  • E Recruitment ( Vendor Management, Uploading resumes)

    Hi All,
We  have a requirement in our  current project.
    1. How does the vendor  registers himself in erecruitment.
    2. How does a vendor uploads resumes.
    Regards
    Rafi

    Hello,
Incase if you are using BSP's, on running the program RCF_GENERATE_URLS you can find the url for BSP "HRRCF_APP_E_EXT". This link can be provided to the external agencies to upload candidate profiles against specific job postings.
As far as registration of external recruitment agencies is concerned, the E-Rec administrator can create support agencies using the link "Maintain agencies". Further the user so created will have to be created as a E-Rec user using the program RCF_CREATE_USER where the user is usually linked to a dummy pernr.
You can find relevant details in the below SAP help link.

  • CRM 7.0 = ECC 6.0 Upload: Filter criteria for BUPA_MAIN

    Dear Experts,
concerning filtering of BUPA_MAIN in CRM 7.0 => ECC 6.0 Upload we have already learned from SAP (to our surprise) that the only way is to redefine publication BUPA_MAIN as "simple intelligent" (Standard is simple bulk). BUPA_MAIN as "simple intelligent" offers a couple of fields (e.g. partner_no, is_customer) which can be defined as filter criteria.
We have the requirement to filter by a bp status field which is not part of this set. By the way, we expected the filtering in object management (TX R3AC1, filters are only valid for ECC=>CRM Dowload) or at least in the TX CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU by registrating a ZFunction module in CRM outbound for BUPA_MAIN. Under certain circumstances the later leads to errors  in the subsequent middleware processing.
Has anybody a similiar requirement or does face the same problems?
    Thanks for your help.

  • How to upload resume on online job application

Trying to use my iPad to apply for jobs online.  However, most companies require you to apply online and their online job applications require you to upload resumes and other documents.  Is there any way to do this with IOS 6 or with third party apps?

You will not be able to do this with Safari, but there are some third party browsers that contain document storage. iCab Mobile is worth looking into:
It provides a docujment storage within the aopp that you can access to upload in mnay cases
It also allows you to change the browser ID to a non mobile browser which in mnay cases will open up site functionlaity that would otherwise be disabled by the site (due to a mobile browser being identified).

  • Error in Uploading Resume in Candidate Gateway - HCM 9.0

    Hi,
When I try to upload resume through careers page in candidate gateway, I'm receiving the bleow error:
'Your Resume could not be parsed at this time.'
I'm not using any resume extractor. I found that I'm receiving this error because of
    &joB64 = CreateJavaObject("com.peoplesoft.hrms.hrs.base64Uti ls");
I contacted Oracle GSC and got the jar file. I'm still receiving the same error, after placing the jar file as per GSC instruction.
Any one can help on this?

If anyone could help me overcome this error it would greatly be appreciated. Java questions here concern programming, not product support.
Connection reset by peer: socket write errorThat says that the server, where the file comes from, closed the connection.
    The most likely possibilities
    1. The client software is not correctly communicating with the server. Solution: fix the client
    2. The server is not correctly handling this request. Solution: fix the server
    3. The server doesn't want to talk the the client. Solution: fix both the server and the client.
From the above unless you are in a position to fix something then you do not have an option.
If you yourself cannot fix either of those then this is a vendor problem and you must contact the vendor (creator) of the software client and/or server. You would do that somewhere besides this site.

  • I keep trying to upload my resume on job sites on my iPad and there it seems that I don't have a program that is recognized. Is there an app I can get that will allow me to do this? When I click on the tab that says upload resume it says choose from galle

WHen trying upload my resume on job sites I only have the option to choose from photo library. Is there an app I can get that would help with this or one that is like Microsoft word?

Since the ipad, and all apple mobile devices do not have the file structure like on a computer the sites aren't able to locate your file.
Many job sites and employers allow you to 'copy and paste' your resume into a text box on their site.
If they have an email option, then that would be best.
I'm not aware of an app the will allow you to upload your resume. But this seems to be a poplular queston so there might be something in the app store.

  • Unable to upload resumé

i trying to upload my resumé a site using pages, unfortunately it keeps saying no file.... can some one pls.. help me!!!

Might want to contact that site for help.  Usually it's just a simple process of going to the website in question, and hitting upload on whatever page wizard that pops up for your process.  You then hit browse and point to where you saved the file on your computer, select it, and hit upload/send/whatever the confirmation button it.  It then uploads.
Be aware that some sites do this process by utilizing Java.  Safari (as a browser) doesn't work well with Java nowadays.  You could try FireFox instead if that's the root of you problems.

  • Uploading resume to websites

I have been recently in the search for a job and when the website i am applying for is asking me to upload my resume i click on it but it does not let me access my resume which i have in both word and pages format. what can i do to make my resume accessible when i want to upload it???

    Hi JC619,
I saved my template in 3 amendable formats: pages, rtf and template versions. I find that I'm only able to attach it as an '.rtf (rich text format) version (amendable) or as a template (also amendable).
Usually, the company advertising, or an agency, will have the facility for you to upload your resume
as part of the application process, rather than e-mailing it as an attachment.
One word of warning: if you are applying via an agency, the agency may place a charge for viewing your resume. This much I have found out in the last 3 months or so, so if you want to email your resume, send it as an attachment (non-amendable) directly to the company with which you are seeking employment, or via their HR department. Companies don't like paying agencies for viewing resumes.

