Dynamic hierarchical list

How can I implement the following by using "dynamic" list in APEX?

Hi,
I was able to generate the list dynamically. However, I couldn't make it work by using the jOrgChart plugin. I included the following in my header and the following onload event but it still didn't work. Would you kindly share the information of how to make it work in APEX?
HTML Header:
