There is only one file to download - which one depends on your system (32-bit or 64-bit).
These are the trial versions but will convert to the full version when you supply your serial number.

Do as it says: Put your downloaded 7z file and the *.exe in a proper folder, not just dump it onto your desktop or whatever.

You should be able to re-download the PSE10 downloadable-installer from your Adobe account, if you log in to that—I’ve only ever purchased DVDs so cannot give you click-by-click instructions. Here is what an Adobe-chat rep just told me:
“If you purchase the download version product you may re download the product from you Adobe account. If you purchase the DVD version and somehow you lost your DVD we can provide trial download link depends on the situation. we are able to provide you the download link if the download link is available on Adobe server.”
If you have an issue figuring out what to do, then you can start up your own chat session by clicking the Chat Now button on the bottom of this page:

They will probably want to know things about your purchase including your serial number so be ready with that if you do start a chat session.

I discovered the cause of this problem. I had pointed my "My Documents" folder to a NAS drive that I had rather than my C drive. Apparently Photoshop was dependant on it being on the C dirve. When I repointed this back to my C drive CS5 installed properly.

When I try to parse an xml file with SAX parser, the SAXParseException message I got is: "Document root element is missing." Anybody knows what it is? How should I fix it? Thanks a lot in advance!

An XML document has only a single root element. So after the XML header, your document must look something like this:
<tag>
</tag>
If you have more than one element like this, for example:
<tag>
</tag>
<anothertag>
</anothertag>
then you don't have a root element and your parser will give the message you referred to.

Orginizer in Elements 12 puts Music and photos in same folder?

Why does the orginizer put my music files and photo files in the same folder. The file it is in is all media but shouldnt there be a music folder as well or do I have to go in and manually select each of my music files and put them into a sepeate folder or is this even possable in Photoshop Elements 12?

PSE in general won't move any of your files for you. Organizer is just the link to your files and so if your music files are in a different folder then Organizer will list them in a separate folder. See this screenshot of my PSE11:
PSE 12 is almost identical to PSE11 as far as I am aware.

When you click on download button (after selecting your OS details), it should open a new browser window (which will launch the Akamai installer automatically). Please cancel any installation or error shown.
The newly opened browser page will look something like this:
As highlighted, please click on these links (one by one) and see if it downloads the required files. The downloaded files will be compressed with 7z format. If you have some extracting tool (like WinZip) try extracting it. If you don't have it, download 7z. Its a free utility from Microsoft. Once downloaded and installed, you will be able to extract file and locate the PSE setup.

Sounds like a Windows installer. Does it say Mac on the disk? When you open the dmg, does it say Office:Mac?

Hello Bhat,
I had created a message regarding this issue. However SAP answered that the solution cannot be provided by note. Either we have to wait or create a custom query. I have created a new message now urging for a better solution.
The problem with element 3ZWCZ7W5594ICAEIGVRYEY29R results from a variable which has been deleted in the 7.35 content version or maybe already earlier versions.
