E&M Voice Trunk - Intermittant Modem Sync Losses

I am having issues with my modems running intermittant Sync loss and bit errors (5-20 minutes depending on speed). If I hook the modems up on a traditional TDM E&M line I do not see these errors. I have set up a lab environment with my 2 ISR's directly connected to prove that packet loss id not an issue. I have tried codec g711ulaw, and Clear Channel; both with the same results. I am seeing the same issue no matter what type of router I use - 3845, 2811, 2651XM ( all running spservicesk9-mz.124-17) I have attached the relavent configs.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

The problem is likely to occur when the pots leg is disconnected before the voip leg. If this occurs the port can go into this "stuck" state. Any subsequent calls will not ring the fax machine on this port. Temporary workaround is to "shut/no shut" the voice-port. This problem seems to be related to cisco fax-relay being invoked and it's interoperability with SCCP in this IOS version. Configuring:
voice service voip
fax protocol none
will prevent the problem from happening. Removing the SCCP config from the ports will prevent it from happening too

Voice Memos won't sync to iTunes anymore

So for some reason when I sync my iPhone 3G, the voice memos won't sync to my iTunes library.
The "Sync voice memos" box is checked and older voice memos from April and before synced in the past.
Now there's just a Voice Memos folder under my iPhone Tab and the new voice memos won't appear in my iTunes Library at all.
I want to convert them to Mp3 but that option is grayed out under the iPhone Voice Memos folder.
Is this just a bug? I recently bought a new computer running Windows 7, so I'm wondering if this is a common issue with iTunes?
Any suggestions?

1) I backed up and synced my ipod
2) deleted the voice memos playlist in iTunes (my playlist was empty already)
3) deselected "include voice memos" under the Music tab
4) clicked "Apply"
5) when sync was done, shut down iTunes
6) disconnected and reconnected iPhone and restarted iTunes
7) reselected "include voice memos" under the Music tab
8) clicked "Apply"
A new Voice Memo playlist was created with my voice memos in iTunes.
It's possible you can skip the step of deleting the playlist. I was just trying everything I could think of to get it going again. Maybe you can skip the whole first half and just shut down iTunes and reconnect device and sync again! So try and let us all know.

Voice Memos Playlist Not Syncing

I've tried all sorts of things, but I can't seem to get my voice memos playlist to sync to itunes.
My workaround has been to make a new smart playlist, and have it add all files that contain "iPhone" but I would rather have it work as it used to.
Anyone else having this problem?

I found the answer, at least it worked for me.
Here ya go:
1) open the Voice Memos app on your iPhone
2) on any memo: click the little blue arrow on the right
3) Click the next arrow in the top most box this will put you in the "Label" screen
4) From the "Label" screen: click the arrow next to "Custom"
5) In the Custom screen: give the memo a name (click Done)
6) Click the left arrow (top left) to go back to your memos.
You'll see that you memo as a name. I changed mine from "4:25 PM" to "Fishcakes".
7) Sync your iPhone and you are good to go.
NOTE: If for some reason this doesn't work, go back into the same "naming" list on your Iphone voice memos app, and try one of the standard labels instead of a custom one. With one that wouldn't sync, I changed it to "Memo" and then synced it again, and then it worked.

I have all my iPhone music and videos manually managed, but somehow the voice memos got synced to my iTunes automatically each time I click Sync iPhone under the album "Voice Memos" and artist name "&MyPhoneName" which is fine by me. Is that normal? How to turn it on or off?
Then I notice that some of the voice memos do not sync, and the Voice Memo tab under iPhone is blank. All the voice memos are still in my iPhone. How does that happen?

In the music part of your iphone in itunes, uncheck the box for syncing voice memos. Then apply changes. Check that it is all gone on your iphone. Go back to itunes and check the box for voice memos and sync. Itunes would copy the voice memos back to your iphone in the process.
that worked for me. +Don't forget to update to ios 6 latest, as apple fixed (at least improved) the bug causing wrongly sync music/voice memos not appearing.

Voice memos do not sync into itunes but ARE on iphone. How do I get them to sync into itunes?

I cannot get voice memos to upload ( sync ) into my itunes library on my Toshiba PC. Many do.....but many won't upload so I can burn into cd's.

