E-mail receiver QPAC crashes when receiving MIME/multipart messages with various subparts

Hi,
does the E-Mail receiver currently support MIME/multipart messages which contain various subparts?
When receiving a mime message like
message 34
over here, E-Mail receiver stalls and throws the following exception:
Exception occurred - explicitly stalling action. Exception:com.adobe.workflow.pat.PATRuntimeException: The attachment null could not be retrieved because its type cannot be handled by this qpac. Type: class javax.mail.internet.MimeMultipart
Does e-mail receiver currently support mime/multipart messages containing various subparts or not?
Is there anyone out there to clarify this?

Hmm. No unfortunately I cannot send you the original message because I didn't keep it.
But never mind. We managed to implement a simple workaround: the Email server reformats emails before forwarding them to the workflow server. Which is quite good a solution since the workflow doesn't care about message-bodies but about attachments. So, it's safe to reformat the message body (or even throw it away).

That is not an Apple or OS X issue, I'd suggest contacting the modem manufacturer to see what the issue might be.

Please refer to following operations and check if can help you.
1.
wmic /node:"HOSTNAME" /user:"ADMIN_USER" /password:"PASSWORD" logicaldisk
Please replace HOSTNAME with IP address, then monitor the result.
2. Please open Control Panel, select User Accounts and click Manage another account. Then select the user account which you will use in WMIC command. Then please select Change
the account type and check if you have set it as Administrator. If no, please set it as Administrator and check if this issue still persists.
3. Please refer to the following thread and check if can help you.

Dreamweaver CC crashes when moving a DIV field with the keyboard arrows.

I'm really fond of the new Dreamweaver CC, but on some occasions, it crashes when moving a DIV field with the keyboard arrows, for example, to move it two or three pixels.
This is happening on a recent pc (i5 / 16Gb ram / Intel SSD / Bootcamped Windows 8 x64)
F12 is also really slow when publishing via Chrome. Firefox or Internet Explorer is faster.
Is there a fix for these issues?

Apart from the FluidGrid Layouts feature, DW is not a click and drag app like Photoshop or Muse. You should be using the CSS panels to align elements with floats, margins and padding.
Keep Chrome open and refresh browser (F5).

Mail app crashes when receiving email from a particular sender

HI All,
Here is a problem I'm facing, Mail App crashes while receiving email from a particular sender. I'm testing our new Email Hosting solution "Rackspace" and it works fine with all other Email clients or on deveices (Android, Windows Phone & Blackbarry) but on Iphone 4s (IOS 6.1.4, i guess) it crashes the Mail App.
The email I'm using is sending over to an email at ttv-asia.com domain. The user of ttv-asia.com is based in China and just to see if the problem is with the Iphone, I've tested the Iphone's Mail App in Hong Kong and it works normal.
So now... Im confused and have no Idea on how ro fix this.

Sorted, it seems that livemail configured for exchange and having Google premier for exchange, results in the mail app on the iPhone crashing, when selecting an email in the Google exchange mail box, then calling up the folders , it crashes. switched off livemail mail, worked fine.
Weird.

Firefox 4 crashes when receiving a new email while being in Hotmail inbox.

Hi, I use Firefox 4 with Firebug, and I have a problem with Hotmail - while being in the inbox, meaning staring at old emails and doing no action, I received a new email. It entered the inbox, I saw a new line with it, however the Firebug shows: "ERROR: Empty string passed to getElementById().". It is a major problem since it crashes some of my add-ons!!! This error doesn't happen with FireFox 3.6 nor with any other browser (including IE9)
It crashes all JS Activities and addons crash :-(

I have the FF 4 and now FF 5 crash while using Yahoo! Mail problem. I'm running Fedora 15 64 bit with FF 5 and Fedora 14 64 bit with FF 4. Very consistent. Seems to require some time (hours) between crashes, but usually crashes while deleting an email.
I could not get support from any one (Yahoo!, Fedora, nor Mozilla) so I switched to Chrome 64 bit for Linux. No problems for DAYS since I've switched. Something Y!M is doing is crashing FF several times a day. No web page should be able to crash the browser.
Y!M was not very sympathetic when I contacted their support. I'm a paying customer after all. They told me they don't support Linux and I should "upgrade" to Windblows... Not a chance that is going to happen.
I have HUNDREDS of crash reports sent to Mozilla and with my email address and no one has contacted me about this.