  • Cannot upload resume to apply for Apple Campus Representative

    Hello all,
When applying for a job on the Apple website, I continually get the error message "Permission Denied. Unable to copy file to './uploads/'"
I'm thinking this is a back-end problem with Apple's servers but I wanted to be certain I wasn't doing something blatantly dumb. I've tried each format supported: PDF, RTF, DOCX, TXT (cannot use Pages format, windows ) Is there anything I could possibly do to get around this and finish my application? I even tried booting to safe-mode with networking but to no avail.
I have also tried Opera, Chrome, Firefox, and *shudder* IE. I think I read somewhere that using a webtoolkit browser disallows some functions on Apples application site. I cannot say if that is true or not, but I certainly have had some trouble.
    Error message in question
    Thanks!
    - Iceitic
    Edit: Grammar

First, there is no one from Apple on here, we are all fellow users and not Apple employees.
Are you trying to upload a copy of your purchase invoice to buy AppleCare extended warranty coverage?  If so, is the file within the limits of your ISP for file size?  Most have limits of around 2 MB for transferring.
You could also contact the AppleCare site for your locale from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and see what the problem is if it is on Apple's end.

  • E-Recruiting - Mass upload of Attachment/Resume of Candidates

    Hi,
We already developed custom program to upload resumes/attachments of Candidates but still I want to check any standard approach is there to upload attachments.
We have transferred Candidates (about 20K) from legacy to E-Recruiting (6.0) i.e. Candidate u2018NAu2019 exists in the system. We want to upload the resumes of Candidates. Is there any standard way to do it?
Let me know, if you need more information about my requirement.
    u2026Naddy

    Hello Naddy,
E-Recruiting offers no standard interface for bulk processing. Everything connected to mass creation of candidates, mass maintenance and also mass upload of attachments have to be developed on your own.
For any reason no such interface for data migration is provided. Although i have to admit that so far none of my projects decided to technically migrate old data so far. For recruiting the outcome us usually not seen beeing worth the effort you need.
So you will have to develop your own solution. But for attachments it is not so difficult. I implemented an interface for mass processing result documents of an extenal testtool to link them as attachments to the candidate. Just use cl_hrrcf_attachment_bl. It should provide most necessary functions.

  • Remote enabled BAPI/RFC to upload a Resume

Is there any Remote enabled BAPI/RFC to upload a Resume and how to assign it to Applicant ?
I need to upload Resume from a .Net program and assign it as attachment or otherwise to Applicant.

The reason for posting it here is this:
I used Remote Enabled FM BDS_BUSINESSDOCUMENT_CREATEF to create an attachment (.DOC word document) to APPLICANT Object. It works fine when executed from SE37.
When I execute(call) from .Net code, I get exception "ERROR_KPRO".
So I am looking for ANY way to attach or send Resume document into SAP and some how associating it with APPLICANT object, either by solving ERROR_KPRO or by suggesting any other way...
    Thanks for the response

  • Resumes uploading

    Hi experts,
Each resume can be stored in Service and Objects in Applicant Actions .
My question is that can we upload 3000  and above resumes at one time. where are these resume stored.
    please help..
    Best regards,
    Geetha.

    Hi
I dont know how far this will be useful to you. I did following configuration for one of our clients to store "Internal Applicant's Resumes as word documents". This client was using PZ21_TC T code through Portal for their internal vacancy application.
Copy SDOKCONT1 standard table and create ZSDOKCONT1 table.
T Code OAC2  OR table TOAVE
Document type HRIAPPLINT must exist with document class * or RTF.
    T Code SM31 --> Table V_T585O
Document type HRIAPPLINT must be linked to object type PAPL and Infotype 4001.
Set all three columns here to minuses and don't put a flag in the check box.
    T Code OAC0
Doc. Area: ArchiveLink,   Storage Type:  SAP System Data Base,   Rep.Sub-Type:  Normal,  Version No. 0046, Contents Table: ZSDOKCONT1,  Basic Path, Physical basic path: D:\,  Archive Path, Physical Archive Path: C:\
    T Code OAC3 OR Table TOAOM_C
    PAPL - HRIAPPLINT - X - Cont Repository ID (from OAC0 Tcode) - TOAHR.
Employees used to apply for a positin by accessing PZ21_TC service through portal and the uploaded resumes are available in PB30 --> Extras --> Display fascimilies.
If not the exact solution, I hope at least this provide some hint for your issue.
    Best Regards

  • Searching based on the content of an uploaded document

    Hi,
Is it possible to search based on the content of the document I have uploaded. The system used is ECC 5.0.
Eg : I have uploaded resumes of employees and I have search based on their skills. Is it possible to search based on the skill which is mentioned in the resumes and provide the output.
    Thanks,
    Sarath.C

I can't do that without knowing the structure of your document, it all depends on wether the data you need is in a fixed position in a fixed line or it's in a variable position and the correct line or position needs to be found before using it.

  • How to upload a file in portal

    Hi,
I am using submit resume form in which i have one field upload resume. So how can upload resume while using form portlet.Does any have idea how to do that

    Hi,
You have to do a small application to upload a file.
You have to create a table with blob column to store the uploaded resume into that column.
You should have some third party jar file to convert your content into streams and to upload into your db
If you need more info reply back.
