Hi Asha
Re-check the period for which Job Posting is open. The posting may not be valid for the current date.
Also you could test and see if the same is reflecting in another channel (external). Let us know!
Also check link: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPHCM/Aparticularobjectisnotshownintheresulthitlist
It might help!

    Hello Asha,
Please have a look at wiki page:
    http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPHCM/SES%28SearchEngine+Service%29
There you will find documents about several search problem topics discussed which may help you get the solution. Usually it is always good to check Report RCF_CHECK_SEARCH_SETTINGS and Report COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST and additionally the other links matching your issue.

  • Messages are not reaching to Adapter Engine (JMS receiver)

    Hi Friends,
We have one scenario running on Production env.
    Scenario is: R3(IDOC) -> XI ->JMS Provider
    IDOC to JMS.
Sometime we found messsages are successful in SXMB_MONI, but those messages entries are not found under AE.
Means they are not reaching to JMS.
Communication channel is green, without any error.
This happens sometime only, and no changes have been done to JMS adapter parameters.
What might have happen to these messages, which are successful in MONI but not visible under AE.(Even not in Archived option)?
I searched on SDN, but most of the questions are unanswered.
Please let me know your inputs.
    Divyesh Vasani

    Hi Divyesh,
check under message monitoring in RWB
if u r not finding the message there , those might be archived.
did u confirm with the destination system .. if they got the messages?
if at all messages are stuch in AE ... and if u search the correct message u should be able to see the message.
if the Integration engine unable to put messages in AE , then in some pipeline step in MONI it will show error

  • Graphs:  columns are not reaching the correct axis data.

I am so frustrated with Illustrator's graphs and charts!
I've watched the Lynda.com videos and created several graphs.  But in particular is not working correctly.  I've entered the data correctly but the column are not reaching correct Value Axis.  For example: one value is 11%, instead of the column reaching just above the 10% tick mark it is below it.  This is happening for all the data in the chart.
I have created a column design with the %00 code to display the values above the columns and it seems to be including the height of the text in the column height.
    Any suggestions to fix this?

  • The message is not reaching the outgoing communication channel

    hi forum help..............
    i have a IDOC-XI--JDBC scenario...
my xi receives an idoc from a sap ecc.....does a simple mapping to a jdbc structuuure and then writes to a databse....
it was working fine..... but now i had to change the JDBC adapter configuration..means in the integration builder(configuration).. i changed the name of my database server.....
now after making that change ....... the message is not reaching the outgoing communication channel....
i cant see any error in the sxmb_moni....
but there is no log for the message processing in the communication channel in the RWB............

    hi,
Is the Database is running on the same server  and the same tables and all are existed with same structure.
Database name is changed then you would have to check all . and after changes , did you activated ?

Does anybody know how to get customer's invoices from SD transferred to the ledger?
    Thanks in advance,

    Dear Ralph,
Yes I did analyze this issue with GCD1. I did a special diagnosis for ledger I2.
Origin of original document: Sales (SD)
Activity: SD00 - SD billing Document
    The results were:

  • Sent mails from CRM are not reaching to destination..

    Hi experts, good afternoon.
I have configured an action to trigger an email when the document is saved.  But the problem is action is shown as executed in transaction level, even in SCOT it is showing as completed but in SOST sent mails it is not shown and it is not reaching to my mail inbox also.
Please help me out in this regard.  Please let me know what could be the problem.
    Regards
    Madhav

    Hi Maddy,
I am facing the same issue. I was not able to see any of my entries in SOST. I went to the tab 'send status' in SOST and and clicked on the button 'Further' and selected 'Still Not Entered in Queue'. Now I can see it in SOST with status 'Still no entry in queue'.
Are you also facing the same problem? When you find the solution, please let me know.

  • Idocs are not reaching to midleware or external Vendor

    Hi Everyone,
We are sending delivery forecast idocs through a customising transaction, the idoc status is 12 but it does not reached to midleware or external vendor. When we create a new idoc through test tool(WE19) by copying the above idoc(which was created by customising transaction), its reaching midleware and vendor. Could you please tell, whats going wrong with the idocs which were created through customising program/transaction.
    Thanks in advance.
    Thanks and Regards
    Raghu

sorry, no ideas at the moment.
You are using the same IDoc (which is in Status 12) and process it with WE19 and it´s working ?
    Go to your IDoc Monitor.
OPen both IDocs and go to the STATUS Information.
Open all Status Data and read through longtext and Details, maybe you can locate it there.