Voice Memos won't sync

I have two newly recorded voice memos that won't sync to iTunes. I have no issues syncing other voice memos, it is just with these two specific files. Is there a way to "force" iTunes to sync these files? Alternatively, is there another way to get these files onto my PC (they are apparenly too big to email or message directly from the Voice Memos app).

My voice memos don't sync from my phone to iTunes

I Am having trouble syncing my voice memos from my iPhone to my PC. I have flagged the "sync voice memos" in the "sync music" module and that always used to allow my memo recording to come into iTunes on my PC.
Interestingly, when my iPhone is connected to my PC, iTunes doesn't even recognise that there are voice memos on the iPhone.
I Have reinstalled iTunes, and I have the latest update on my phone.
Any suggestions would help as I would really like to bring some lectures I heard and recorded into itunes

First of all what PC type do you have, then what IOS are you running and finally what Itunes are you running.

believe me, i've got all settings correct.
I've been using voice memo for a long time and now for the first time it just won't sync at all
i've noticed lately that sometimes the voice memo doesn't sync,
I thought I operated wrongly, synced the iphone again, and was able to get the memos out.
BUT NOT THIS TIME
it's like permanently stopped working
I've got an important lecture in there and have to get it out asap
why doesn't apple even allow users to email large memos over wifi at least!??
this is really upsetting and disappointing

(Some) Voice Memos Won't Sync

I'm having a problem with my voice memos. I noticed they won't sync if I plug my iphone into my computer before I've hit 'done' and named the voice memo. Even if I then hit done, name the memo, disconnect my phone, it never syncs after that. I've been searching the web and reading forums for months trying to figure this out with no luck. The memos work fine on my phone. New memos sync just fine but the older ones just stay on my phone. I'm in medical school and these are my school lectures. I'd really like to keep them but am running out of room on my phone when I can't sync them to my computer and then delete them. Can any one help me with this?

IOS 5 and voice memos won't sync

Hi,
so, like everyone else, I update to iOS 5 and now my voice memo won't sync. I would like to NOT have to delete them to restore as they have all my lectures from school on it. But, if I have to restore, is there anyway of backing it up before restoring? or is there another solution to my problem?? is there anyway of reverting back to the old iOS?

I'm also having issues with voice memos. I have an iPhone 3GS and the memos sync to iTunes ok, but won't transfer to my iPad 1 running iOS 5. They are shown in iTunes as being on the iPad, but the 'sync' icon remains to the left of the file and they are never actually copied across. I've posted on several sites but have had no replied.

I have an ipad3 and an iPhone 4S and I am getting with both devices interruption of the sound when I send music to the Apple TV. It generally happens after a few minutes. The signal for the wifi is still good and I have still access to the Internet I have tried all the recommendations of the article "iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections" but this did not help. I have used several applications for sending music to the Apple TV (music application from Apple and DSAudio from Synology) but I'm getting the same issue. I have also the same issue with the media center application from Bouygues Telecom connecting directly to my internet router. My router is a bbox sensation. I had also the same kind of issue with my old router when sensing photo albums to the internet: I had the error message "your system is running low on ressources". How can I solve these intermittent wifi connection losses ?

Try #5.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

E1 crossover voice trunk between 2 routers

Hi,
I am looking to setup a voice trunk (preferably using ISDN signalling), between 2 2811 routers.
I have VWIC-1MFT-E1= on 1 router and a VWIC-2MTF-E1= on the other.
I have a cross over cable setup, and both controllers are up.
I am trying to setup dial-peers etc but when I do an ISDN debug on the routers, I see BAD_FRAME messages on 1 router.
Could this be a cabling issue ?
If I setup the trunk as ds0 with type fxs-loop-start, then it seems to work.

I did try doing this at one point but it did not seem to work.
Although with all the changes I was making, it may have slipped through.
Also, I have limited dsp resources, so I could allocate only 10 channels in the PRI group on both ends. Would that make any difference ? (timeslot 1-10,16)
I'll try it out again.
On one router, I do have it setup as an MGCP gateway with BRI backhaul to CCM and also have sccp transcoding setup for CCM.
Would that by any chance have any effect on this E1 ? I dont think it should (apart from dsp resources).
