E-recruiting: How to see attached resume??

Hi Experts,
In E-recruiting there is facility for candidate to attached his/her resume.
I want to know how recruiter is able to view this resume??
Where is the facility to view attachments??
Thanks
Sameer

Hi,
you can see the attachments of a candidate in the attachment tab of the candidate profile if you have not excluded it through customer configuration. In addition you can include links to all attachments in the dataoverview for the candidate.

  • E-Recruiting - Mass upload of Attachment/Resume of Candidates

    Hi,
    We already developed custom program to upload resumes/attachments of Candidates but still I want to check any standard approach is there to upload attachments.
    We have transferred Candidates (about 20K) from legacy to E-Recruiting (6.0) i.e. Candidate u2018NAu2019 exists in the system. We want to upload the resumes of Candidates. Is there any standard way to do it?
    Let me know, if you need more information about my requirement.
    u2026Naddy

    Hello Naddy,
    E-Recruiting offers no standard interface for bulk processing. Everything connected to mass creation of candidates, mass maintenance and also mass upload of attachments have to be developed on your own.
    For any reason no such interface for data migration is provided. Although i have to admit that so far none of my projects decided to technically migrate old data so far. For recruiting the outcome us usually not seen beeing worth the effort you need.
    So you will have to develop your own solution. But for attachments it is not so difficult. I implemented an interface for mass processing result documents of an extenal testtool to link them as attachments to the candidate. Just use cl_hrrcf_attachment_bl. It should provide most necessary functions.

  • How to see attached devices in AEBS?

    I dont see any such option to see all the connected machines to the base station. Can someone help?

    I dont know why my response isnt here. Anyway.... here it goes:
    I am not connected to any other base station – I know for that sure. I don’t understand your 2nd point. The last point is also not true – I am not connected to any other machine.
    In the “Internet Connect” it is right now set as using “Ethernet”. If I change it to “PPPoE” and supply my userid/pwd for my DSL, it doesn’t work. If you think that this is the problem, please let me know what I should do.
    Normally, in most routers, once you choose PPPoE, it will ask for userid/pwd. But in AEBS, it asks for user id and “new password”. I don’t understand this – maybe it is just a terminology. In spite of providing the correct password, it wouldn’t connect - dont know why?
    Did my answer help in defining the problem correctly? I hope I am not driving you nuts

  • How to see the content of an attachment in sxmb_moni

    Hi all,
    Does someone know how to see the actual content of an attachment in sxmb_moni?
    If I look under Inbound Message (CENTRAL)/Payloads, I would see one node for MainDocument and another node with the name of the attachment.
    When I click on the attachment name, a word document shows with one line in it. That line is just the name of the attachment and nothing else.
    How can I see the actual content of that attachment?
    Thank you. Points will be awarded to helpful answers.

    I checked my coding again in debug mode. I cannot find anything wrong.
    I duplicate here my coding again.
       DATA lo_attachment TYPE REF TO if_ai_attachment.
      lo_attachment  = lo_attachment_protocol->get_attachment_from_binary(
                          data = iv_attachment_content

                          name = iv_attachment_name
    * set the attachment
      DATA lt_attachments TYPE prx_attach.
      APPEND lo_attachment TO lt_attachments.
      lo_attachment_protocol->set_attachments( lt_attachments ).
    The local variable LT_ATTACHMENTS has field payload-resource with the following expected values --
    KIND : B
    TYPE : application/msword
    BINDATA :  00530068006F00740073005F0073007700630076002E0064006F00630020002000
    The BINDATA correctly contains the dummy data I assigned.
    I must have missed something. Can someone help?

    how to see the ms files attachment in outlook in iphone

    I believe JDK6 has the Desktop API which allows you to do this.
    Prior to that you can use the Runtime class. Read the HTML page that is displayed when running the example from this posting:

  • How to see an EHD attached to Time Capsule

    I want to store all my music on an EHD and point my iTunes to it so I can save space on my computer. I've been told that this is easy to do.
    So I hooked up my LaCie backup to my new Time Capsule. The question is, I don't know how to see the LaCie so I can drop anything in there.
    Anyone know how to do what I want to do here?
    Thanks.

    Thanks. When I opened Finder and clicked on the TC I see two drives. The TC & the LaCie. So, I assume that the password is already in the keychain.
    If I'm right, the LaCie already started the backup when I plugged it in and turned it on. Because when I go into the files and subfiles and subfiles I find that the music in those files are up to date.
    If this is true and the LaCie is already backed up then what I want to do is point iTunes to that drive so I can dump off music from my Macbook and save space.
    I want iTunes, iPods, etc, to run off that EHD which I would like to dedicate to music only.
    Do you know how to do this?

