During gameplay resend page window appears. resend page continually reappears? No obvious errors.

Question

during the last 2 weeks, several times during a game or when i try to move forward in a game. Several games different types. Either page wont load or when I have not tried to move ahead in game, then it shows the page resend window. Cleared browser, updated addons removed unwanted facebook apps, etc...
Today I checked the history. Found this page and a few others. Random appearances when switching between FB games. Unknow location and computer froze when I tried to Forget About this Page, below.
