DW 2014. - What Happened To Page Title In Toolbar?

In prior versions there used to be a page title box in the document toolbar. Is this gone? Is there a way to redisplay it?

I doesn't seem to display in Properties when in a table. I can see it if I open a blank page, but if I open the Properties box on my main template (which is comprised completely of tables) it doesn't show. Screenshots below:

PS CS6 - What happened to Page Setup?

Please help - I'm about to bang my head on the desk in complete frustration, and it shouldn't be this difficult!!
What happened to Page setup in CS6? I'm trying to print a document with canvas size 11x17. When I try to print, the media box is listed at 8.5x11. There is no obvious way to change it, and Page Setup is no longer in the file menu, or on the dialog box.

Change the page size in print settings. But some printer drivers require that you save custom print sizes as a preset before they'll tell the application about the custom page size (lame, but that's printer drivers for ya).

What happened to page count, word count and the toolbar at the top?

Is there any way to edit the toolbar so that when I want to switch fonts I don't have to keep opening the toolbar on the side? (Is there anyway I can get the toolbar from the previous version back?)
Also, is there a way for the page count and word count to show up and stay there for future documents? I had the word count appear and tried to save that as a template but when trying to open up new documents I have to go back and make it so the word count shows up again.

Yes. Menu > View > Customize Toolbar... drag/drop the Fonts icon adjacent to the Comments icon on the Toolbar. The Fonts icon now becomes a toggle to show/hide the Fonts toolbox, which you could also produce with a command+T.

No. Available via Menu > View > Show Word Count. This produces a floating box at the bottom of your document. When you roll over it with your mouse, you have a selection of words, characters, and paragraphs. The word count excludes spaces.

Pasting PDF - what happens to pages after page 1?

Pasting a pdf in to Pages works well except that I only seem to get the first page.
Anyone else experienced this? and what's the workaround?

Stupid is as stupid does.
It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Rather than stupid I'd say you're doing things backwards.
The PDF format was designed to be the final step in document production to make files easily transferable between programs and operating systems. So, I have always viewed trying to insert a PDF document into another type of document as similar to trying to increase the dimensions of a painting after it's been framed; adding the eggs to a cake after it's been baked; spackling the walls after they've been painted . . . blah, blah, blah.
Unless the PDF is only a single page and that's the only format you can get for the document, I think the better procedure is to create a PDF of the Pages document (or Word document - insert program here) and then insert the other PDF pages into the new PDF file. If you only need a portion of the PDF or you only need the text, you can often copy and paste images and text from the PDF into another program. It depends on you the PDF was created.
BTW, the PDF is acting the way it should, although I can't explain the technical aspect of it. If you really want the other pages, you'll need to insert them one at a time, probably by breaking the PDF into multiple files and inserting each one.

Just downloaded the update to Numbers. Where did the Show Layout with page headers and footers go?

They are somewhere on the cutting room floor at the Apple app factory.

I noticed recently the title presets selections are empty in my installation of PP CS6 (Mac version). It has been a while since using CS6 titling capability , and I don't remember ever using the presets. So... how do I enable access to the presets selections?

Bridge 2014: what happened to tools photoshop menu?

WHERE THE HELL IS IT?

I had no problem in this area, The Creative Cloud update installed Photoshop CC 2014, and updated Photoshop CC, Photoshop CS6 and Adobe Bridge CC. It failed to update Extension Manager. I re-installed that and thad down leveled it to version 7.0.0 and then Creative Cloud updated extension manager to version 7.2.0.74.
I opened Photoshop then used menu File>Browse in Bridge to open the bridge. I then checked Bridges preferences StartUP scripts. I notice that three were changed for CC 2014 that Adobe Bridge CC seem to be unchanged and the my hack for Xbytor Image Processor Pro was still there. I selected a RAW file and then used menu Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor. Photoshop cc 2014 Opened the Image Processor Dialog. I made some changes and ran if=t. All worked. Make sure Bridges was updated and its Preferences start up scripts are all enabled. View the screen capture in a new tab the site scales image poorly...

What happened to page breaks in Numbers 3.2?

I need Numbers to create a PDF spreadsheet that has actual page breaks instead of one long table. Why can't I do this?? I frequently need to share spreadsheets with those not using a Mac or any spreadsheet software at all. But when I export my two page spreadsheet to a PDF, the file is just a long table without breaking it up into two pages. Perhaps someone could print it and stretch it out over two pages, but I should be able to format how something should look as a PDF and there doesn't seem to be any way to do that. When I try to insert a page break, the option is grayed out. Any help would be appreciated.

