E-Business Suite Avery Labels Discrepancy

Question

I followed the directions under Tim's blog: http://blogs.oracle.com/xmlpublisher/entry/avery_labels
When I use the add-in through Microsoft Word and choose Preview as PDF - the labels look perfect - it prints 3 columns and 10 rows before doing a page break. When I run the exact same template with the exact same data and click view output, the PDF tries to put an 11th row on the page and its cut off at the bottom.
Am I missing something from when I do it in Word and try to transition to E-Business Suite?
We are on EBS 11.5.10.2, DB 11.2.0.2 and our boxes are Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.

Rob M,
Make sure your jar libraries of your Server and your Desktop are in Synch: Libraries to convert from RTF to PDF.
Normally you should use the recommended version of BI Publisher Desktop that is compatible with your EBS XMLP version,
in this way you ensure both libraries are in synch.
run this command in your server and your desktop:
unzip -p xdocore.jar META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
compare both manifests and should match otherwise they are out of synch.
Jar locations could be like this:
Server: ORA_HOME\oc4j_bi\j2ee\home\applications\xmlpserver\xmlpserver\WEB-INF\lib
Desktop : C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib
