  • Data transfer to E-Recruitment Infotypes.

    Hello,
We are having the ERP system and SAP E-Recruiting running on the same
system. Is it possible to transfer the data from infotype-22 (Education)
    to E-recruitment infotype-5104 (Education) and infotype-23
    (Others/Previous employers) to the E-Recruitment Infotype-5103 (Work
    Experience)?
and when i posted the same to SAP, the reply i got was :
"""It is not possible to transfer the information from IT0022 and IT0023
    to E-recruiting solution.
For this you need to use the function modules HRRCF_MDL_SAVE after that
    call the function FM BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
But in standard it is not available."""
We ran both the function modules. They ran without any errors, but it did not load the E-Recruiting infotypes.
Could Some one Provide me details or guidance on how to run the function
    modules?
Also, any documentation with this aspect would be apreciated.
    Sai.

    Hi,
You can run the FM in the Transaction SE37 and check the authorization of the person.
    Good Luck.

  • Recruitment - Infotype 0006 Address

    Dear All,
In the PB30 When creating Infotype 0006 Address Subtype 03 Home Address system is taking default values of permanent Address subtype 01. This is happening only with subtype 03 that too in QAS & PRD.
Can any one tell what could be the reason.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

Please check the dynamic action configuration.  (T588Z).  Also perform table comparision with other systems in the landscape,
If you do not want the defaults, you can deactivate the table entries by putting *.  Also please check whether there is any user exit development.
    Hope this helps

  • How to create and modify an infotype in E-recruiting?

    Hi All,
it's necessary to add some fields specifics of the country for the ID , can i use the Customer Include for the infotype 0001 or it's possible create a new infotype?
    Thank's
    Best Regards

    Dear Carlos,
Yes it is possible to add the fieds in the customer Include for Infotype 1. But the fields added here will be viewed in PA as well along with the recruitment infotype.
Thus I find it best that you create a custom infotype specific to recruitment and add the fields that you require in this Infotype.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Which infotype of E -recruitment is the position details stored

    Hi all,
In E recruitment in the requisition the organization data tab page we need to know where the position details and the organization unit details are stored.I mean to ask which infotype of E rec.
    Thanks and best regards
    Rajeev

    Hello Rajeev,
if you assign a position to a requisition in the first subtab of the organizational data container sequence item you won't find information in any of the e-recruiting infotypes.
The system creates relations between the requisition (NB) and the positions (S) and stores them in HRP1001. They can be accessed throug the standard HR function modules or throug the e-recruiting classes e.g. CL_HRRCF_OI_BL.
The Organizational unit (O) and the Job (C) also read from the relations in table HRP1001.
If you only assign an organizational unit and job by filling the second subtab of the container sequence item. e-recruiting stores the Ids of the 2 objects in HRP5125 or HRP5126 (currently have no system to look for it).
Names / Texts for all these objects are stored like for all OM objects in HRP1000 and can also be accessed via the e-recruiting classes or through the OM function modules.
    Hope that answers your question.
    Best regards

  • How to create an infotype for E-Recruitment

Please tell me how to create an ER(E-Recruitment) Infotype. This infotype will be mapped to BSP application.

    hello arvind,
if you really create a new infotype for e-recruiting you use the standard tools like for hr master data / pd infotypes. These tools create screens but they are useless. The reason is that the tools are build for SAP HCM and noone really cares about e-recruiting so there is no option like "it's for e-recruiting do not create screens". If you do not want to have any maintenance issue you can just delete the screens you will never miss them.
If you look for a BSP version of the screen generation I have to tell you that such thing is not existing you will have to build all screens on your own.
Whenever I can I try to use the CI Includes of the E-recruiting Infotypes to store additional data or if you need additional candidate fields which are existing in the business partner (e.g. nationality) but are not maped i widen the bp data mapping.
If all these things are not possible you can add your own infotype which has some pros (e.g. getting the infotype framework for free) and cons (e.g. datatype/length restriction for fields) or you make your own database table where you have all freedom you like. If you need to enlarge the data model for Candidate / Candidacy information and do not plan to run statistics on this data using the Application Wizard Questionaire might be a solution, too.
    Best Rgds.

  • Change of User Account in E-Recruiting

Did E-Recruiting ever intend for the change of a User Account in R/3 for an Internal Employee who is a Recruiter, or a Manager, or an Administrator? For example, an employee's 0105-0001 user id is initially set to 'xxx'. So, in E-Recruiting this employee's CP->B-208 user record in HRP1001 is 'xxx' and USR02-bname is 'xxx' and USREFUS-bname is 'xxx'. But if Employee's 0105-0001 record get's changed to 'yyy', ALE only creates new USR02 as 'yyy' and new USREFUS as 'yyy' and CP->B-208 as 'yyy'. What happens to all the other HRP51xx tables where the EXECUTER, SOBID, and RES_SOBID is still 'xxx'?
In addition, what if user id 'xxx' gets reused by another employee in R/3? Wouldn't this compound the problems in E-Recruiting in the various HRP51xx tables?
Is there an SAP conversion program or function to handle this? Or, is this even a concern and the HRP51xx tables do not need to be changed to reflect the new 'yyy' user id?
    Any help would be appreciated,
    Sincerely,
    Don Merical
Edited by: Don Merical on Jun 18, 2010 3:47 PM

    Hi Don,
this is indeed a big issue. There is no solution by SAP available.
The ALE automatically exchanges the User ID on the candidate side. But the infotypes for the candidate have to be updated by yourself.
So you will have to write your own report.
So you need to take care of each e-recruiting infotype containing a user.
You will have to update the frozen documents for the publications and update the questionnaire tables (HRHAP_APPER).
    Best regards

  • Transfer IT0022 and IT0023 from HCM to E-recruiting via ALE

    Hello,
In our HCM system we created a distribution model with HRMD_A type message and. Also we create several filter group with relevant data (infotype, object type...).
We need to transfer the IT0022 and IT0023 from HCM to e-recruiting, so we included these Infotypes into a filter group in the distribution model. We execute de t.code PFAL in the HCM system to distribute the data through ALE and the system include the data (IT0022, IT0023 and others) into the Idoc, but an error occur in the receptor system.
When we check the status message for the IDoc through t.code WE02 (in the receptor system), the status record is 51 - Infotype 0023 will be ignored (also Infotype 0022) and the Application document is not posted.
We need to transfer these two aditionals infotypes. Is there some missing configuration?
    Thanks and kind regards

I assume, that you use e-recruiting as standalone system.
In e-erecruiting there are no PA infotypes. The inbound processing cannot work with those two infotypes. Therefore the inbound processing crashes.
Also there is no mapping possible with work experience and education of PA to e-recruiting in standard.
The only infotypes which are supported by standard are:
    0001, 0002, 0006, 0105 + 1000 and 1001
If you want distribute further data, you will have to implement inbound processing and mapping yourself.
Also the target message type hrmd_aba05 in e-erecruiting the hrmd_a is mapped to does not contain those infotypes.
So you will need a specialist extending the idocs and extending the inbound processing BADI.
But before you do that, think if you can really map HR and e-recruiting infotypes, because fields and values do not match in generall. So this might be impossible!!!!

  • Enhance E-Recruting infotype HRP5144

    Hi,
I am trying to enhance E-recruiting infotype HRP5144 but i don't find Customer include in HRP5144..
So i have gone into Goto -> Append Structure and have append a structure with one field.
As i have never done this before. I am just wondering if that is a good practice....
    or
Is there any other way to enhance HRP5144 (Infortypes with out customer include)
    Thanks in advance...

