Duplication of PR through CNMM

Dear All
The scenario is like this -
1) Added material "A" in activity and done advance procurement of long lead item for material "A" in project through CNMM, PR is created for the same.
2) Material "A" is also a part of BOM of FG called "FINISH123".
3) "FINISH123" is maintained in same project under one of activity under same WBS as that of "A"
4) After running MRP MD51 for the project / WBS, system is again generating PR for "A" which has already been generated through CNMM.
PROBLEM - PR for material "A" should not be generated again after running MRP as it is creating a duplicate requirement. What could be the solution?
How to stop such duplicate requirement.....maintaining project BOM is not possible here, BOM is maintained under CS01.

Is there any other reason for the same???
Select the material ur planning advance procurement against it.
go to the procurment tab In general indicator sector advc proc shuld be ticked.
Check the item category of matrial it shuld be L
Pl clarify one thing...... can the advance procurement parts be the part of prduction BOM also.
Advance procurement can be part of BOM if in mtrl master u define special procurement indicator in MRP2.
In my scenarion, I am raising independent PR through CNMM.
It is not required  raise independent req thru CNMM not needed the same can be achived in CJ20n
Also running MRP for the finish good whose BOM also consists of long lead items.
If BOM has long lead time and it can be produred externally give the Procurement indicator of preliminary requirement.
Will this be considered as the duplication of requirement by the system as vitrually qty becomes 2 (one is attached to activity and other is part of BOM).
If ur using advnc proc req will not be duplicated.
