DVC PRO and BlackMagic hardware problems...HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi,
We recently started using an Panasonic DVCPRO unit (model# AJ-SD255P). This particular unit does not have ieee or serial digital component audio and video in/out connections. These options are just that "options" and when the deck was ordered we were unaware of this. However, we did also purchase the BlackMagic Multibridge Pro. Everything was installed properly and wired correctly, but we are unable to use the Deck Control or Final Cut Pro to capture any footage. Both units seem to be on and functioning but we are still receiving the "No Video Input" error message in the BM Deck Control window and "no communication" error in the Final Cut Pro capture window.
If there is something that we are overlooking we would really appreciate the help. Could this be an issue because we have not yet upgraded to Final Cut Pro HD?

Welcome to the forums.
Any reason you can't capture the footage via firewire? FCP does do that...and the quality is lossless. Just choose the DVCPRO 50 EASY SETUP and capture away.

Macbook Pro 2011 Wi-Fi Problem HELP PLEASE! :/

Why does my Wi-Fi signal stay on, however when I try to open a webpage, say www.apple.com, it stays loading and never comes up. When I turn my Airport on and off again, it comes back to normal and the web page loads? This is very frustrating for me, especially when I'm new to Mac and I've been longing for one for ages! On the other hand, my other laptop (Acer 5732Z) works fine and connects to the internet and I'm not faced with such a problem (running Windows 7)
My home router is a TP-Link model No. WR740-N.
I'm running the latest version of Mac OS X and I've tried installing all the recent updates from the software updates
When I'm using the Macbook with Ethernet cable connected (not my intended use), the internet connection is also abit unsteady, however it is not that much as when I'm connected via my Wi-Fi Network.
I would appreciate anyone's help! I've tried setting my router according to apple's instructions, but still the problem persists!!

My MacBook Pro, which I just got in July of 2011, will not connect to the internet. I get free wireless in my apartment complex, and I've been using it ever since I moved in a few days after I got my laptop. I haven't had problems connecting to it before.
Just the other night, I was watching a movie on Netflix and it was perfect. Then I tried watching a tv show and it stopped working from then on. I highly doubt it's a router issue because no one else in my apartment seems to have any problems. There has been a heavy rainstorm here recently, but I'm almost certain that would have no effect.
When I try to open Safari, I will be connected to the WiFi according to the AirPort status in the menu bar, but the pages will not load completely. I'll get less than a fifth loaded according to the blue in the address bar (I don't know the technical terminology) and then I'll check the Network Settings and try to connect and refresh the page, and then it will say that I'm no longer connected to the internet.
I've tried deleting my locations, networks, and looked into deleting the plists (a suggestion I found in a thread somewhere) but I'm afraid I'd ruin something. I've done the obvious restarting my computer, but of course to no avail. I tried turning the AirPort on and off - nothing. I've found posts on other sites about "zapping the PRAM" by holding down the Command (⌘), Option, P, and R keys simultaneously when starting the computer - like a reboot - but I'm afraid I'd lose something important (??).
I'm curious if I messed up something when I tried connecting to the wireless at my university, which I was unable to do. I don't know if this issue is my fault or is it an Apple thing (software, hardware)? It's clear everyone else is having major problems with this as well.
Honestly, I don't know what to do. I feel like I wasted money switching to Mac from PC. I know how to fix all my PC problems, but Mac is beyond me. Any help? Please!? I need my Mac working ASAP for school and work!

Have you tried connecting it to your computer and Restoring from your backup in iTunes?
But it does sound like your power button is broken.

hi Ive reset my network toggled the airplane on and off and turned off my carrier off then turned my phone off and turned my carrier back on but still problem persists

Are you testing in the same room as the TC?
Power cycle the TC.. does it show up now?
Has it ever showed up .. ie is this a problem that just started from an existing setup, or has never worked?
Is the TC new? If old how old?
If you continue to have issues.. setup the TC from iMac and preferably using ethernet.
Change the wireless names to SMB compatible ones, short no spaces, pure alphanumeric.
Use WPA2 Personal security only.
Then set the wireless channels manually.. try 11, 6, 1 for 2.4ghz and try 36 or 40 at 5ghz.
Tell us how that goes.

You have to restore and thus erase your iPod. that is how it works.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Photos
- If they are in an iPod backup then restore from that backup. See the restore topic of:

- If they are in the iTunes backup then get them from the backup by:

Welcome to Apple Support Communities
As you know how to open the iTunes Media folder, go to this folder and open iTunes. Then, go to Apps in iTunes and drag the IPA file of the app you want to show up to the iTunes window, so it should be added.
If it doesn't work, delete the IPA, empty the Trash and you will be able to download the application.

Firefox 3.6 requires at least OS X 10.4, the last version of Firefox that worked on OS X 10.3.9 was Firefox 2.0.0.20 which is available from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.20/mac/

Did you run all the software updates after the 10.6.3 update, especially this one which will bring you up to 10.6.8.

Then call your provider and ask them what is going on. They have probably changed POP to IMAP, 10.6.8 supports IMAP
