  • Trying to re-install CS 5.5 Design Standard exit code 7 error codes DW050 & DW036

    I have a University edition and had it installed on this desktop before - I wanted to install it on my laptop - it was not working installing on my laptop - I was advised within this community that I might need to uninstall from my desktop in order to do that so I had it uninstalled on desktop. Subsequently I discovered the reason I could not install on laptop was due to the screen size not meeting specs required too small. So now I am trying to reinstall on my desktop and getting the above error message.
    Please tell me what to do I did call Adobe support last time and found them not helpful at all - alot of on hold time and run around and no answers simply telling me to go on forum so thanks for your help in advance.

    Having problems installing Acrobat XI from Creative Cloud.  I receive a few error messages each time I try.
    Can anyone help?

    Hi,
    This msi error (1613) usually means previous install is creating problems with this install. Have you tried uninstalling all previous versions of Acrobat?

  • DW050 Installation errors and where do I file my install logs?

    I've just installed Photoshop CS6 on an i7 PC wiht 16 gig of RAM and plenty of hard drive space. I've got 25 errors and 2 warning in the install logs. Can someone please tell me where or to whom I should send this file?

  • Installing Flash Professional CS5.5 error

    I've tried restarting, uninstalling and installing a few times and I still get the same error. Is this because the rest of my adobe software is CS3 or because I'm working on a mac OS X 10.5.8?