Instead of Menu > File > Export To... > PDF, do
Menu > File > Print... to get Print Preview.

The page breaks are inserted.
The Print Setup panel on the right allows you to set the page margins (drag the panel up to see).
Now click on Print... to get the Print Dialogue
Click on PDF (lower left)
Save as PDF.

What happened to my comcast (xfinity) toolbar after installation of latest firefox?

After installing the latest version of firefox, all of my toolbars disappeared. How do I get them back?

I found that after Firefox v29, and v30, a LOT of my settings and
add-ons were changed / reset. Try this;

What happened to Acro 8's toolbars?

Recently my Acro Pro v 8 updated. When it was done, all the toolbars gone. I can't find any setting in the menus to bring them back, and when I went into Acro help, I found that the scripting feature there no longer worked either.
Any hints on how to resuscitate the toolbars? Do I need to redo the upgrade?

Thanks for the reply; that had crossed my mind so I performed a Kismet capture during a 35 mile drive. Lots of probes were captured from my iPhone which was consistently sending out the same MAC address (the one listed under device settings) each time. It should be noted that the captured probes didn't contain any wireless access point SSIDs. This isn't the answer unfortunately.

What happened to the F-Security Toolbar and Google results check?

The previous version of Firefox allowed F-Secure to activate a toolbar for checking websites and reporting suspicious ones. Also, it allowed F-Secure to rate google search results in terms of their safety to visit. These features do not seem to work in Firefox 4. Is there a way to fix these problems and if not how could I roll back to my previous version of Firefox?

for a certain reason the F-Secure toolbar suddenly works with Firefox 4 on my PC. I donk't now why, but it suddenly works today. the last days i've had the same problem as alex45. Maybe it now functions with you new firefox 4 browser, too. It's very strange, because there was not an update for the new browser, at least I've had not noticed any updates. Maybe it's F-Secure with its automatically update?

Issue with Muse CC 2014 page titles

Since I upgraded to Muse CC 2014, all of my page titles are displaying incorrectly in the header bar of my browser. For example my "events" page is displaying as 'The Market ChurchEvents" at the very top of my browser - I can't find a way to fix this with the page properties of any of my pages. Has anyone else seen this issue? The site I'm talking about specifically is www.TheMarketChurch.com
I "fixed" this on my homepage by titling the page title with a period so it at least displays as The Market Church. instead of "The Market ChurchThe Market Church"

In your description you say the first document opens as the Title you gave it.
Templates always open as Untitled so it sounds like you have saved a regular document, perhaps into your templates folder which is possible.
Since you have already worked on it and it has been previously saved, Lion will now Save for you and Save a Version is available
The other document does open as Untitled so sounds like a real template and as Peggy has pointed out will not have either Revert nor Save a Version until you Save it and have changed something in it.
This is a classic example of just how Apple's supposedly "simplification" of the process, is leading to confusion of what has happened. That the conditions and resulting actions from those conditions is so convoluted says it all.
It all reminds me of the Monty Python Life of Brian sketch with the "simplified" John Cleese instructions to the class, as to if you have a brother in an older dorm whether to hang your hat and bag on the hooks provided. The trouble is Apple does not get the joke, that it is transforming itself into a frequently self contradictory bumbling bureacracy. The price of unchallenged self appointed geniushood.
The incoherent half baked stumbling juggernaut has reached new triumphs with its edict on enforced Sandboxing on developers when it is unable to follow even its own instructions.

Just upgraded to 5 from 3 - what happened to the page select icon? Can't find it in customize toolbars.

Used to be you could select which page you wished to go back or forward to from the arrow icons on the navigation toolbar. The history menu item only shows 10 sites without having to open history for today. What happened? Is there another icon or a new plug in for this functionality? I used it all the time.

The back/forward buttons have been moved to right-hand side of the navigation bar and the drop-down was removed. User right-click or hold click for one second to see the tab history. This is item #5 in my list.
The History menu also has "Open Previous session" and "Open closed windows",
to see more history use the History sidebar ("Ctrl+H") or the History Library List ("Ctrl+Shift+H") and sort or view by "Last visited".
