Dynamic Linkage between 2 Numbers documents

I currently have a numbers document and i was to import information from another table in another numbers document, either automatically or using some kind of macro. I know this is possible with the PULL fuction in excel but i dont know if this is possible with numbers

Amazing, This is exactly what im looking to be doing. The end goal i have, is that ive been tracking some infomation in my numbers document however for a long time so i dont want to change it, but i recently got a set of scales which will allow me to track my weight, i want this information be able to be automatically put into my current document in the appropriate palce (Auto being after i run the script).
So i currently have the table in my numbers sheet with date and Weight, i want this to auto add the information found on the other gsheet that i have managed to get auto generated using something called IFTTT.
But basically the gsheet will auto update and i want my numbers document to run a script too see this information has been updated and then place the new info in the appropriate palce!
You can see the Gsheet create has Date and Weight in columbs A and B. I have these corresponding columbs in the "Workout Log" Table in the numbers document. I want this to add to this table so i keeps all the other graphs and counters etc. up to date

The linkage between Good Receipts Document & MM Invoices

Dear Experts :
I have an issue. I am doing Purchase Summary Report (ALV format). This report is to display each Good Receipts Documents with it's sum up invoice amount.
But there is one scenario where, user post MM invoice, they didn't specify any reference GR documents in the Invoice document.
Which means I couldn't find reference document number under EKBE-LFBNR, EKBE-LFPOS and EKBE-LFGJA where VGABE (transaction type) = '2'.
Do we have any way or table to refer to link this kind of invoices to the Good Receipt Document ?

Hi, Time Sharing scheduling is based on credits that are allocated to the process while creation and as long as process keep consuming the OS resources (CPU etc), its priority keeps on changing dynamically (Because process has lost credits) where as processes with Real Time Scheduling are given priority over other processes configured with Time Sharing (even kernel resources).
In simple terms, if LMS is configured with Time Sharing scheduling on a very busy Oracle RAC system, LMS process may contend for the CPU resources, which may cause performance bottleneck in cluster environment.
In Oracle Real Applicaiton Cluster, various organizations has gained performance benefits of setting few Oracle processes such as LMS with Real Time scheduling.

How do I link to information in cells within other Numbers documents?

I am trying to simplify my staff wages. I have a Numbers document with 12 sheets (months) each with one table showing staff, pay deductions etc.
I want to have 6 other documents (one for each member of staff); each of which will have 12 sheets (months). These will house 12 identical payslips, one for each month. I need each cell to auto-fill from the associated cell in the overview Numbers document.
I created this in Excel but when I imported it, Numbers is happy with the overview document but the not the formulae importing figures from other the document.
I'm sure I should be able to do this, but I ain't wiz enough.
I hope I've managed to convey what I'm trying to do, and I hope someone can help me.

There is no link between two Numbers documents.
The easy workaround is to create new sheets dedicated to what is, at this time, stored in other documents.
And of course,
_Go to "Provide Numbers Feedback" in the "Numbers" menu_, explain politely that you wish to be able to insert links between document.
Then, cross your fingers, and wait _at least_ for iWork'11

Share cell data between Numbers documents

I know that keynote can reference a table from Numbers and remain updated as that table updates. Can the same be done from one Numbers document to another? Can I have say, one commonly accessed table in a document that many other documents would have a path to and access. Or said more simply can seprate Numbers Documents share cell information?

I hope you also saw in other threads the recommendation to Provide Numbers Feedback to Apple where there are features you would find it useful to include in future Numbers versions. You'll find Provide Numbers Feedback in the Numbers menu in Numbers '09.

Error message when trying to salve pages or numbers documents

All of a sudden i get the following message when trying to save newly created pages or numbers documents into my documents folder
"The file “Untitled.numbers-tef” couldn’t be opened". THis is for doocuments created from scratch.
Can anyone please help?
I'm relatively new to new to the iMac and OS so not sure if something has been set up incorrectly - but it's been working OK for approx 3 months.

photo clips, which rendered just fine. However, I

I was unable to add any more transitions.
Aha! That may be different problem. There's a bug in iMovie that makes it impossible to update image clips after you empty the iMovie trash. If you imported the image with the Ken Burns checkbox ON, the bug can affect you later.
It's possible, I suppose, that this bug not only prevented you from updating the clips to a new duration, but made it impossible to add the transition to the clips.
After importing your images with the Ken Burns checkbox on, you might try dragging the source image out of the iMovie trash, described here:

Is it possible to link values between two numbers pages in icloud ?

I want to work with different number pages (not sheets) and link values between them.
The main reason is that I want a group of people to have access to one numbers document and a second group of people to get access to another document that has values extracted from the first document.

