E-Mail in iOS 7.0.2 with massive problems sending big e-mails

Dear all,
i have massive problems in sending e-mails with attachments using iOS 7.0.2 on an iPhone 5s using iCloud E-Mail services.
If i try to send more than one photo done with the iPhone, it is just sending and sending, but after an endless time nothing got sent. Even if i am connected via WLAN to a fast VDSL connection, sending of big e-mails (somewhat about 4 or 5 MB) does not work.
Additionally the push e-mail is not working correctly (located in Germany) and the time plan for receiving e-mails does not work sufficient either. I just have download e-mails manually.
Does anyone else have this problem with sending bigger e-Mails?

    I have been doing some test now and have found out that my mails are being merged according to subject eg, so if I use cleaning goods as a subject and send out a new mail all mails with this subject are sent to the one person

    imap.gmail is the Google mail server. It doesn't recognize the password that is stored in the iPhone. The problem is that the password or email address you have in Settings for the gmail account is wrong. If you changed the password somewhere else that is the reason. You need to go to Settings/Mail,Contacts,Calendar, tap on the gmail account and enter the correct password. You also need to change it for outgoing mail in Settings.

    Holly, how many are you sending to?
    Are you using the To; or BCC: field?
    Individual names or Groups?
    I suspect one malformed address at the moment without much else to go on.

  • Problems sending via the Mail app [Lion OS X]

    I'm using the standard Mail app on my Macbook Pro with Lion OS X.  I have 3 Hotmail accounts and at one point had all of them hooked up to the Mail app and receiving e-mails fine.
    The problem I've had is when trying to send an e-mail or reply to one via the Mail app. Even though I have 3 accounts and have got the 'Send messages from account of selected mailbox' selected in Preferences > Composing, it always used to send from only one of the 3. If I recall correctly it was the second account I had added that it always sent from.
    Recently I'd decided to try and sort this. I like to use one account for business e-mails and the other 2 for personal so when I recieve a business e-mail I really don't want it replied to from one of my personal e-mails. The simplest idea I had was to remove the 2 personal accounts (under Preferences > Accounts) and use the app purely for my business e-mails.
    However after removing them I now don't receive any e-mails for those accounts, but after testing a bit with a friend all e-mails are still being sent from an account no longer registered on the app.
    How can I sort this so I only have 1 account that I can send and recieve from??

    Seem to have sorted it now (I think).
    Made sure all trace of the accounts was removed from the Preferences of the Mail app, removed any trace of stored passwords it could be using in the Keychain Access, and finally unlinked my accounts from each other on the options page of Hotmail.
    Then tried resetting up just the one account and it seems to have done the trick.

    Hey everyone,
    First time poster here. I am looking for some help with apple mail.
    I am having a lot of problems with mail since the last time I updated. For over 6 months I was able to both send and receive emails using my yahoo.co.uk e-mail POP account. At some point last week, whenever I try to send an outgoing email it immediately goes to my outbox and an error message pops up saying the STMP server couldn't send the message. I can still receive my emails fine.
    I have treble checked my POP settings supplied by Yahoo and they are 100% correct. I even deleted all the profiles and created new accounts for my yahoo mail account. Apparently this is a fairly widespread problem but all the support I can find is for OS X 10.5 and I am still running Mail 2.1.5 on OS X 10.4.11.
    Anyone got any ideas?

    My SMTP are also 100% correct - they haven't changed at all from when everything used to work fine. I have since triple checked the settings. I have a similar discussions going on yahoo's ask support. I will contact yahoo directly to see if they can see anything incorrect.
    I went to my local apple store to the genius bar to see if they could sort it and still couldn't get it to work. Tried everything we could collectively think of and still had no luck. I think I may have to use Deja Vu to go back before the update which caused all the trouble.
    Anyone else having similar problems with mail?

  • Problems sending BT E.mails on IPAD

    Hi, since BT have stopped using Yahoo and synchronized their passwords I can't send E.mails.  I can receive them ok. I have deleted my account, turned off the IPAD and reinstalled the account.  I have entered Mail.btinternet.com in the description but I still can't send any E.Mails.  I would be grateful for any advice as BT could not help and asked me to be patient!! They also sent me a link that when you click on it, it comes up with an error page!!!  HELP please.

    Here's their own setup guide for their email.  Make sure you use all the settings it refers to in the SMTP section.

    If you have done this and still it will not work, it is possible its an issue with their system and there's nothing you can do until they fix it.

  • PROBLEM: Sending/Forwarding e-mail

    I can't send / forward e-mails using either OUTLOOK EXPRESS or MOZ. T-BIRD, but have NO problems receiving. Called verizon tech. help & they confirmed all of my settings are correct. They said my e-mail programs have to be uninstalled / reinstalled. I said: "YOU"RE KIDDING, RIGHT???".  I got NOWHERE!  Any advice is appreciated!!!

    Hi Guys, I am having exactly the same issue- started Tuesday night and no issues with outlook/fios email before this.
    I get all the settings in, test email and the test email goes to verizon site but won't download (nor does it show in my sent box). The suggested solutions above don't work either, unfortunately.
    Outlook 2010 is what I am using and verizon told me the same thing.
    I am using web mail for now but not pleased with their service right now.
    There's a message on the website stating that they are merging verizon.com and verizon.net so I am wondering if that has to do with it.
    I am on the East Coast.
    Anyway if anyone finds an answer please let us know!

  • Mail is in a loop.  I tried to send a bulk mailing from Filemaker Pro 10 and it has my mail program in a loop.

    I attempted to send a bulk mailing from my Filemaker Pro 10 database.  There were two bad addresses in the mix and mail continues to paint the attempts on my screen.  I have force quit the program but when I open it again, it goes back into the loop and paints messages until the program crashes.  How can I stop the emailing?

    Start off by trying to reset the ipad. Press and hold the power and home buttons at the same time until the device powers down and you see the Apple logo.

  • IPhone blank email 'mail' screen when I open it with blank top bar and create mail icon in the bottom right hand corner. I open it and it is stuck on this screen and then crashes. I can access my emails on my iPad and laptop. Rest of my phone is fine.

    I have tried a soft reset and uninstalling and reinstalling my email accounts.  It crashed when I was trying to refresh my emails and a video emIl came through. Any advice please?

    Thank you for providing the details of the issue you are experiencing with Mail on your iPhone.
    I recommend following these steps for an issue like this (you can skip 4 because it does not relate to the issue you are experiencing and any other steps you may have taken):
    If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
    If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
    If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on),reset your device.
    If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
    If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
    Let charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
    If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
    If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged.
    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
    Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
    If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more about restoring iOS software.
    If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.

    I have a question: I have created a newsletter in Iworks Pages. How can I send this out via mail as a newsletter ? So not as an attachment? I know Microsoft Publisher can do it with 1 click, but I don't want to move to MSFT. Please let me know, I also have Indesign etc. Createion of the newsletter is easy with my Apple, but then it stops....and gets worse the MSFT....

    No it is multipage. Can't test for all appliactions but it was both sent and received on my system/Mail as the 3 pages in the document.
    In other apps and always if the PDF contain several pages, it will be an attachment : what was rejected by the OP.

    I've been using my phone for mail for years. It has worked well, even when I had no access to wireless service (albeit slower). On trip to CA in Berkeley it has stopped sending or receiving emails on any of my three mail accounts.  Checked the settings and all seem reasonable. I'm getting 3 bars here (surprised so few in major CA city).

    Surprise - cannot access Weather or Web (message saying no internet connection)!
    Resolution - got home and my daughter searched Apple Support, found a workaround.
    Workaround - turn on Airplane Mode for 10 sec. Turn it off.
    Then 4S picks up cell signal, shows 4G (not LTE) and internet is on.
