E-Recruiting - Doubt about job for changes in HR system.

Hi,
We are on E-Rec 604 with seperated standlone e-rec system.
I did the initial transfer of the Org Management and employees data through PFAL from ECC to E-Recruit and all were ok.
Now we are planning the job for future changes.
The job in e-recruiting is ok, using RBDMIDOC and RBDAPP01.
But I have some doubts with the job in HR system. I think I have to use those steps in the job:
RBDMIDOC
RSEOUT00
RBDMOIND
RBDCPCLR
It´s true?.
And in this case, with those steps the new employees in HR system will be created as internal candidates in E-Recruiting without problems?.
Could somebody help me, please?.
Best Resgrads,
Esther

Dear Esther,
In HR system, you only need to schedule these reports to transfer HR data from change pointers :
RBDMIDOC to created idocs from change pointers
RSEOUT00 to send idocs to the target system
RHALESMD : is used to generate Idocs that have already been processed or failed when report RBDMIDOC was running so
still with change pointers unprocessed in table BDCPV
Hope it helps,
Kind Regards
Christine

  • Many doubts about your questionable "change for better" new conditions

I Am an early adopter of Revel and a satisfied customer. I  upgrade my account some months every year if I have done more than 50 pics I want to save on Revel. When downgrading my pics remain on Revel. Fantastic!
With the new terms I would have to pay for a permanent upgrade as my account raises the 2Gb free that you are offering.
this not a change for better as you say. Not at all.
As an early adopter will I keep the billing rigths and conditions that I signed up when I subscribed the service? I wait for a clear answer as I am thinking about deleting my account.
Your change sound like a trick... now that I have spend lots of time upgrading many Gb you change the conditions. Not wise at all. and the worst is that we don't know what are you planning for the future....

    Darderes-
The new model will not change how the premium accounts work, but all free users will be using the new model once the changes take place. We realize this may benefit some users and not others and apologize if it causes you any inconvenience.

  • Doubt about using for all entries

I have to retrieve 3 columns from 2 tables(MARA and MAKT). How should i device the FOR ALL ENTRIES statement for such a situation??
What i need to retrieve is:
    MATNR   from       MAKT
    MAKTG   from       MAKT
    MEINS    from       MARA.

    HI
in final internal table you declare what ever you want from that 2 tables
    MATNR
    MAKTG
    MEINS
and 2 more internal tables like this
    1st : MATNR
            MEINS from MARA
    2nd : MATNR
            MAKTG from MAKT
write a select query for 1st like this
SELECT MATNR MEINS from mara into itab1 where matnr = p_matnr.
    if not itab1[] is initial.
SELECT MATNR MAKTG from MAKT into table itab2 FOR ALL ENTRIES IN itab1 where MATNR in itab1-matnr
    endif.
    loop at 1st itab1
    read on itab2
move fields to final internal table only required fields
    <b>reward if usefull</b>

  • Error in job for connection to CUA System

I have a problem with the two jobs in the u2018AS ABAP - Initial loadu2019 for a CUA system. According to the log is seems to be a memory issue!!!!

    Please note:
Setting the %$rep.CUA_MASTER% equal u2018falseu2019 using the repository constant works for the both jobs (only the roles and/or profile in u2018localu2019 system the is read meaning no data from the subsystems in the CUA is read )
Any suggestions for handling this problem??

The text you enter in the dispatcher script after JAVAOPTIONS= is passed on as one parameter to the java executable. When you set JAVAOPTIONS=-Xmx256M -Xmx256M the effect is like the commandline java "-Xmx256M -Xms256M" java interprets this as an illegal heap size and refuses to start.
If you want to specify more than one javaoption, you also have to set MXDISPATCHER_EXECSTRING=1
This option causes the dispatcher to pass the arguments to the java executable as one string instead of split into separate parameters.
The reason this option is not turned on by default, is that this can cause problems with paths and parameters containing special characters that causes the command line interpreter to fail.
In your case, only specifyng the -Xmx is probably the best solution. Specifying -Xms will cause heavier load on the system also for jobs thatdoes not need a large heap.

  • E-Recruiting 604 Doubt about the planning of the background job.

