E recruitment candidate / requisition over view issue.

Dear All,
We are on EHP5, E Rec and ECC runs on one instance. As a recruiter when i click on the candidate name im not getting any details, same happening with requisition.
In short i am unable to get an over view of the candidate and the requisition..
kindly help...

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.recruiter.
Do i need to do some customization for this?

    Hello Eshwar,
    Red Astreik is only acheived through BSP application. It is not possible by standard customization. Sp you need to do
    custom modification here to acheive this.

    Hi Shankar,
    Even i'd gone thru tough time to complete the eRec config successfully...!
    You only need the reference user as logon data, as this is for the external service and there won't be any login expected by the External Candidate to the SAP system. When you assign the reference/service users to ICF services.. it means you are saying to SAP system that .. when ever this service is called use the authentication provided in the logon data and the rest is taken care by SAP!
    This is one URL from eREC which will be exposed to internet (via a reverse proxy) and shouldn't be asking for SAP authentication.
    You can use all the standard roles for eRec config, until unless you really have a custom scenario.

    Hello Sri,
    the solution to your first question might be very easy. In EhP 4 the entries in the dashboard do not appear automatically. In most cases you have to refresh the dashboard (be aware this is only effecting the current dashboard work list, not all if you do not use the refresh all button). Soclick the "My new Applications" and then refress this workset.
    If this does not help we will have to look closer into this issue (overall I assume you have EhP4 SP 6 applied).
    For question 2. It is a quite common requirement that an external publication is nearly only based on the posting texts while the internal publication includes much more specific information (org. management, cost center, pay scale group). As you are free in designing you own company specific internal and external publications they can look however you want (in the general restriction what a smartform can do of course). For different publication texts companies create different postings one for internal and one for external publication. The additional information are in some cases entered directly into these texts, in some cases maintained in e-rec fields not needed for other requirements, in customer own fields or directly gathered from the HR core system. It depends a bit on the exact requirement which is the best solution. For the fields you mentioned I'd probably go for OM integration for e-rec (assigning positions to requisition) and get the Information via customer RFC function module directly in the smartform (if the security guys allow the access to the HR system from the e-rec system).
    For question 3. The manager should be able to see the decision maker data overview. Here you can include whatever you want as you can replace it with a customer developed smartform.

  • I can not see my waves and i cant refresh the over view

    why can i not see my waves it happend out of no where and right now im stuck it came back for a seconed when i refreshed my over views but it wont let me afgain

    One possibility:
    In Logic's  Preferences/Audio/Devices..
    Make sure "Recording Delay" is set to zero.
    If it's not set to zero why was it changed?

  • Viewing issues with Adobe Acrobat Professional 8

    We have Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 installed, and we are having some issues when viewing pdf documents.  Once a Word document is converted to a pdf document, some of the hyperlinks are appearing thicker (almost bold) than others, and some of the text appears lighter/darker than the rest of the text.  There is no pattern to this, it is all very random.
    When we print the pdf document, everything looks correct, so this only happening when we view the document on the computer.
    Can anyone provide a suggestion on how to fix this issue?

    Hi Bill,
    I am attaching screen shots of 1) a page where the hyperlinks appear thicker and 2) the document properties pages showing the fonts.
    We have tried creating it with both the Adobe PDF Maker and the MS PDF tool and it happens using both.  I am thinking that this really is a viewing issue, because it prints out fine.  Also, it looks the same no matter what the zoom setting is.
    Please let me know if you have any other advice.

    dear all,
    i have a problem in incompletion log ,  my requirement is  i need the incompletion log to be trigered  in the sales order over view screen  .
    The senario is :
    There is a excel sheet maintained in the    sale order over view screen - extras tab - Documents - there excell sheet will be maintained  and   from that the item will be selected .  
    is there any way to inclued this   field and table  in the log of in completion terms  in incompletion procedure .  or is there any
    user exist to be involved  for this 
    kindly guide me how to  go about it  so that the error or warning msg   is triggered when this  incompletion is checked

    Hi Kumi,
    Do you mean you want to check whether DRAW-DOKNR  or DRAD-DOKNR is filled with value?
    If yes, I don't think standard incompletion log could fulfill your requirement since only check for VBAK, VBKD, VBAP and VBEP could be defined.
    I also checked Userexit_save_prepare (MV45AFZZ). Table DRAW is not available. DRAD is empty.
    Sorry but I could not provide more positive answer.
