Dynamic selections for the FBL5N report

Hi Experts,
Can any body help how to add the account assignment group field in dynamic selections for the FBL5N report.

Thanks for your quick response, here for the report FBL5N the logical database is DDF and the field which should be add in dynamic selection is (KTGRD) account assignment group is available in KNVV table but this table is not available in DDF logival database.
Please suggest us how we can pickup this field into the report FBL5N for dynamic selections.

Dynamic Selections for the F.42 report

Hii Experts,
I want to add a field called Business Place(BUPLA) in dynamic Selection in tcode F.42.
So, in F.42 KDF Logical Database is used, so i make a Custom Selection view for KDF database.
Business place is successfully added in Dynamic Selection, but it doesn`t reflect when i execute F.42.
When i test from SE36, it reflects.

Note 50370 explains in full detail how the system works for selecting the documents with dynamic selection.
Balance report reads the transaction figures which are stored with the help of several different fields, so the selection according to further fields cannot be proceed. This is standard design.
The dynamic selection for Document Data does not work for reports which use customer / vendor transaction tables (KNC1 LFC1),i.e., document data like doc.number and Doc.date is not stored in transaction tables.
Dynamic selections can only be used with customer / vendor, company code
or fiscal year fields. The following reports are affected by this
program design.
S_ALR_87012186 - Customer sales
S_ALR_87012082 - Vendor Balances in Local Currency
S_ALR_87012093 - Vendor Business
S_ALR_87012079 - Transaction Figures: Account Balance
S_ALR_87012080 - Transaction Figures: Special Sales
S_ALR_87012081 - Transaction Figures: Sales
S_ALR_87012105 - List of Down Payments open at Key Date - Vendors
S_ALR_87012172 - Customer balances in local currency

Dear Alberto,
Please refer to the SAP note 310886. In the note you should be able
to see how to add fields in to the dynamic selection , and the fields,
which are available for this.

The dynamic selection for profit center in FBL1N isn't working

Dear all,
I have one one issue regarding FBL1N.
The dynamic selection for profit center in FBL1N isn't working.
If we enter profit center, we don't get any value.
As per developer after debugging, table BSIK is not getting updated, hence values are not updating in the report.
Please let me know, any configuration is missing.

Try BSEG and see if its there for the particular doc. If its not there its a functional issue, you have to capture profit center at the time of entry. You can either make the profit center field mandatory or substitute it at the time of document generation. Consult your FI consultant. If u have activated New GL features the profit center may me in table FAGLFLEXA. but i don't think u can get the profit center from this table for your purpose, you may need to develop a zreport.
And its not BISK its BSIK

Report Painter - cannot hide an element selected for the drill-down report

Dear Experts
I am using report painter to modify a report by trying to hide a row but getting the following error.
You cannot hide an element that you selected for the drill-down list
Message no. K7186
Diagnosis
You cannot hide elements that have already been selected for the drill-d
System Response
The function was canceled.
Procedure
Deselect the relevant row or column from the drill-down list.
It says to deselect the relevant row from the drill-down list, but not able to find out how do i do it.
kindly please help me to solve it

Hi,
If you are asking me whether i am trying to hide the row in the report painter form or in the output of the report, then, yes i am trying it in the report painter.
I copied this standard form '0SAPRATIO-01' for Cash Flow statements-Indirect method(tcode FSI5) and trying to modify the copied one. I tried to hide an existing row but it gave me the above message.
any help?

Extend dynamic selection for a field added on PRPS table

Hi Gurus,
I want to see the field that I've added in PRPS table as part of dynamic selection on the reports like S_ALR_87013542/ S_ALR_87013532. The LDB for project systems is PSJ. How do I make it appear as a dynamic selection on the selection-screen criteria for these reports?

