E-commerce refund

My client needs to issue a refund for a web sale through her BC ecommerce... anyone know how to do this within the interface?

I think you do it through the Gateway you are using, not the BC interface.

BlackBerry Commerce Refund Server UNKNOWN Errors

Hello, it seems that the BlackBerry Commerce - BlackBerry World refund database is having issues.
I have tried to request refunds on two third party apps which fail in full to work as they were advertised. I receiving the following error on both refund requests,
An unknown error occurred processing your refund request. Please try again later.
I am bringing this to the attention of the board as to hope someone can get this passed on to the proper department at BlackBerry.

Non-legit app refund

Yesterday I purchased a non-legit version of ewallet for BB10 from the app store (now subsequently removed from the store) and appear to be unable to send a refund request using the Blackberry Commerce refunds form. Each time I attempt to send the form it simples returns "An unknown error occurred processing your refund request. Please try again later."
Is there any solution for this or a direct contact as I have tried to send the form a number of times in the last 24 hours.

@sdgardne: I don't know about the USA, but that would not stand in a European court of law. Your transaction is with BB, so they are contractually obligated to provide a service. That obligation cannot be delegated. Besides, would you contact your internet service provider if you had an issue with an an order on Amazon? Of course not.
That said, the App World agreement states that RIM is not obliged to provide any refunds. For warranted cases they often do though.

Blackberry world should clearly state what apps the OS is suiitable for

Very unhappy I have bought 2 apps so far that are not compatible with my Q10.
One was "Dictionary +" and the other was "Unit Converter Ultimate"
Dictionary + didn't work at all, while the Converter (full paid version) was exactly the same as the free version.
I feel like I've been made a fool of.
BlackBerry world should clearly state these apps are NOT suitable for Q10.
I am now trying to get a REFUND. But my point is, I should not have been put in this ridiculous situation.
Blackberry World please get your act together and so a bit more professionalism.
Anyone else had these problems?

Can I transfer a web commerce site to another site I have?

I have a web commerce site that never went live, I prepaid for one year. I understand no refund, can I transfer this to another trail site and make that site web commerce?

Error in starting weblogic commerce server on Win2000

I downloaded the evaluation release of Weblogic Commerce 3.1 and th licence,
and installed it on Windows 2000 Professional,
I have a Weblogic Application Server 5.1 installed
the server did not start and gave an error, please help us as to what the

While going to the US for the summer, I went to the San Francisco Apple Store.
I saw the Apple Gift Cards, and I was wondering if they would work on my Taiwan Apple ID, so I bought a $25 gift card and a 4 cards bundle pack each with $10 inside.
But then now, coming back to Taiwan, I realised the gift cards was only valid for US users so I asked for support from Apple

Can you create a website in DW then upload it to BC for commerce site?

So confusing working from BC in DW. I originally thought that I could take my Muse or Dreamweaver websites, upgrade in order to get the ecommerce features, upload product spreadsheet, figure out how to populate the pages, and publish.
Now it seems BC just complicates and confuses the process with its addition of modules and tags. Why does it have to be so hard? BC Gurus videos show features that don’t show up in my version. Can’t find templates to start from. Waisting hours trying to learn the relationship between the two (BC/DW). Seems like BC commerce is more work than other all-in-one packages. All I want is to take my design and make eCommerce operational.
First mistake: Current project designed in Muse. When I upgraded from basic to commerce3, and BC started throwing in their modules, I got totally lost.
Then, I imported BC site in DW, now I have all the mess from Muse plus BC and don’t have anything that I recognize which I can work with.
All I need is a clear step-by-step list that will walk me through it. There are way too many videos and tutorials that are vague and unhelpful. Personally, videos take too long to sit through and try to take notes without having to pause and play - inefficient.
Ask the question “what’s a module?” and I can’t get a clear definition.
Same with “tag”! What is it, where do they go, I don’t even know what to ask.

Welcome to the web industry, BC makes things a lot easier with how it is produced and the avoidance of a lot of server side development if you was to use other systems. Managing layouts, tags, modules, CSS and HTML and Javascript is kind of basics of the profession to master.
You will find guides showing features not availible to a plan if you are only on say a webasic plan etc as you noted. Muse is really not the best thing to get into not just BC but web design with, it does not teach you anything you need to know to properly create websites, especially even remotely more complex things. There is no clear step by step I am afraid, You have guides provided on these forums, you have the BC knowledgebase and sites like BC Gurus but really its learning what things are, how things are. Learning CSS, HTML, Javascript etc and implementing as you do so.
A module is something that renders output of content in varius forms such as a menu or a web form. It can render a list of items created by a web app and more. A tag is a set of values or rendering content within the modules like web apps or other elments such as eCommerce.

I bought a 20G iPod with color display in July of 2005. It is still in the warranty.
A few weeks ago, my iPod stopped working. I followed all the troubleshooting steps but nothing worked.
I was wondering.. is it possible to get a full money refund for my iPod instead of getting it fixed??? I really want the full $300 back instead of a new/fixed iPod.
If it turns out that I have to get it fixed instead of getting my $300 back, is it possible to refund my money after it is fixed or replaced?

Did you try Parental Controls?

See if that does the trick: I think there's a way for you to request a password for purchases, but still be logged in.

Unlikely. Based on the complete lack of detail of the issue provided it is entirely possible the same issue would occur.
Unless and until the user provides some actual details of the problem, there is nothing the indicate that the issue is with the iPhone.

I am trying to remove the stamp at the bottom that says designed by monstertemplate, with their website links at the bottom but not having any luck. I can see the the links code when I turn on the live code view in dreamweaver but cant see it when I go to codes to try and edit it. Maybe I am missing something and would appricate any help. This is the website:

Obviousy this is not as plain saliling as I thought. Being as though its OScommerce you probably have to jump through hiops to get to what you need.
