't consider these duplicates.   Though the file NAME is the same (as original), the file sizes ARE slightly different.  The EXIF "DateTimeOriginal" is DIFFERENT.   Therefore, LR considers them NOT duplicates.
4a. With regards to the screen captures of your images and operating system folder, I do not see that the filename is the same; I see the file names are different. Is that because you renamed the photos in Lightroom (either during import or afterwards)?
I renamed the file on import using a custom template ...
4b. Can you show a screen capture of this image that shows the original file name in the Lightroom metadata panel (it appears when the dropdown is set to EXIF and IPTC)?
    SO ....
The METADATA shown by LR does NOT include the ORIGINAL file name (but I think I have seen it displayed for other files?).  The File SIZE in the LR metadata panel (246.96 KB) is different from what Finder reports (254 KB).  There are three "date" fields in the LR metadata, and five that I've extracted from the EXIF data.   I'm not sure which EXIF date corresponds to the "Data Time" shown in the LR metadata.
I don't understand how these differences arose.   I did not touch the original file outside LR.   LR is the only program that touches the file it has copied to my external drive during import.  (though it was RECOVERED from a failed disk by Data Rescue 4),
    NOW ...
I understand WHY LR considers the files different (but not how they came to be so).  The question now is WHAT DO I DO ABOUT IT?   Is there any tool I can use to adjust the original (or imported) file's SIZE and EXIF data to match the file LR has?  Any way to override or change how LR does duplicate detection?
Thanks so very much, dj.   Any ideas on how to get LR to ignore these (minor) differences would be hugely helpful.

  • Reinstall PSE 8 catalog on windows 7

I needed to buy a new Windows 7 based laptop and successfully reinstalled PSE 8 on it. I have also successfully duplicated all applications and tranfered the data across to my new laptop incuding the pictures which formed the basis of my PSE 8 catalog. Already saved on an external hard drive are copies of my photos with caption embedded using PSE 8.
How do I load my photos including captions into the PSE 8 application on my new laptop?
    Thanks

    Hello Andaleeb
Sorry for my delay in communicating and yes my reinstall of PSE 8 catalog on Windows 7 appears to be successful. I am currently ‘Getting my photos from File’ and both the photos (.jpg) and captions are successfully loading into my catalog which I am storing into their original albums.

  • Use of the 'Back' link in Catalog/Portal - Useful info for Catalog Admins

Some info for anyone out there who may have noticed the small 'issue' with catalog items being duplicated when exiting a catalog using the Portal 'Back' link rather than the 'Return to Application/SRM' link.
A problem has been identified there where portal navigation causes duplication of catalog data even where no item is selected in the catalog.
    The process might be:
    1. User accesses a catalog (any, SAP or External) and selects/adds to cart an item.
    2. User selects the 'Add Item' button in the 2nd step of the SC GAF, returning to the same catalog.
    3. User clicks on the Portal 'Back' link and is returned to the 2nd step of the Shopping Cart Guided Application Framework
    4. The initial shopped item is duplicated in the shopping cart even though no items were selected by the user.
To ensure that this does not happen SAP have created note [1445078|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1445078] which provides the means to remove the 'Back' link thus negating the possibility of this issue occuring in the case of any catalog access.
Please follow the steps provided in the note to modify the Portal Content and remove the back link entirely.

    Dear monique,
The catalog no longer opens in a new window from SRM 7.0 as we now use Portal as UI or NWBC, in order to maintain session reliability the catalog frame is launched from within the Shopping Cart Guided Application Framework, this SC 'session' is then placed in ACTION SUSPEND, until the return from catalog is generated where the session is triggered to reopen with a RESUME command.
If you wish to remove the portal navigation 'back' link, I believe you already have a note for doing so, if this has not worked, re-trace all the steps in case something was missed. It should work. By adding the bypassinb/outb_handler parameters into the call structure you should then have available the Return to SRM link instead in the catalog.
You are also correct, use of teh integrated call structure in SPRO is no longer recommended, it is relevant for older UI technology like ITS.
    Regards,
    Jason

  • PSE6 Catalog suddenly full of duplicates

I recently downloaded PSE7 trial version to see how it works with Vista 64 and today I opened PSE6 and went into my catalog and noticed that a lot of my files now have duplicates (file name with a -1 at the end). Any idea how this happened and how to clean up this mess??
    Tim

    Tim,
Regarding the duplicates, if you look at their folder in Windows Explorer, is there both a pic.jpg and pic-1.jpg in the same folder?
Most likely, you somehow gave a command in PSE 6 or PSE 7 that duplicated the photos; for example, maybe you invoked File > Export on the photos and exported them into the same folder, in which case PSE will add "-1" to the duplicate names. (There are other commands that would probably do something similar.) Then if you have File > Watch Folders enabled, PSE 6 automatically imported those duplicates.
Here's a recipe for finding and removing the duplicates:

  • New to Lightroom - Where do I set up my catalog?