Ichat crashing when RECEIVING files not sending.

Can anyone help me out here? I can throw files to people all day long....
If someone sends me a file (That actually needs to be clicked on and downloaded) i get the spinning ball then ichat quits out. Simple things like a small picture or a pdf that opens righ in the ichat window work but anything that has the download arrow next to it hangs my whole system up and crashes ichat. Any suggestions?

I once had someone who could crash my iChat (Complete Unexpected Quit with Crash log) when starting Video Chats
He would not believe it was at his end.
He came back two weeks later to say he had had to replace his router.
If it is one Buddy it sounds similar.

Skype crashing when receiving calls or making calls (update 7.2)

Never had this issue but Skype crashes when I attempt to call somebody or recieve a call. When I accept a call it works for around 30 seconds before cutting out and similar for making a call. My friend had a similar issue with his skype freezing his computer when calling somebody, turns out it was a power issue with his gpu and motherboard, Problem with mine is that it's a laptop and I don't have access to the gpu to tamper with. Mail crashes when trying to open Message viewer

I just migrated everything over to a brand new macbook air (13-inch) from a macbook pro (late 2010) that was running os x 10.6. Everything seems to work great except Mail will not work -- it initialized fine, retrieved messages etc but when I try to open the message viewer window, it crashes.
I've tried all the quick fixes floating around the web (removing folders from Library/Cache, Library/Containers, Library/Preferences etc), I have reinstalled the OS, and I have tried to remove Library/Mail completely and set up the accounts from scratch. None of this worked.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

from the contextual menu.* A folder window should open. From that folder, move the following files to the Desktop:
SmartMailboxesLocalProperties.plist
SyncedSmartMailboxes.plist
Test. If Mail now works, delete the files you moved and recreate your smart mailboxes, if necessary. Otherwise put the files back where they were, overwriting any that may have created in their place.

Does Mail crash while trying to view any of a number of messages or does it crash while trying to view one message in particular? If it’s a particular message that causes Mail to crash, proceed as follows:
1. Launch Mail holding the Shift key down until the main window appears. This tells Mail to not select any mailboxes or load any messages upon start up.
2. Go to Preferences > Viewing and disable Display remote images in HTML messages if it’s enabled -- having this setting enabled is a really bad idea for spam-related security reasons anyway.
If you have the preview pane visible, Mail may still crash again as soon as you select the troublesome message. You’ll have to either delete the message or move it to another mailbox to prevent Mail from accidentally trying to open it (the problem could be a bug in Mac OS X that might or might not be fixed in a future version). There are at least three ways of doing this without displaying the message contents:
3a. You can hide the preview pane by dragging the horizontal separator bar between the message list and the preview pane to the bottom of the window, or just double-click within the separator bar, so that the preview pane disappears and only the message list is visible. This would prevent Mail from trying to load the message when it is selected in the message list. To make the preview pane visible again, drag the horizontal separator bar up from the bottom of the window, or just double-click on it again.
3b. If you select the message with the mouse, the message is displayed in the preview pane when the mouse button is released, not when it’s pressed. This allows you to drag the message to the Trash or to any other mailbox without Mail trying to display its contents.
3c. Ctrl-clicking on a message causes a contextual menu to appear, from which you can usually (but not always, don’t ask me why) choose Delete or Move To, without the contents of the message being displayed in the preview pane.

Mail account is crashing when I type in address field

Hope someone can help,
Having trouble with my mail account as mentioned in topic subject. Been happening for a couple of weeks, has always been stable up to now (4 yrs) but has been managed well. When I click on certain new mails it also crashes. I can reply, forward and C&P an address in but as soon as I type, it crashes. When I reply to some mails, the account name of the recipient is garbled. I think it may be an Address Book problem as today I think it has taken my iPhone 3gs out as well. I had updated the iPhone software and it went into recovery mode???? I have been able to restore my iPhone on my laptop and reinstalled system software to but problem still there.
help!!

Not certain, but this can fix myriad Mail problems...
Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), it will try to repair your Disk Directory while the spinning radian is happening, so let it go, run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then move these folder & file to the Desktop.
Move this Folder to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/Mail/
Move this file to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/Envelope Index
Reboot.