    Krish,
Please take following into considering when using append structure for HRP5144. After that there will be no issues.
Use the name of append structure in customer name space i.e. using ZZ or YY while creating the include.
Also following the same naming convention for the  custom fields added.
This makes sure your append structure remains in tact even during upgrades.
    Regards,
    Bharat

  • Screen Modifications Recruitment Module

    Dear All,
I wanted to make screen modifications for Intial entry of basic data's initial screen and even organisational assignment and other recruitment infotypes. But unable to find any pertaining to them. Can any one suggest me on this...
    Regards,
    Rajasekar

    Hi,
Check feature MASSN via PE03: Determining the Fast Entry Dialog Module.
And check the return value in table TDCT, you will find the screen and program call by PB40 Initial Entry of Applicant Data.
And you can create your own dialog module to adjust the initial screen or change the exist one.
    Hope helps,
    Chen Jian

  • E-Recruitment Data Transfer

    Hello guyz,
My requirement is it possible to transfer the data from infotypes, IT-22 (Education),
    IT-23 (Others/Previous employers) to the E-recruitment infotypes IT-5104 (Education)
and IT-5103 (Work Experience). I know that it is possible in case of qualifications. Is there any reports, methods I need to achieve this.
    Thanks
    Ravi
Ps: Points will be Awarded for Info.

    Hi,
first of all, why the hell are u using an evaluation path? E-Recruiting ALE does not need any as the objects are transfered OTYPE by OTYPE.
Furthermore information about your system size and quantity of data would be helpful. Transfering 15k Employees + Org. Structure took me ~3 hours. If you have 100k employees and no appropriate scaling system more than a day will be the result.

  • SAP HR to E-Recruiting ALE for Qualifications - Dates Hard-Coded

The issue encountered occurs while using ALE to distribute Internal Candidate Qualifications from our SAP HR system to E-Recruiting (separate system/instance). The Qualifications which are stored in SAP HR (infotype HRP1001 or PA0024) looks nothing like what is being stored in E-Recruiting (infotype HRP5105) after distributation due to the fact that start and end dates are being hard-coded as 19000101 and 99991231. Given an internal candidate's proficiency in a qualification is changed, we don't know when it has changed. The time sequence is not being identified due to the fact that method CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_INFOTYPE_BL->MAINTAIN_CAND_QUALIFICATION is hard-coding 19000101 and 99991231 for the low and high dates. The standard class/method used for ALE inbound is
CL_HRRCF_EMPLOYEE_INBOUND->HRRCF_CAND_FROM_EE_ALE. As can be seen on line 558 we are always inserting qualications, no matter what time constraint the infotype is configured for. From our perspective this is unacceptable from a client perspective, since we cannot search for internal candidates effectively as a result since we do not know which proficiency they currently hold. We would like to generate interest in this since we need a "majority rule" to have SAP change the code.
Let me know if you need more detail to understand the issue.
    Thanks in advance,
    Matt

    Thanks Roman
I followed your suggestion, i run a hiring action directly on the e-recruiting server and the system created the CP object. Is the first time I synchronize data between ECC and  e-recruiting.
These are the steps that I did:
1.- I use the t.code PFAL and distributed the object type O with the evaluation path O-O-S.
2.- Then i do the same with the object type P but without evaluation path.
The Message Type by default is HRMD_ABA as our distribution model use it with the following setting:
    Filter group:
    Infotype--> 0000,0001,0002,0003,0006,0105,1000,1001,1007,1008,1013,1025,1028 and 1033
    Type of related object--> C, CP, O, Q, QK, S
    Object Type--> C, O, P, S
In the e-recruiting system when distributed the object type P, the following warning message appears: "Relationship starting from 01P 10000039 impossible - 01CP50008123 does not exist/is not active". However in the ECC system the object P 10000039 is related with CP 50008123.
I would understand, how both system should be in the number range for personnel planning in the subgroup "01CP"
There are some basic configuration that I must do?
Thanks a lot for your help

  • E-Recruiting - BSP application - How to clear buffer?

    Hi,
I’m debugging one of BSP application (I set an external break point at method of model class).
Very first time program flow stops at break point but after that it is not stopping there b/c records being fetched from buffer. May I know how to clear the buffer?
    Regards,
    ...Naddy

    Well,
E-Recruiting Infotypes are buffered within the application as internal tables.
The buffer is filled, when first time opening an subapplication. It's also filled, when those infotype records have not been read before.
Refreshing the buffer is only triggered by the application. This is done by "Refresh"-Buttons or Buttons like "Start selection".
You cannot refresh it yourself, while debugging. It's a global event called by button events.