    Hi,
We are on E-Rec 604 with seperated standlone e-rec system.
I did the initial transfer of the Org Management data through PFAL from ECC to E-Recruit and all were ok.
Now I have to planed the job for the future changes.
This is my doubt, I just have to plan the program RBDMIDOC in the HR system, or should I add something more?.
    Please somebody could guide me?.
    Thanks a lot,
    Esther

    Hello Esther,
there are some more configuration steps for the regular update after the initial load.
Probably already done by you is the activation of the change pointers for the message type otherwise RBDMIDOC won't create any IDoc.
Additional settings to the ALE you should apply to the system:
    -  In the e-recruiting system, go to the partner profile settings for the ALE. Open the inbound parameters for the message type and switch radio button in the "process by function module" section from trigger immediatly to trigger by background program.
    - Create a variant for report RBDAPP01 on the e-rec system setting the package size to 1
    - Plan the report RBDAPP01 as job on the e-recruiting system to process the incomming IDocs
Ensure in the job scheduling of RBDMIDOC and RBDAPP01 that both are running before midnight and the RBDMIDOC is running before RBDAPP01 of course.
Additional E-Recruiting settings you have to do:
    - schedule HRALXSYNC on the e-rec system as daily job
    - Ensure that the e-rec periodical service PROCESS_CAND_STATUS_CHANGE (class CL_HRRCF_UPDATE_P_STAT) is activated in the e-rec customizing under E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> Periodical Services

  • Doubt about changes in the routing for the next year

    Hello All,
I have a question hope for you guys to gave a brief and technical answer to me.
I have some doubts, one doubts is in the actual routing, can I change the Valid to ( Date) in the routings in the operation. (Example. original valid to date is 31.12.9999 i want to change this with 31.12.2007). Because we want to create new routing with changes for the next year. But it´s necessary the new routing is valid from  01.01.2008 and valid to 31.12.2008.
And I can´t 2 routings with the same valid  for 01.01.2008
I have many routings for change and I have other option like change the status (create or release).
Other doubt, the user has a excel file with the changes necessary, how can I upload from excel file to SAP R/3. It exist one program, one procedure u other option.
Your kind response is what am ex[ecting expert. Thanks,

    Hi
pl use the ECM functionality (engineering change functionality) for the same..its standard SAP and no need for any special config..
You can channge the same routings by giving the effectivity date in ECR (eng change request)
for creating an ECR pl follow the below steps
    =Create Engineering change request - TCODE - CC31
=Click on object type after entering this screen parameters
    =Click on status management
=and change status by clicking on “Check request”
=Select the required objects types to be changed and click on objects to reach the below screen
=Enter the required objects to be changed via selecting appropriate tab.
=Select the object and click on details
    =Click on status management
=Go to Header and  click  on status
=Change the status by clicking upto convert request.
=Click on the save button and Engineering Change Request has been created..
    IMP Notes -
Do close and Release the Engineering change request after doing the appropriate changes at both “Object level and Header Level “
Pl come back for any further clarifications..
rewards will be appriciated if found useful

  • About job postings for Oracle Developers Please Help.

    Hi to all.
This is not a specific doubt about development, is for employment.
This is not a Job Posting.
I have 2 years of experience developing in Oracle FOrms (Web ann C/s),with
another tools (like Jdeveloper),etc with a Bachellor degree in System - Engenering
Here in my country(Peru) the pay per hour is almost 5.9 to 6 US$ (a total per mounth is
    between 1000 and 950 US$).
As you can see the standar level of salary is very low.
Even that level is considered "high" for our standars. (A Visual Basic /Sql-Server developer gets a 4.00 uS$ per hour).
I have seen (in the Oracle job postings page) amounts like 60 -50 US$ per hour for Oracle Developers.
So I have some questions for you , the real people who works in Oracle enviroments.
-That amounts per hour are really true?.
-IF its true (in countries like USA or CANADA) how much can I save ,having a normal life?
-In have passed the first OCP Exam,(3 left), but it is really necesary to get well-payed a Job?
-There are some many enterprises recruiting foreigners for IT jobs but (if somebody knows...),there are some good ones and the bad ones.Have you been heared about the bad ones,, and who are they??
    Please I need your feedback.
Its very important to me any suggestion or comment because I'm planning to work outside.
    Thanks for your attention.

When syncing my iPad with my computer I keep getting the notice ' waiting for changes to be applied '.  What is this all about ?

If everything is working OK, I believe it simply means that the iPad and iTunes are communicating and that any changes that you made to the sync configuration are waiting to go through. If you updated apps on the iPad and they get transferred into iTunes or if you download new songs onto the iPad and they are being transferred into iTunes, any app data that moves back and forth - those would be changes that need to be applied.
If you can't finish the sync and that's why you are asking, can you provide more specific details?

    frank,
every negative experience is an opportinity to learn.   deleting or moderating these experiences would be turning away the chance to learn.   as long as users follow the participation rules, we allow even the most negative posts to remain.
as you said, forums are inherently negative by nature as users typically come here to solve a problem.   those of us who try to solve the problems are in the minority.   we certainly appreciate users such as yourself who voluntarily return to the forum to help out, especially those who initially came here to solve a problem themselves.
    thank you as well.