I just downloaded a trial version of Lightroom, been using Canon DPP, and I have my picture files stored in my "Pictures" library on my C drive and backed up to an external harddrive.  When I first tried to open Lightroom it indicated that I had Lightroom compatable catalogs (I have Elements 6 that I use) but I foolishly skipped by that and clicked on something like "create new Lightroom Catalog".  When that started to run I cancelled out of that because I thought that I might now be creating duplicates of all of my pictures and I only have about 100 gigs left on my 1 tb. harddrive.  Now when I open the trial version of Lightroom I don't get that original prompt and don't know how or where to designate my Lightroom Catalog and don't know if by creating a Lightroom Catalog I'm actually duplicating files.
    Any help is greatly apprectiated.
    Thanks

Thanks for the prompt replies.  I'm not at my home computer at this time but will try to set up a catalog file in my Library folder that gets backed up on a routine basis to an external hard drive.
If I'm reading the replies correctly I should be able to just create a new file, label it Lightroom 3 and then designate that to contain my Lightroom files, right?
    Thanks again

  • Photos duplicating

I use LR 3.3 and am trying to clean up my catalogs.  Sometimes I have as many as 3 or 4 copies of the same photo.  To delete I mark as rejected (x) then select all photos and delete from disk.  when I delete the photos the numbers of my photos go down - but then when I go back in to the catalog it seems that many photos have duplicates again.
I am probably doing something wrong but I do not know what.
Do I have to be in a folder (on the left panel) in order to delete photos?  Or can I delete them by selecting like photos under keywords and then setting them as rejected - then deleted rejected photos from disk.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    thanks

thank you for this thorough response.   I think that I am following the
correct procedureas you outlined but I don't go into the collections - I
have been using the keyword list and clicking on that to bring up similar
    photos.
to delete -  I had been following the process outlined in my LR2 book by
Kelby - or at least that what I think I was doing and it sounds similar to
yours just that I tag all the photos rejected first.  here is my process in
detail - which "should" work but I'm wondering if there is something I'm
doing that is not actually taking the photos out of LR but duplicating them
    instead.
    1.  I put all photos in a folder and check for duplicates
    2.  I import them into LR3
    3.  I go through grid view and mark those selection for deletion with an
      - rejected (this is process inLR2 book)
    4.  While still in grid I choose  Edit Select All
    5.  Then I select Photo - Delete Rejected photos - Control backspace (is
    same)
    6.  It'll then say you have selected (Num) photos - do you want to delete
and send to recycle bin or remove..... I choose delete becauase I want them
    off my hard drive.
When I go back a few days later there are photos there and I KNOW I've
deleted them.  I think what may be happening is that these are virtual
    copies????
I read somewhere on the forum that if you go in under the keywords list and
make changes that will create a virtual copy.  In order NOT to get a VC you
need to click on the actual folder and then make any changes.
I am probably going to delete all virtual copies and try to end the
    confusion there.
I'm sure its something in my workflow that is causing this confusion.
    BTW - I am using CS4 3.3. 64 bit.
if you see anything I say that looks wrong please let me know - thanks so
    much

  • My images in LR 4.3 suddenly have been duplicated.

All of my 20,000 images in LR 4.3 were suddenly duplicated.  All the adjustments, ratings, just as if I had selected all and clicked "Create virtual Copy".  Is there a way to eliminate duplicate images or undo this mystriuos process?  In checking, the second image is a copy of the JPEG image which I exposrted to another location.  How can I handle these to somehow get rid of them or do they really not do anything except clutter up the content?
    Thanks

