Dynamically change shape characteristics java3d

Question

Hi I am working on a 3D application i am trying to draw some shapes on the 3d canvas an change color , size, with the use of some widgets.
i implemented the listener on these widgets(sliders) and passed the value to the shape class but nothing happen ..............any idea?

First let me say there is a seperate forum for java 3D programming there people will be able to help you better
Then i would like to post all relevant code in such a way i could actually run it and check what went wrong.
Dont post to much but post the least code possible to still reproduce the problem.