Hi,
We have done this a lot on my project. Follow these steps:
(1) Transaction SE36 for logical database PSJ
(2) Choose menu path Extras -> Selection views (Ctrl+F7)
(3) Change the "Origin of view" to SAP
(4) Find the PRPS_R node in the top, right "Tables/nodes" view.
(5) Double-click PRPS_R.
(6) Find your custom field that you added in PRPS (in the bottom "Table fields/node fields" view.
(7) Choose and enter a 2-character Function Group ID (see the top, left view) next to the new field.
(8) Save and transport...

Report Profile Use & fields in dynamic selection in RE-FX reports..

I have two requirements:
1. Some of the SAP delivered fields in RE master data of BE,PR,BU and RO are not required by our client. Thus we have hidden them using field status transaction. However they are still available in RE info system in Dynamic selection as well as in output screen. How can we remove these fields from information system as well.
2. Some fields were added to the master data using BDT, they are visisble in the report however, they are not available in Dynamic Selections. How can we add them in dynamic selection as well during report execution.
The transaction codes for reports are e.g. REISBE, REISBU, REISPR, REISRO, RECN, etc.
Can ReportProfile be of some use?? If yes, how can we configure the same.

I am aware of this, however, creating a variant still keeps the fields in hidden list in change variant section and any user maygo and bring the same to viewable list.
I am willing if we can simply remove those fields from the display screen to avoid any confusion in future.

AFS ARun: sales order not been selected for the allocation run.

Hi,
I am setting up the Purchase-to-Order (similar to Indiv PO item sales order) Process for SAP AFS.
When doing the Allocation Run (trx J3AT) after Goods receipt of Sales order stock, I get an error that ARun terminated because no requirements were selected. The delivery check report (/AFS/LIEF_CHECK) indicates that the sales order has not been selected for the allocation run.
For this process, I have set-up an Allocation type with
1. Requirement selection that does not exclude MTO/PTO orders
2. Set-up stock selection which includes physical stock type for MTO/PTO orders to the customer special stock MSKA with the segment KALAB.
Can someone suggest what I may have missed?

How can I reduce the selection for the characteristics value in a BW query

Good morning,
I need to find out how I can reduce the selection for the characteristics values in a BW query.
In a BW query I have a characteristic "Due month".
The characteristic values shown in the query are from 01.2001->03.2007. I would like to reduce it to the last 2 years,in the query view, without deleting the data for the other years in the cube.
Do you know how this can be done?

hi,
First thing you have to do is check the report how the data is being restricted only to those months.
1) one it can be variable in which the code is written for that to populate for last few years.
or else it must have been hardcoded for these months.
Go into your report and underneath the characteristicsCALMONTH there must be an variable or hardcoding.
You need to change this here in the report.
You dont have to delete anything there.

sg. like:

you can use the Dynamic Selects for FOR ALL ENTRIES, but i think you may need to use the correct Internal table to match the tabel structure

How do I change the image selected for the finalized movies pane in all events? I made a movie some time ago in iMovie, and a still from this now appears as the image for Finalized Movies in the All Events pane (as well as showing up if I then click on this pane to take me to Finalized Movies). Anyone know how to change or delete this image, please?

First, I found I had "img100.png" in C:\Windows\Web\Screen and

I copied and pasted it to both "img100.png" files keeping this way the format (extension) and resolution of the original "img100.png" file,
which I permanently deleted.
However, I have not been able to replace the img100.pgn in C:\Windows\Web\Screen even after taking ownership of it and setting the permissions for my userid to All. I edit it with mspaint and then try to save it. The save starts that then says the
save was interrupted.
The appears to be some additional protection besides the standard acls.

The addition "DYNAMIC_SELECTIONS" is only allowed in INCLUDE DB__SSEL.
and I don't know how to solve it, what is that include db__ssel?

I need to add field (BUSAB) from table KNB1 in the dynamic selection screen of transaction FDK43 (Cre4dit Management :Master Data List)
I tried this using selection view in LDB but its not displayed the field in dynamic selections in the transaction FDK43.Altough it shows the field in the LDB ...this is not the case for the transaction FDK43.
