Dvi cable not compatable with elite 8000
Hello! First post. I just bought a refurb HP Elite 8000,windows 7 and new HP 20xi monitor. DVI cable is not compatable with port on computer. Adaptor available? Can I use just the VGA cable?

If you want to have digital video, then you need a display port to dvi cable.
In addition to the analog VGA port, that is the other video out port that the 8000 Elite has.

Are you using Adobe Reader 7 on Windows 8? If so, the message is probably correct and you should download the latest version of Adobe Reader (which is XI).
If you already have Reader XI, maybe you can give us some more details about where you are at and what you are doing when you get this message. -
I just got my refurb iPad in the mail. I am trying to set it up, but i am getting this error message " iTunes could not back up the ipad because the backup was corrupt or not compatable with the ipad. Delete the backup for this ipad. Then try agian." How do I do that?
It sounds like the iPad wasn't erased to me. If the iPad is totally cleared of content, there should be nothing on it and no backup to create.
Without connecting the iPad to your computer - Launch iTunes on you computer and go to Edit>Prefences>Devices. Do you see an iPad backup in there? If you do see it, delete it. -
My APE11 gets an Unable to use plug-in It's not compatable with this version of Photoshop
My APE 11 will read my Canon 70D raw file since I used the 8.3. In the organiser but as soon as I got to Edit the Raw file it just come up " Unable to use Camera Raw Plug-in" " It is not compatable with this version of Photoshop" No photo in the screen at all just a blank area with the raw sliders. And the box with the wording unable to use etc.

I downloaded it and looked at it. Even Graphic Converter can't recover any pixels or meaningful data, just some general information:
In my experience, if GraphicConverter can't open it, nothing will.

Just make sure you are obeying the correct install order - older versions must be installed before newer stuff, i.e. your CS3 must be installed before LR4 and PSE 11. in fact your corruption error could be just that - the CS3 envcountering stuff it doesn't understand because it is newer than itself.

I need to obtain an older version of firefox.. 4.0 is not compatable with my roboform. i need to uninstall it and reinstall the latest 3. something to get it to work right. where can i get the older version?Get an update from Roboform.

Having trouble charging my IPhone4 with the charger from apple and the charger i bought from sprint. I plug it into the apple charger and nothing happens. if i plug it into the charger from sprint it says charging not compatable with this accessorie? should i take it in for repair or try a new charger??
Try a different charger pref an apple one if it stays the same take it in to be checked

Locate c:\program files\palm\[hotsync username]\if you will se a install folder or quick install folder just empty it by deleting whatever file inside those folders.
