DVD Menu changes when you hit menu on DVD player

I understand how to use the connections tab, force a button or end up/menu, etc to do what I want it.
what I'm having a problem with, is when a DVD is sitting on a menu, if you hit "menu" on the remote, it jumps to a random track (it doesn't do this in the simulator). is there a way or setting in connections that if you hit "menu" when it's just sitting on an idle menu, it won't jump to another track (really don't want it to do anything)

In the inspector for the Menu you can disable user operations (be careful though to leave navigation and selection of buttons in )

Try this:
Start a new email. In the To address bar, type in xyz like you normally do, press return to confim, and when the address you want to remove shows up in the address bar, move your cursor over the address you want to delete.
A small triangle next to the name will show up. click on it, a drop down menu will open, click Remove from Previous Recipients List. Then do the drop down menu again and Remove Address.

The History menu can only show that fixed maximum of 15 as that is hard coded.

Select the text, and open the Appearance palette (Come on guys, text highlight is irrelevant, it happens to objects too says the OP), and see what's listed there. For a simple text object, there should only be a line item "Type", followed by "Characters", and when double-clicked the Characters line item expands to tell you the stroke and fill color. For a basic object, there should be a fill and/or stroke.
What happens sometimes, is that you end up adding extra strokes/fills to objects or text, and the appearance palette is where that will be noted. Especially when you are dealing with groups, and/or picking up a color with the eyedropper, you may inadvertently be adding a fill or stroke on top of something. You can drag those unwanted thingies from the Appearance palette into its own little trash can.

Dear Brian:
Create a Play List in iTunes.
Control-Click and open "Export" in the highlighted Playlist in iTunes.
With "Export" opened:
1. Click on "Format" and choose "M3U";
2. In "Save As" name your "WhatEverNamePlaylist.m3u"; and
3. In "Where" tell the program where to send your "WhatEverNamePlaylist.m3u".
You are done creating the Playlist.m3u in iTunes.
Open "Subsonic Web Page".
Left hand column open "Import playlist".
In "Import playlist" click "Choose File" and open the "WhatEverNamePlaylist.m3u"; you created in iTunes.
The "WhatEverNamePlaylist.m3u" should now occupy the space between "Choose File" and "OK".
Click "OK".
The file should now be in the "Playlist" on the left.

Photoshop menu changes when video is applied.

I have been trying to figure this out for a while and can't seem to. I have a photoshop menu consisting of a white background with text and a couple images. I created a video to apply to the menu.
On its own, the menu is fine, but when I link it to the video, the menu gets thin black bars on the edges and the video seems to show through a sliver at the bottom. This totally boggles me because I noticed the video peaking through behind the menu, so I cropped the video in PP, re-exported it and it re-appears in Encore as no-cropped and showing thru at the bottom again. Anyways, the main issue probably has something to do with the Photoshop menu not being as big as the video file in dimension or having a different pixel aspect ratio. Though I played around with the PARs in Photoshop to no avail.
I'd appreciate the help.

I created a menu from within Encore (the "Rose Menu HD" menu), clicked on the "edit menu in photoshop" and simply modified that rose menu in photoshop to look like it needed to (like my other menus). This way I was gauranteed that the basics of the menu would be right when it came to size and par.
The jittering issue is still there. But I did narrow it down to being a problem with the video background. I know this because I created two of the same menus on a test DVD, one with a video background (which ended up jittering) and one without a video background. The one without a video did not jitter at all.

what do I do after saving a TIFF image from the video?
Open Photoshop & from the "File/New" dialogue create a DVD menu (there is a section for this called - from memory - "film & TV" although this may vary depending on version) in the style you want (NTSC Widescreen - not Square Pixel version) and this gets you a base with guides.
NOw get the paint bucket out & make the background black.
Open your TIFF file, and drag the image from the "layers" tab into the DVD menu template.
If it is too large, move it until you can see a corner & poress CTRL/T and turn the imported still into a smart object.
Hold down the SHIFT key & drag the top left corner down to the bottom right, and when you run out of space stop dragging & slide the image back up to the top left again.
Repeat until it fits onto your background & then select the usual pointer tool & select "apply transformation".
That is now your background sorted.
When you say "jitter", I suspect you mean flicker, as Jitter is caused by bad clocking & is a very different thing.
Check field orders - are you using HD to DVD? If so be very careful with field order issues. If the video is Progressive you should be okay but if it is compressed MPEG-2 Transport Streams or similar it will almost certainly be Upper Field First whereas the transcode for DVD will probably be Lower Field First.

How to see the BPS menu options when you log-in to the systems

I am able to use BPS0 and BPS_WB transactions to directly access the BPS development environment.
But I am not able to see the options for accessing these transactions in the user-menu(that appears to the left of the screen when you log-in to the system). I am using the BW 3.5 system. What should I do to see them in my menu?

Hello Ajay,
I created a new role called "zrole" for displaying planning trasactions in the menu. The name of the area menu to see the planning transactions in BW 3.5 is "RS00_PLAN". I am now able to see all SEM planning transactions in the menu.
I am awarding full points.
Ashwin - Since the menu for accessing the planning transaction is not available by default in the SAP menu I had to create a role.

Apple tv menu change when viewingnnetflix?

The atv netflix menu seems to have changed since yesterday. Recently viewed items no longer show.

There have been a few reports of Netflix disappearing from the ATV menu altogether, but this is the first one I've seen about the menu changing, although it's possible some of the menu data could be coming from Netflix, and they make changes from time to time.

Decorator not changing when you click on listitem

I'm developing a mobile application for my thesis and I was working with flash builder burrito. I now installed the new SDK and flashbuilder 4.5.
I changed my code a little bit so it would work with the new SDK.
But there's one problem I can't solve.
I have a list with objects in it. When the element is not checked you can see a gray V, when you click on it it should become a green V. So the user can see wich one is checked and wich not. Here for I use a list with an itemrenderer.
The problem is when he loads the page he can set the decorator correctly. But when you click on a listitem he doesn't change the decorator.
I've allready tried to debug , and the debugger is going to the itemrenderer and setting the decorator but de decorator doesn't change in my list.
I made a small example to show:

As you can see I also use setStyle and change the color when you click it. This is because that works. This is only temporary offcourse.
And I think that's a strange thing that setStyle does work but setting the decorator to a new image doesn't.

Thunderbird automatically syncs unsubscribed Gmail All Mail when you hit the "a" key

I do not sync Gmail All Mail as it is simply a duplicate of all my other folders.
However, if you accidently hit the "a" on the keyboard whilst in the folder view, Thunderbird automatically opens the Gmail All Mail folder and starts downloading/syncing the folder. Mine is around 20Gb so rather annoying.
I have to close TB, open it then quickly, unsubscribe to the Gmail All Mail folder, then close, delete the msf file and then I can go back into TB for it to work normally.
Is there a solution to this? How can I stop the "a" key from opening an unsubscribed folder?

You are archiving when you press 'a', and in gmail this is interpreted as moving it to All Mail.
I'd suggest you look at the KeyConfig add-on, which lets you specify (and disable!) keyboard short-cuts.

Problem with Tilelist: size of displayed items changes when you scrolldown

I have a TileList that shows some items. I have an initial state, with the columncount set to 4. When the application begins the Tilelist only shows 3 columns, supposedly because there is no more space left, but when you scrolldown, and then scroll up, you’ll see that now the Tilelist shows 4 columns, as it’s supposed to, instead of the 3 that it showed at the beginning. I want to know how can make the tilelist show 4 columns from the beginning (I know that there is enough space, and that somethings going wrong with the tilelist(.
