DVD back up not working in Itunes, CD ok

Question

I submitted enclosed the Diag for Itunes. It won't let me back up my Library to DVD or a hard drive. It will allow me to backup to CD but that is a bit nuts if I have a DVD and media. Can you see if any help is available. I lost my music when my Hard drive died last month and all my purchased music is now gone.
What can I do?

The last failed audio CD burn had error code -128(0xffffff80). It happened on drive G: CDWRITER IDE5232 on CDR media at speed 4X.

Fixed.  Tried a lot different things but the ones that seems to have worked is going in Preferences>Advanced and hitting the Reset cache button.  Though I'm not sure it is necessary it never hurts to do a restart.
