You can't delete an iCloud account. You can, however, sign out of that account and just stop using it. Then sign in to your second account on all devices account.

I access a personal iPhone and iPad, and a business iPhone with the same Apple ID.
The iPhone's passcode lock feature is completely separate from another iPhone or iOS device.
All apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the Apple ID that was used to download the apps. If some apps were downloaded with one Apple ID and then a new Apple ID is created, in order to download an app update that was installed with the original Apple ID requires using that Apple ID and password.

When I first signed up with iCloud (and still had Mobile Me), my contacts all double or tripled, or more in my contact list. When I went with Lion and fully integrated iCloud, that issue resolved itself. I got a new iPhone yesterday, and when it was up and running, everything was fine. This morning, I notice that my contacts are all duplicated again. My personal contact is in my phone 10 times. How do I resolve this? My iTunes sync setting does not have me syning my contacts, it should just be in iCloud. Thanks for any help.

On your iOS device tap Settings > iCloud. Turn Contacts off.
Reset the device. Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Now tap Settings > iCloud. Turn Contacts back on.

Contacts' Last Names Duplicated on iPhone and iCloud

I find that from time to time the last names of the contacts in my iPhone 4s either migrate to the first name field, or are duplicated in the last name field. For example, "Jerry Rice" would be listed as "Jerry Rice, Rice." I have painstakingly corrected each contact but the issue is happening all over again. Help please!

One way this happens is when you previously synced contacts via iTunes/USB cable. If you haven't turned that off in iTunes, then you'll get duplicates from iTunes and iCloud.

Integrating Facebook in Mountain Lion has caused duplicated birthday events in my Calendar. Is there any way to show only the birthdays of my iCloud contacts, and ignore birthdays from my Facebook contacts?

I do not have any contacts on my local machine. Before updating to Mountain Lion, I stored all of my contacts and calendars in iCloud. When I updated and integrated Facebook, it added the Facebook contacts and all of their information to my Contacts directory. I have merged all duplicated data, and still my Calendar shows a birthday entry for my iCloud contact, and a second entry for the Facebook version of the same (merged and linked) contact. Is there any way to disable Facebook birthdays in my Calendar? You can disable the facebook contacts by going to System Preferences -> Mail Contacts and Calendars -> Facebook, and the unchecking contacts. That will remove your facebook contacts from your contact book. Not sure if thats exactly what you want, but that's the only thing I could discover.

I'm going around and around in circles trying to set up iCloud on my iMac and iPhone. When I deselect the box next to contacts on system preferences > iCloud, I get a scary air message that says, "Do you want to keep a copy of your iCloud contacts on this Mac? If you don't keep a copy, iCloud contacts will be removed from this mac but will still be available on other devices using iCloud."
My mac has all of my contacts, but there are some that are not on my iPhone (Chistmas card list). Will I lose the contacts that are not backed up on my iPhone?

Since loading iOS5 and starting to sync with iCloud, I'm getting multiple contacts in my Macbook as well as on my phone. How do I get rid of one or the other? The best soultion would be to fix the error without having to delete all of the duplicates manually. This also happens with my events and reminders in iCal.

I had the same problem and many contacts amongst my 330 differant people were duplicated up to 3 times. What seemed to have happened is any one who was in your main addrees book and also in a list would be duplicated when icloud syncs.
I solved it by switching off icloud on the phone. deleting all entries in my mac address book. Checking the address book was totally empty. Then manualy deleting all the duplicates on the phone. Once I was happy everything on the phone was correct I Then turning cloud back on the phone. thats synched back all entries to the mac and no problem since.
Now when i amend/delet/add a contact it syncs acros both devices within minutes.

Yes, It is possible. You can merge contacts, calendars, and bookmarks between multiple computers.
When you sync the contacts and calendars to your iPhone from the new computer you'll see the option to Merge or Replace, just choose Merge.

Still have the old iCloud User ID [email] on PC and iPhone 4. ---- How do I change to new iCloud user ID [email] without duplicating or deleting my contacts and calendar in Outlook 2007. I just exported Outlook to a .pst back up file on my PC. I have had extensive contact notes. When I was originally setting up with Apple care in 2011, the contact notes duplicated several times within the contact and the contacts also duplicated, so I want to avoid problems.