  • How can I attach j-pegs and other documents to an email unopened and stop each them taking up a whole page of my email ?

    How can I attach j-pegs and other documents to an email unopened and stop each them taking up a whole page of my email ?

    In addition to the last poster's suggestion  -  just so you know, it also depends on the email program the recipient uses as to how they will see any attachments - for instance, when I am using my Yahoo Mail, I am absolutely unable to view any attachment within the browser window - Yahoo forces me to download it; there is no way for me to check it (like a preview) to see if I want to download it or not.
    And, FWIW: the window shown in the screenshot does not show on my version of Mail 5.1 (which is the latest for 10.7.2); the only one similar shows when viewing a message received with an attachment, not while sending one. So that must be a different version.

  • How can I attach a photo to an email,using Photoshop Elements9,without going through the Revel cloud

    How can I attach a photo to an email using Photoshop Elements 9, without going through the Adobe Revel cloud?

    Adobe user wrote:
    I'm using Windows 7.  I have no email clients.
    You don't need an Email client nor Adobe Revel account to send email and photos as attachment.  All you need is an email account (could be free web-based account such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL or whatever including from your own ISP.  And of course an Internet Connection.
    Now the most obvious requirement is out of the way so you need to go in to your Organizer and click on Share button and choose Photomail. Select the photo you want to send and follow the instructions that are on your screen.
    You also need to request an Adobe Verification Code to enable you to use Adobe's Mail Servers to send the photos for you.  To do this go to:
    Edit >> Preferences>> Sharing
    Look for something like this and fill out the red boxes where indicated (click on this image to see it clearly).
    Hope this gets you started.

  • How can I attach an image without the image is in the email body? (using the new mail the Lion)

    How can I attach an image without the image is in the email body? (using the new mail the Lion)
    I want in attachment, not in the body mail.

    I think your only solution is to zip the image files first and then attach them.
    Read this from a site I found:
    Sending Graphical Attachments -- When you attach a graphical image to your message, the recipient of your message sees the image inline (that is, in the body of the message) if her email client supports inline display. ("Take Control of Email with Apple Mail" contains a table listing the capabilities of popular Mac and PC email clients.) If a client does not support inline display (or the recipient has turned off the inline display option), the file appears as an attachment that must be opened in a separate program.
    On the one hand, an inline image is easier for the recipient to see - all she has to do is look at it. On the other hand, inline images can be frustrating to scroll through. If you do not wish to send a graphical image inline, you must compress the file before attaching it - Mail, sadly, lacks a built-in compression option, though fortunately for Panther users, the Finder offers Zip compression without requiring a separate application.
    Note that when you compose a new message, Mail always shows attachments in the body of your message. You can manually drag them somewhere else, but many email clients display all attachments in a separate list, regardless of where you place them in the message body.
    If you paste an image into a message or drag & drop an image from another window (say, a Web browser), Mail converts the raw image data to an attachment in TIFF format. On the other hand, if you drag & drop the icon of an image file (or use the Attach button to locate the file using the file browser), Mail leaves the attached image in its original format. This difference is significant, because although most email clients can display JPEG images just fine, support for TIFF - especially in non-Mac email clients - is less common. If possible, I suggest attaching image files as opposed to pasting or dragging in raw image data.

  • How do I attach another user's photo to email in my account?

    How do I attach a photo from another user's (my wife's) iPhoto library to an email (gmail) that I am writing from my account on my iMac (using OSX 10.7.5)?  I have set up both iPhoto applications to allow sharing and have updated the Get Info in my wife's account to allow my account to read the pictures folder and enclosed items.  When trying to attach to the email, I am now able to open my wife's pictures folder, but her iPhoto library is still greyed out, so I cannot see the photos to select them.
    Thank you.

    The easiest way to do what you want is to both backup your Libraries to an external hard drive (eHD) using some kind of backup software. Then you can just select tracks from her Library on the eHD and drag them into your iTunes on your laptop.
    However, this means that your laptop will fill up with songs that you both have, which will waste space. There is no way round this unless you share.
    when I go to add files from her username I see a red minus symbol on the folder and cannot get into it.
    Yes, this is the way OS X works : each user only has normal access to their own files, and sees the red symbol for other users. It's to do with permissions and security and privacy.
    I'm not interested in sharing because I would like to burn a disc in the future with these files.
    The ability to burn discs from playlists is unaffected by having a shared library
    To prevent ourselves from burning the same disc twice
    Isn't this MORE likely to happen if you have duplicate songs across two libraries?