Thanks for the tip, not only will this help on the few pages I needed, I can utilize this feature for subsequent catalogs and other info that used to be a copy/paste type function.
I ended up using this feature with a simple find/replace to change the page numbers.

(semi-)automatically updating cells/tables in pages from a numbers document

Hi,
I've been googling around for a bit, but can't find out if this is possible and if so, how to do it.
What I want to do is create a document in numbers (all the data for the invoices I send), then go to a standardized pages invoice and with a (couple of) click(s) generate the data from the numbers document.
E.g.; I've done a job for someone, whereby I worked *2 hours* for €50/h = €100. They also pay my travelling costs, say 100km at €0.30/km = €30.
Total amount excl. taxes = €130
Add 19% taxes €24,70
Total amount €154,70
All the bold items would have to be in my invoice. I usually have a table in my invoice, so ideally I would crosslink cells from the the pages doc with the corresponding cells in the numbers doc and be able to update any changes I make from the numbers to the pages document with the click of a button.
Is this possible within iWork '09?
If so; how? If not; would it be possible with an external program?
I'm now using MS Office, and my girlfriend knows how to do this between Word and Excel, but I don't want to always have to bother her for every invoice (it's not very easy, and I keep forgetting how to do it (and yes, I can write it down and look it up, but surely it should not be so hard to do someting like that on a Mac?)).

We may easily auto-fill a cell from the content of a cell of an other table.
Assuming that we have sheet "Sheet 1" containing a table "Table 1"
and
a sheet "Sheet 2" containing a table "Table 1"
In cell D5 of Table 1 of Sheet 2, insert the formula :
="Sheet 1 :: Table 1 :: B12"
When you will insert something in cell B12 of Table 1 of Sheet 1,
the value will be automatically available in cell D5 of Table 1 of Sheet 2.

thanks. but every customer wants to know what happened to his cart if the status is COMPLETED or not. Why SAP missed this small piece of functionality to show COMPLETED status via WEb transaction. I can see only this via REDISTRIBUTION WORKLOAD transcation status. right hand side green tick mark. this green mark totally mislead every body. mixuter of status shows green tick mark (COMPLETED + FOLLOW ON DOCUMENT CREATED etc) in redistribution mark.

for ex CART went to ERROR IN PROCESS but no where the requestor can see his cart and he got dismayed and admin can see his cart . ok. if i go see in redistribution menu it shows COMPLETED logo. it mislead whole business.

Delete link between a DMS document and a change number

Hi. I've associated several DMS documents to a change number, using CC02 transaction. Now I'm trying to delete these links. I can neither delete them nor delete change number. I've marked "Deletion indicator", but I don't know how I have to continue.

Hi Iván,
please use report MCDOKDEL: This report is used to delete the Documents which are marked for deletion.
To delete the linkage between change number and object link, please go to CC02 and select button "Objects". Here you can see all linked objects to this change number. Select tab "Documents" and mark the document for which you want to delete the link. Afterwards please press the delete button. Then the linkage to this document should be deleted.

Actually, we want a extra field where we insert Asset Number. Suppose we find a field a PR and insert Asset Number there, then Asset Number should be display in PO and FS10N also.

FS10N is a transaction to display financial balance on G/L accounts.

iWork.com (beta) was made for sharing documents with other iWork users, not really for syncing documents between your own devices. Unfortunately, Apple has not updated the desktop versions of the iWork apps to use iCloud. Until they do you have to use iCloud.com in a web browser or iTunes to sync files.

after performing MRP and processing reservation 1 document is generated at MRP output -
purchase requisition Mat. 11111, quant. 150, date 01.08.08.
Task: how to disable uniting similar requirements during MRP run, i.e.
according to the above mentioned example there should be 2 requisitions at the output:
purchase requisition 333, Mat. 11111, quant. 50, date 01.08.08
purchase requisition 334, Mat. 11111, quant. 100, date 01.08.08
Task 2:
How can the analyst add to the newly generated requisition the number of reservation based on which this requisition has been generated or how to set (how not to lose) linkage between reservation and requisition:
E.g.: purchase requisition 333, Mat. 11111, quant. 50, date 01.08.08, reservation 1212.
Probably it may be done with BADI MD_PURREQ_CHANGE, but it is not clear how to define the implementation point.

The 1st part of your question:
The requirement of reservation is on same date ,hence sigle PR is generated.you have not mentioned what is lot size key being used.
Probably you can try with Lot size key "EX" ( I am not sure).
The second question:
you can analyse like this:
Got MD04 & see the pegged requirements . This way you can know what is the origin of requirement for a particular PR.

If you try to invent your own syntax, you are starting on very wrong basis.
The required syntax is defined by the Numbers AppleScript's dictionary.
This one doesn't know what is a template.
This is why, in the link posted by badunit, I use an other scheme to create a new document.
I know that it's awful but it's the only one available at this time.
