E-MAILING RINGTONES PLEASE HELP!!!!
Last night and earlier today I was downloading ringtones and e-mailing them to my cellphone. It worked great. Now tonight it won't. It keeps saying MESSAGE DELIVERY ERROR. I tried sending them to my mom's cellphone.. same exact thing. I tried sending ringtones from my father's cellphone to both our cells..same thing..

Is it one particular ringtone that won't go through? Ringtones from one particular site? Perhaps your inbox is full? Check your phone's internal memory. Ringtones generally need to be 30 seconds or less, and attachments kept under 500kb in size.
Is there some common factor in the ringtones that give an error? Size? Source? Just trying to jog your thinking to see what may be causing the glitch....
Another factor may be the network....temporary glitch....and it will start working again. Who knows?

Log in to your account at att.com/iPadlanding using the email address and password you used during activation.
Your account information will display. Select the desired account change option then tap Next.
Read the Terms of Service, and then tap Accept.
Review the Payment Summary to ensure the details are correct. Use the Back button if changes are required, otherwise tap Submit.

I am new to Using Apple. I've had my Imac for about 5 months, Recently when I log on to my Yahoo mail, if I click on any of my email, or if I try to compose an email, the color wheel turns on and it just freezes up, I am not able to view my email. This only happens with my Yahoo mail. Someone please help? Any Suggestions?

If you are using web based email (accessing from Safari), from the Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Security tab.
Click: Show Cookies
Delete all Yahoo cookies.
Now from the menu bar again click Safari / Empty Cache.
Restart your Mac, launch Safari. Try Yahoo.
If the problem persists, there's a better way to access your Yahoo mail without a browser.
Launch the Mail application. Either from your Dock or Applications folder.
From the Mail menu bar click Mail / Preferences then select the Accounts tab then the Account Information tab.
Click + under the Accounts window on the left.
Type in your name, Yahoo email address and password.
Click: Create
No more having to use Safari or any browser to access your Yahoo mail. Just click the Mail icon in the Dock. -
How can I add Rescue E-mail? Please Help

After downloading IOS 8.0.2 on my iPhone 5, my email messages are not coming through automatically. Before, my email messages would come through automatically and my iPhone would alert me each time an emial message was recevied. I now have to open my mail in-box and wait for my email messages to download. Do I need to reset or change my mail settings? This issue is delaying my abiliy to receive and respond to email messages in a timely manner.

JesseHi Chris. Thanks, for the suggestions re: my email issues. They were helpful and yes I did check all items you referenced. I even contacted Apple support and spent about 40 minutes on phone checking all settings. However, after all these efforts, my mail and calendar issues were not resolved. Apple Support finally recommended deleting the mail account and then reloading it - and it worked! I am now receiving my emails and calendar appts. in real time again.
Just wanted to share this in case anyone elest has a similar problem with mail/calendar after downloaing i.O.S. 8.1 onto iPhone 5.

I'm having problems with my ringtones please help
I have tried everything to fix my BB Curve problem even down to the battery. I have custom ringtones set for my husband and other family members. So whenever they call or text I know who it is.. Now my issue is that if I get a text from my son his ringtone will sound than if I get a standard text my son's ringtone will go again. Not the default for just regular ringtones. I took off my facebook becuase someone said that could be a problem. Verizon sent me a new phone and I entered everything manually so if there was something wrong I wouldn't transfer the problem to the new phone. It's not fixed. If someone could please help me. I'm getting ready to turn my BB off completely it's that frustrating. Thank you for any help.
It sounds as if you are saying that any "non-specific" SMS sender receives that text tone of the last one you have set a personal tone for who has texted you?
I don't know. I can only say that if you use those instructon in the guideline, they work.

E 6 Personal Mail setup -- please help
Hello E6 experts,
can you please help me with the steps involved in setting up personal mailboxes in the E6? It's been asked before here... Every time I begin using the mail setup "wizard" I only reach the option for Mail for Exchange. How can one bypass that to setup Gmail and a regular, Imap personal mail box? What might I be missing? I just found out about the problem-- One has to have a SIM card installed (at least for the first time) to be given the options for the various mail services up-front during mail setup. I was trying t do this without a SIM card --using the WiFi connection-- which every other cell phone I have owned allowed me to do. Apparently the E6 is different... Perhaps this will help someone -

Please help me !You've checked the spam folder on your email account, and if you have a rescue email address on your iTunes account then you've also checked the inbox and spam folder on that - or can you reset the password by answering your account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com ?
If you still can't find it, and tried requesting the email again, then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security.

Sending mail problem (please help)
I have downloaded all necessary components javamail-1_2.zip and jaf1_0_1.zip. I included them in my classpath too (activation.jar and mail.jar). I used Exchange Server 2000 as smtp server. But when i try sending an email the message appears like this:

LakobeIf you want to include an attachment with your message, you need to build up the parts, quite literally, because the name of the applicable interface is Part. The content of your Message will consist of multiple parts within a Multipart object. Part one of the message is a BodyPart that contains the message content. Part two of the message is a BodyPart that contains the attachment. The attachment itself is specified as a DataSource. You don't have to actually read the attachment.
You start in the same way as you do for a message without an attachment. Create the message from the session and initialize the headers:

However here you need to create the Multipart object:

If you don't know your rescue email address (you won't be able to view/change/add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