  • Identify Jobs that are not running on their Scheduled date time

I have 29 scheduled jobs that run at different intervals of time. Some run once a day. few others run on hourly basis while others run on Sundays.
I was working on a query that would let me know if a particular job did not run on its scheduled date and time.
SELECT * from all_scheduler_jobs WHERE state <>'DISABLED'; will give me a list of all jobs that I have to monitor and that are not in the disabled state. But how can I verify that the jobs are running at their scheduled date time?
Any help please? I need to create a view of all such jobs and then plan to send an alert so that appropriate action can be taken and it is assured that all important jobs run as per schedule.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    I can see 2 approaches.
    - for jobs that have run but ran very late you should query dba_scheduler_job_run_details and filter by the difference between req_start_date and actual_start_date
    - for jobs that should have run but shouldn't, query for DBA_SCHEDULER_JOBS jobs that are SCHEDULED where next_run_date is in the past
    Hope this helps,
    Ravi.

    Hi
I am facing very strange issue for few days.
The email sent by a user to multiple internal recipient, is not reaching to one recipient, while others are receiving that email.
Few users are facing this issue. mail neither reaching in their inbox nor Junk folder.
I am using Exchange Server 2013 CU2 and TrendMicro MailScan anti-spam.
I have searched the logs in TrendMicro Mail Scan but nothing found.
    Please help.
    Thanks,
    Manoj
    Thanks, Manoj

    Hi,
To narrow down the cause, I’d like to ask the following questions:
    1. Does the issue happen on random or regular recipients?
    2. Does the issue happen on all emails or only emails including many recipients?
We can check the Maximum number of recipients per message through a Receive connector:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124345(v=exchg.150).aspx
    3. Is there any DNR or error message?
If you have any question, please feel free to let me know.

  • Some messages are not reaching my webmail INBOX

I use an email forwarder so that my email address is [email protected] (It's not really xyzzy but you get the idea.) They redirect messages to my actual Verizon email address.
In the past week, some emails sent to xyzzy are not getting to VZ. POBOX says they are forwarding them and sent me the following for one test message:
I have found the message in question:
    138587ec  6 10:41:56 sepia postfix/cleanup[21713]: 7F50A40A675: message-id=<[email protected]>
    138590ec  6 10:41:56 sepia postfix/qmgr[32466]: 7F50A40A675: from=<SRS0=+HRw=6S=pobox.com=[email protected]>, size=1018, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
    138599ec  6 10:41:56 sepia postfix/smtp[21995]: 7F50A40A675: to=<[email protected]>, relay=a-pb-fb-quonix.pobox.com[208.72.237.7], delay=0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as C31D97308)
If you still cannot find this message, I would suggest contacting Verizon with these logs to find out if they know where this message went. According to our logs, this message was sent successfully to your forwarding address.
I chatted online with a VZ tech support person who didn't know what an email forwarder was but he said that someone would call me in 15-20 minutes. When no one called in an hour, I called VZ. I got to Shilpa on the second level who insisted that I had to download and run a program that would let them control my PC. I refused, offering to send them an email with the above message from POBOX.COM. She insisted on the remote assistance app, and then decided that she could not help me if I did not comply. I asked for her supervisor. She agreed to transfer the call and then placed me on hold FOR TWO HOURS, at which point VZ terminated the call.
I'm hoping that some VZ email wizard can pass the above log to an email administrator who can solve the problem of the never-appearing emails.
    Thank you in advance.

If the email forwarder is not getting a bounceback, set your spam detector to save messages instead of deleting them in verizon.net and see if they show up in your spam folder.

  • ICal invites I send are not reaching recipient

Two out of three kids are receiving my shared calendar invitations or individual event invitations on their iPhones without any problems.   The third one however, never receives the invite in his calendar app (or even an invitation via email but these are not "public" calendars either).  I have noticed that when I add the first two, their names are highlighted in blue immediately.  The other one stays gray and always shows "pending" on my iPhone or has a "?" on my Mac.  Does not matter which device I send the invite from, he does not get it.
They all use their own active email addresses (same provider not that it matters) and passwords for their Apple accts and iCloud accts and I am using their Apple ID emails to send them the invites.  The only way # 3 gets the invitations is if I send the invite to an iCloud email address that I just created for him.   I'd prefer they only have one email address since they are  under 18.
Why isn't # 3 getting the invites like the other two and anyone else I send to?  Did I miss a setting somewhere in the initial setup of the iPhone?   Maybe I should mention that # 3's phone is MY old iPhone 4 but it was wiped out and set up as a new phone with his Apple ID (Phone # 1 is a 5C and # 2 is a 4 also).

What email client are you using?  Mac Mail? Thunderbird?   What kind of email address are you using---is it a web based account like Hotmail or Gmail that you have POP'd  with the client program?
If you are using say, Gmail as the address, make sure you are sending from the client program.  If you send straight from Gmail, it will appear in their sent folder, but not in the one for the client.  I've made that mistake myself a few times.
