E-REc : Recruiter Dropdown not populated during Requisition

Hi All,
While creating Manpower Requisition through MSS on Portal, system does not populate Recruiter dropdown in the Adobe form.
I have checked in the HR system that feature PINCH is properly created and called and accordingly table T526 is maintained with proper Recruiter user ID. The same User Id also has recrutier role assigned in Erec System.
Do I need to check some other point in HR or Erec system?

Hello,
In EhP4 what package do you have? Check if note 1318164 is already applied because in earlier versions it was not possible to to see the activities if you were not assigned directly to the support team in HRP5131. The system was not considering those assigned through a support group until the note was released. So you can compare your versions and also check if you are able to see if you assign someone directly as a support team member and not through a support group.

Multiple ALVs in a single view - dropdown not populated

Hi,
I have a web dynpro window in which I am having 2 ALVs. I have created 2 refernces to the class "CL_SALV_WD_CONFIG_TABLE" for each ALV (MR_ALV_1 and MR_ALV_2). The data to the ALVs comes from a node (MR_NODE_ALV).
Now in the ALvs I have a column which is a "dropDownByKey". I am filling the values by getting the NODE_INFO of MR_NODE_ALV. The NODE_INFO is populated correctly with required entries for both ALVs in the same way.
In the respective column of ALV1 I am able to see the dropdown entries. However in ALV2, I am not able to see any entries in the dropdown.
Could you please tell why?

Drop Ship across OUs - Operating Unit not available during Requisition Import

Hi,
I am trying to execute Drop Shipment across OUs on Vision Instance R12.1.1.
1)      Responsibility - Order Management Super User, Vision Operations (USA)
         Create SO in Vision Operations. In Others tab selected Warehouse as D1 ( Singapore Distribution Centre ). Line Item Source Type is External.
         Order Booked. Order line status is 'Awaiting Receipt'.
2)      Responsibility - Purchasing Super User.
         Request - Requisition Import.
         Issue - The Operating Unit LOV for Requisition Import is listing only 'Vision Operation'. The OU 'Singapore Distribution Centre' is not listed.
The responsibility Purchasing Super User has access to Org D1.
Please refer to attached screenshots for details.
Kindly help me with this process.

Also, I am wondering why is there a need for Intercompany AR invoice when the AR invoice is issued against the Drop SO?

E-REC: System is not following new Lead recruiter

Hi All,
I have an issue with Requisition mgmt.
We are using EHP4, issue can be reproduced like below...
1. Create a requisition. with your login.
2. Release it.
3. Again EDIT the requisition and change the Lead recruiter to new Lead recruiter.
4. Requisition will be in 'Draft' status. So just release it.
5. Check Support team to the released requisition by using 'CL_HRRCF_M_SUPPORT_GROUP_UI->Get_support_ team' or go to
SE16 and check in the table HRP5131(person responsible). If you check the role '0015', it will be the old leadrecruiter only.
6. New Lead recruiter is not updated in the backend due to some reasons.
Any one come accross this situation? Please help me to solve the issue.

Switch Code Not Populating from Dropdown

I am using below code on exit property of dropdown (actual has about 4 locations/names). The SiteMgr and SiteLoc fields are not populating when a selection is made. The dropdown is in a subform named sfrmProjNo, it is located on the main/1st page of form. Any ideas where I'm going wrong? Thank you!

Batch characteristic value not populated!

Hello guys,
please would appreciate advice to following:
I created two reference chars z_goods_receipt (MCH1-LWEDT) and z_created_on (MCH1-ERSDA). Chars assigned to material batch class. During GR in Classification Dates (chars values) are visible, but after GR is saved, in batch chars values are not populated.
Consequently, I can not use these chars in sorting criterium for delivery batch determination - batches are not sorted acocrding to dates.
Batches on material level. In Customizing (Classify batches within goods mvt), for mvt 101 setting is 4 (Classification always in foreground (all batches)) - but bug remains even if i try with other options. Check with developer shows not much help from EXIT_SAPMM07M_004 or EXIT_SAPMM07M_004 or EXIT_SAPLV01Z_012.
Any idea how to populate these chars in batch?
Alternatively, what else I could use in order to enable FIFO batch determination for batches in delivery?

SAP reply -standard behaviour. After save in MSC2n values read from MCH1, after that in MSC3N value read from AUSP.
Issue solved using non reference charactereristic and adding code into ZXMBCU04.

Material number is not populating in PO in tcode ME23N

Hi,
The material number is not populating in PO in transaction ME23N. The coloumns is displaying as blank and supressed(Gray).
This problem occured during the upgradation from 4.6C to ECC6.0.
We have checked the SPRO configuration for field selections and these are not having any problem.
Data is updated in database tabes but it is not displayed in ME23N screen.
Please advice.

Fund Value is not populated in Vendor payment

Hi All
We have created new balance sheet account and we are trying to post the document. Fund value is not automatically populated. Normally during posting commitment item related fund value is automatically populated.
If you have any idea how to populate the fund value automatically for newly created GL Account.
Note: Transaction code FMDERIVE we have mentioned the FUND and commitment item still the problem persist.

When i am trying to post the document by manually simulation itself i am getting the fund value automatically but during manual posting without simulation i am trying to post the document at that time fund value is not populated automatically. Please help.