  • Can we change the selection criteria for RV60SBAT Background Job for Billin

We have a requirement to add a new selection criteria for RV60SBAT Background Job for Billing. We want to process back order invoices first. So we want a specific background job to select these. So we want to select any orders that are eligible to be invoiced where order date < the date of background job(r sy-datum ). Any ideas where we can introduce this logic for selection criteria?
    Thanks,
       Matt

    Hi Matt
For your requirement , copy the standard  RV60SBAT program to Z program and in that copied RV60SBAT program , maintain the logic that the backorder invoices should be first processed. Then after that regular background job for billing should take happen .Then your requirement can be fulfilled

I just noticed the exact same thing. It turns out that the httpd-ssl.conf file on my system is still the old v2.2 syntax, which means that the SSLMutex directive is still in there. This is an invalid directive after 2.2.
This is where things get interesting. At first, I simply thought I had forgotten to merge httpd-ssl.conf.pacnew after apache had been upgraded to 2.4. However, when I check my pacman.log, it appears that httpd-ssl.conf was never upgraded when apache went to 2.4 - (2.2.26-1 -> 2.4.7-1). There was never a pacnew file generated to be merged.
I took a look at the apache package via the abs and the "proper" httpd-ssl.conf is certainly in there, so why pacman never created a pacnew file is a mystery.
Anyway, to fix this: pull the httpd-ssl.conf from the apache package, either from your cache, using the abs and building it, or (I think) pacman may re-install it if you move the file to a backup location (not sure about this). Then merge your original httpd-ssl-conf with the new one.

  • Pre-processing job for Transactions

    Hi Archiving Forum,
In SAP help it is mentioned that pre-processing job is optional job. I am trying to run Write job for few of the transactions where the status is completed without pre-processing job.
But when i debugged the write program for - CRM_SERORD archiving object, the program internally checking the I1100 status for each Service ticket/ Order.
Here, all Service tickets were marked completed status on 24/03/2009.
Residency time for all transaction types is 1 day.
I am running the Write job for Service Ticket and Service order on 24/03/2009. - but job is not able to write the data into Archive files.
Should i wait for One day ( where it completes the Residency time) to run the Write job?
If i wait for one day, then the write program is internally checking the status I100 (Archival status). Is this status is updated by default in the CRM_JEST table after completing Residency period ?
    Please need concrete answers.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Kishore

    Hi Kishore,
Pre-processing job should be scheduled for archiving objects before runing write program because it will help in basic archivability check and makes the basement for write program.
Without executing pre-processing program write program will fails to archive data. For example: CO_ORDER, MM_EKKO, MM_EBAN and so on... in R/3 system.
Similarly in CRM system Pre-processing program will help
In check, the following database changes for CRM_SERORD:
    1) The date of the archivability check is updated.
    2) For the archivable data, the status is changed to 'Archivable'. Then the
    data is no longer changeable.
    3) For the archivable data, the system sends a deletion BDoc type with
message type 'A' (for archiving) via the CRM Middleware so that the other
components involved in mySAP CRM solutions are informed about an archiving
of the data in the CRM server. The system sends deletion BDoc types at this
time because the change to an unchangeable status is the status change
which is relevant from a business point of view.
    In CRM 3.0 version
The check occurs in an archiving object-specific preprocessing program
entered for the archiving object in transaction AOBJ.
As of mySAP CRM5.0 it is controlled using transaction SARA check/delete
    In your case:
Even after passing of 1 day of residence time service order or service ticket will not be archive since write program will not set the status for archive I1100. Preprocessing program calling functional module and setting the status as archivable (I1100) after all the pre-requisites are met and write program will archive those data.
The status in ST / SO will not be automatically changed after meeting residence time.
Please also read OSS note no 500551.
    -Thanks,
    Ajay

    Hi All
The issue is E recruitment regarding career and job (internal candidate) in this page select candidate profile I am getting Error u201CAn internal error occurred. Please try again lateru201D  (my client using BSP and Portal)
I was checked T- code  SLG1 but it show Errors 1) Periodic service was not executed due to concurrent service2) The error occurred in program RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES line 41
And also I checked T u2013 code SICF for services hrrcf_start_int tested but here also getting error u201CAn internal error occurred. Please try again lateru201D
Please any one guide me for how to resolve the issue
    Regards
    Eshwar

    Hello Eshwraj,
Please check out the following :
Please check transaction SM37 and check have you create a periodical job for program COM_SE_DISPATCHER. If this is the case this is not correct - only RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES has to run as periodical job which indexes the objects then.
Please delete your COM_SE_DISPATCHER job and activate the RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES job again and test the service run afterwards.
The services DISPATCH_CPOINTER_FOR_PUB_INT and DISPATCH_CPOINTER_FOR_PU_EXT of program RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES do the pre-work which means that they create the change pointers for the
postings which are then processed by program COM_SE_DISPATCHER. These services are only called by program RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES. COM_SE_DISPATCHER can't do that alone. Report COM_SE_DISPATCHER is
    called automatically.
    Best Regards,
    Deepak..