Now I think I understand even less than before about your workflow
So let me continue with [more questions]:
Are you using a Mac or a Windows-PC?
    Msmoto1 wrote:
I move NEF files from the XQD card inot a file called NEF Dirct [via Windows Explorer or Mac Finder?], this being on a 2 TB hard drive attcahed via USB.  From this NEF Direct folder, I then import the files to LR [via ADD in the import dialog of LR?].  I further deit, deleting about 75% of the files from the disk after impart. [could have some danger here so early, so I'd be cautious and just label them as reject - hit letter X, do actual deletion sometime later.]
To make it easier to find the NEF files once I have taken them in from the XQD card [why find them - in which software? LR is sufficient, you need not consciously know where the files are as long as you do every subsequent move from within LR], I every now and then close the folder and crewate a new folder [via Windows Explorer or Mac Finder?] to bring over the NEF files from the card.  My suspician is this either changing the folder name or something in this area is why the NEF files are not seen by LR. [should not matter if you do this before the import. Afterwards you would break the link if done outside from LR.] In spite of this, the ones brought up by the aparent glitch after the backup on 12.27.12 show the actual image exported to another folder on the same external hard drive, but do not seem able to find the original NEF files. [Does that mean you have "?" in your thumbnails, saying the file is offline or missing?] [Did you do an Export from LR?]
So, while the catalog is a bit cluttered, it is not showintg the most recent images in both NEF and JPEG, so maybe it is a wait and see issue. [There are no wait and see issues. LR needs some time to create its previews, but you see the thumbnails all the time.]
I suppose I could somehow go back to the 12.27.12 backup catalog and import the more recent images form the current catalog.  Is this possible? [Did you already do some work on these more recent images, like keywording and developing?]
Generally you can merge 2 different catalogs into 1, but careful setting of check-marks, in order to not have even more clutter by virtual copies.
You would open the catalog with most good stuff in it: assume the 12.27.12-catalog, or better a copy created by Windows Explorer/Mac Finder, in order to still have it - things can always go wrong.
Then you choose Menu File-Import From Another Catalog, then select your current catalog.
LR will show a box for "preparing", then come up with a dialog box:
if there are new photos found (bound to in your case), you can add them without moving.
If there are metadata changes to the images which overlap in both catalogs, you can select from the dropdown list to Replace Nothing /  Metadata and Develop Settings only / Metadat, develop seetings and negative files.
You can tick for a virtual copy (so you have 2 interpretation versions, one from each catalog). If tick "Show preview", you get a similar list of thumbnails like in the original import dialog to Check all, Uncheck all and recheck selectively.
You could ease this if you would not take the full current catalog as source for the merge, but export from your current catalaog the supposed incremental portion of images in between Dec27 and today. Then there would be no overlap between the 12.27.12-backup and the source. You do this by first opening your current catalog, selecting the images between Dec27 and today, then go for File-Export as catalog.
All this ex-/importing of catalogs may be superfluous if you did not yet invest work in the images between Dec27 and today, other than merely importing them into your current catalog.
If so, then simply re-do the import into the 12.27.12-copy.
My instructions only work if you have all the NEFs available, and can remove any "?" by plugging your external USB-HD.
If you should still have "?" which you cannot relink, you are in more trouble.
Forgive me if I may understimate your LR knowledge due to your juniority on this forum, but it may be worth while to first ensure your overall understanding of LR. If you learn best by watching video tutorials, I'd recommend Julianne Kost's intro series http://tv.adobe.com/show/getting-started-with-adobe-photoshop-lightroom-4/.
If you prefer reading material for easy searchability, I'd recommend an eBook from Victoria Bampton: "The missing LR FAQs" http://www.lightroomqueen.com/books/adobe-lightroom-4-missing-faq/

  • Output Text values getting duplicated when UDF attached to view form

    Hi Experts,
I am getting a error where the output text is having duplicated values, when i am trying to attach existing UDF to view form. Like for instance, as mentioned below:
    Phone Number - 23456789
    State - CACA
    Country - UnitedStatesUnitedStatesUnitedStates
When i add COuntry UDF, first it printed UnitedStates once, When i add State UDF, the country UDF value came as two time (UnitedStatesUnitedStates). When i added UDF Phone Number, Phone number came once, But state came twice (CACA) and Country came thrice (UnitedStatesUnitedStatesUnitedStates) and so on.
The following are the two contrasting scenarios.
    1. First, I used existing UDFs which we created longback and tried attaching to the view form, I am getting the error i mentioned.
    2. Second is I created two new UDFs and attached to the view form, i am not getting any error. Its printing all the values once.
It happened that i already customized the view form using Data Component - Catalog instead of Data Component - manage User for view form customization. I published that sandbox. Then I realized that it was a mistake, so i created a new sandbox, removed all the fields and then published that sandbox. The view form came back to as it was before modification. After that, i created one more sandbox, tried attaching UDFs to view form using Data Component - manage User---> UserV01, i am getting the error of multiple values as i mentioned above.
Please guide on what i can do further to solve the error. Thank you for your timie in advance.
    Regards

    Hi Nishith,
I think it's only display issue. We have contacted oracle and raised an SR. they say it's fine when they recreate the same scenario. As i said, this isuue is only when we use existing UDFs and the sandbox is already published. Thats the complication now.

  • Duplication from Catalog to SC

When the user successfully selects the items from the vendor’s catalogue and returns to the SRM system, it is currently duplicating every line item ordered. Eg: if 1 item (qty 2 ea) is selected from the Catalogue of the vendor, the user gets 2 line items of qty 2 ea (in each line item) in the SRM system. This is however, not happening for another existing vendor’s catalogue.
Any suggestions where to look and what might be the problem
    Cheers
    Brent

    Hi
Which SRM versiona re you using? Have you implemented any custom BADI Implementations using SE18 Transaction in the system  (Take help of ABAP resource to find out this ) ?
<b>Couple of resoans can be possible -></b>
    1) <u>Either the Catalog maintiannence is not correct in the SPRO Customization.</u>
    2) Try this as well.
    <u>Please de-activate the following 2 custom BADI Implementations using SE19 Transaction -></u>
    <b><u>BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER
    BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI</u></b>
<u>Then, try selecting the catalog items and then ordering the shopping cart for the same vendor.</u>
Hope this will help. Do let me know.