Delivery Note Qty Not populated to MIRO

Hi,
During MIGO GR, I have enter Qty in Unit of Entry: 1pc however I enter Del. Note Qty as 20 kg.
In MIRO, the Del. Note Qty is not populated. It's value is 0 ?

ESS Bsns pkg Bnfts &Pymnt - Overview Drop down and table not populated

Hi All,
We have configured ESS business package. Payslips in form of PDF are available in Benefits and payment.
Overview dropdown and table are not getting populated.
I checked context node rem, vcdata and attribute overview_sel in VcRem2Selection comp.
They are not populated at any place as well. How does this work?

Hi Gangadharayya,
There are 2 ways of populating the dropdown.
Either u can create a simple type and bind the attribute to the SimpleType, or use the class ISimpleTypeModifiable and IModifiableValueSet to populate the values at run-time.

CopyDeliverToOrgId is not populated correctly when checkout PR in iPro

When we check out the Requisition in iProcurement, the system shows error for the Deliver-To Location, the error is 'Select a Valid Value'. After we click on the LOV and select the same value as in the Deliver-To Location field , the error gone.
Setp.
1. Select item and add to cart
2. Click View Cart and Check Out
3. Click Checkout
4. Click Next (at this point the Deliver-To Location values is PWH-MB-03-TA)
5. Error out 'Select a Valid Value'
6. Click LOV and select PWH-MB-03-TA from the LOV
7. Clikc Next again
8. Success
Do anyone knows why I have to reselect the value every time I check the requisition
One of the metalink note mention that the variable copyDeliverToOrgId is not populated correctly.

Is any personalization already exists , some like it will be based on OU with certain location ..
In my case , it was to enter correct Deliver to location was based on requestor -location combination based on OU.
otherwise check for Profile 'POR : Preferences - Deliver to Location' in system admin ,
select * from fnd_profile_options_tl
where profile_option_name = 'POR_DEFAULT_DELIVER_TO_LOCATION_ID'
and language='US'

Managed Server not populating while installation in SOA server detail

I am facing an issue in installation of AIA. In the screen SOA server detail, managed server is not populating in dropdown option. I have installed Weblogic middle ware fusion in which admin server and managed server is running. Both are configured for by own machine and clustering is not done
I want to know these things.
1) Is there any problem with weblogic installation or configuration. Managed server and admin server is running fine
2) Do i need to configure node management to map admin server and managed server in fusion middleware?
3) Is there any compatibility mode issue? I am running the setup as administrator in window 7 OS for 32bit windows

Check for the following in your target soa server:
1. SOA components are correctly deployed.
2. soa-infra deployment is running and healthy.
3. node manager is able to start and stop the managed server properly.

I have investigated further and could find something as below:-
1. There is a standard method DETERMINE_SEARCHHELP from class CL_HRPA_GENERIC_F4 which gets called.
2. Inside this method there is a function module F4IF_DETERMINE_SEARCHHELP which inturn calls function module DD_SHLP_GET_HELPMETHOD. The later function module takes tablename, fieldname, and sy-langu as parameter to give SHLP as search help output. Following values are getting passed to the function module:-
                                     Tablename = HRASR00_HIRE_F4_CORE_FIELDS
                                     Fielname = PLANS
                                     Sy-langu = E (Default)
However this returns parameter SHLP as blank.
There is a subroutine 'shared_buffer_imp_interface' in the function module DD_SHLP_GET_HELPMETHOD which has the following IMPORT statement:-
IMPORT shlp
         callcontrol-attachkind
         timestamp timerelobj_tab
         FROM SHARED BUFFER ddshoffld(if) ID sh_buf_id.
This IMPORT statement is returning sy-subrc EQ 4 and hence finally SHLP does not have any value. So the position dropdown is not populating.
Also when the following parameter is passed, we get F4 help for PERSG (Employee group field):-
                  Tablename = HRASR00_HIRE_F4_CORE_FIELDS
                  Fielname = PERSG
                  Sy-langu = E (Default)
This is because in this case, the above IMPORT statement returns the table T501 and T501T and hence finally SHLP has the value.
Can anyone of you please provide me your expert opinion as to how i can get this working for fieldname = PLANS and hence position dropdown.

Sales Order Type not populated in CO-PA Documents

When a sales order is created , the document is flowing to CO-PA but the Sales Order Type is not populated in COPA.
This is working for some orders and not working for other orders. I need help in identifying/troubleshooting this problem.

At time of sales order entry it is not possible take over
values from the tables VBAK, VBAP, VBPA, etc (i.e VBXX).
The table lookup from derivation can only work AFTER creation of the
sales order (that means during VA02) since there is no record for the
new sales order in data base tables VBXX before the very end of VA01!
The only way to transfer this information directly to corresponding
CO-PA characteristics is an assignment in table TKEZU. At the point of
the sales order creation (when the profitability segment gets
determined) only structures KOMP/KOMK will be provided by SD; so you
need to assign the desired KOMP/KOMK-field to the corresponding CO-PA
characteristic in table TKEZU. TKEZU can be maintained with SM30.
Please take a look at the note 33968. Also notes 568911 and 638097 can help.
If you have an itercompany scenario please take a look at the note 629705.
