E-mail Verification

So, I was applying for an online job that requires you to have a paypal. It asked for my email that I use for paypal but then said that the email I typed in was not verified to a paypal account. I only have one email for paypal, yes I double checked to make sure I didn't put it in wrong. And I have recently used my paypal for purchases on ebay. Is there something I'm missing here?

I am trying to open up my iTunes onto our new computer but do not remember my answers to the security questions. The e-mail verification is being sent to an outdate e-mail address I no longer have access to. I updated the e-mail address in my iTunes account but it will not send it to the updated e-mail. Is there any way I can fix this?

  • I have an E-mail verification prblem

what do I do when I no longer have my verification code for e-mailinf photos?

On the screen that is asking you for the verification code, there should be a Resend E-mail button next to your e-mail address - click on that.
    Which version of Photoshop Elements?
Which operating system are you running on?

  • Subscription mails - verification of sent mails

    Hi all,
does anybody know wether it´s possible to prove that subscription mails are really sent to every subscribed user? Means that (like in Sent Items box in MS Outlook) sent mails are stored anywhere? The reason why asking is that my customer have the rule of evidence from a juridical point of view.
    Any hint is welcome.
    Thanks,
    Andre

    Hi Andre
I am not sure that this information is stored in the portal, but it might be stored on the Windows 2003 server, if that is the origin of the smtp-server you are using. And if it isn't stored there pr. default I would assume that it is possible to higher the logging level or whatever, so the sent notifications will be stored.
If the portal does not return any subscription mail error, and the mails have not reached the subscribers, you will also most likely be able to see the mails on the smtp-server.
But if you have to prove that some mails already have been sent, then that is not much help to you.
    Hope it helps.
    Kind regards,
    Martin

  • E mail verification and password

I have been asked by Blackberry twice to verify my e mail address and password to continue receiving e mails - is this above board and ok to proceed?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Are you being asked to "verify" or "validate" your email? See this for reference:
KB13137 How to re-validate Windows Live Hotmail, MSN, and Bell Sympatico email integrations
It is actually quite normal, though usually not quick in time sequence. BIS retains your email credentials so that it can check your email services for new emails without generating any traffic to the BB...only when BIS finds new things on the email server does traffic to the BB get generated. Those credentials, stored in BIS, sometimes must be re-validated...some email services mandate it, and BIS prompts you when it is required.
If, on the other hand, this is the same email account and it is quick in time sequence between two validation requests, there may be something else wrong, in which case I would suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
    1) Register HRT
KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive to your Messages app
    2) Delete and Resend Service Books
KB05000Delete the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account from the BlackBerry smartphone
If you have no CMIME entry, then skip the deletion
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
Please wait for "Activation" Messages, one per already configured email account, to arrive in your Messages. If you have no already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
    3) Batt Pull Reboot
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email accounts.
    Good luck!

  • Apple ID E-Mail verification difficulties

After a massive nightmare of downloading the new IOS, it restored my whole phone. After having to start my whole phone up again, it's now telling me to activate my Apple ID. But, as i try and sign into my hotmail, it says it doesnt exist?? Yet, if i went to go make a hotmail it says i couldnt have my e-mail address as it was a 'reserved domain'. After losing everything on my iPhone5C as it is, i now can not even download app's or log into my iMessage. Please help!

you might try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support

  • The e-mail verification for my iCloud ID does not provide me with a link to verify my account.  It just tells me I can now use it.  Can someone help?  Please note that the e-mail from apple is in Spanish.  Thanks!

Update: I received a second e-mail with the link to verify.  Thank you!

i have the same problem for 2 days ago

  • IPad mail verification error

I have 2 Comcast POP accounts, a Gmail account, and a MS Exchange mail account set up to receive mail on my iPad 2.  They all worked fine until a few days ago.  Suddenly the 2 Comcast accounts and the Gmail account stopped receiving mail (although it comes thru just fine on my iPhone).  I get an error message:  "Cannot get mail. The mail server 'mail.comcast.net' is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings."  I get a similar failure to verify message with Gmail.  However, I have not changed any settings since I first got the iPad.  Did a recent IOS update screw up something?

My comcast account worked fine after the update, but the gmail account did not. Got the cannot verify error.  Finaly simply reset the gmail password, then re entered the account on the pad and all is well.  Not sure why, but it cleared up whatever the issue was.

  • Mail verification won't load

I recently encountered a problem where I was unable to send messages from the Mail application on my ipod. I deleted the problem email account and restarted my ipod but when I now try to re-add the email account, it does not work! I get to the page where I fill in my name, email and password and from there, the little loading icon just keeps spinning and it says it's "verifying" but nothing happens. I've tried waiting up to half an hour and it still doesn't work. If someone has a solution to this, I would be very grateful!

Is the password/email entered correctly (case-sensitive and ensuring EACH character is entered)?
Try restarting your iPod touch as well, then try again.

  • Scam e-mail verification?

When I try update an App I get this message: "Dear ...,  You've entered [email protected] as the contact email address for your Apple ID. To complete the process, we just need to verify that this email address belongs to you..."  I can't complete the App update but suspect this is a scam. Does anyone know?

Since all apps are downloaded from the iTunes app store - unless you have hacked your iPhone in order to download and install unofficial apps from unknown and untrusted sources and since app updates are downloaded from the iTunes app store only as well, not sure how this message could be a scam. This is sent via email, or a pop-up message on your iPhone or with iTunes on your computer when attempting to download an app update?
If sent as an email, what happens after selecting to download an app update with the App Store app on your iPhone, or with iTunes on your computer? No error message is provided - just the email is received?
