E-recruitment reference users missing

Hello,
Unable to launch E-recruitment services due to missing reference users.
The table T77RCF_ROLE has a list of reference user(listed below), all these users are not available in table usr02.

Hi,
I'd like to add some additional background information here. Missing reference users usually do not prevent the eRecruiting application from being started. As long as you have the correct authoriation you will be able to start the services.
In general only the reference users for the roles internal candidate and external candidate from table T77RCF_ROLE are actually needed from a technical perspective. All others are not needed and the application will work without them. You not even have to clear them from the table.
When candidates are created by the eRec application or the candidate is switched from internal to external the authorizations are set by assigning the reference user. Technical background is the delay from assigning an authorization role directly to a user till the authorization really gets active. This delay would prevent the external candidate to work with the system after the user switch from the service user to their own session when they register for the first time. The use of reference users bypasses this issue.

Hello Pablo,
there is no setting for defining the algorithm to generate the username for an external candidate. In standard sap generates the user as MD5 hash from the alias. As the external candidate logs in by using the alias sap thinks this is enough, although having a pattern for these users is quite handy in some situations e.g. for administration. A workaround here could be a usergroup. Since a note from 2009 SAP hands the usergroup assignment of the reference user to the user of the external candidate which can be very helpful. If you really want to influence the username the easiest option would be an enhancement to class CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_REGISTER method GENERATE_USERNAME. But be aware that the standard generates 11 letter/digit usernames to ensure uniqueness. If you add a prefix longer than 1 letter you should add some lines to check it.
The roles for exernal candidates are much easier. As the whole authorization assignment to the external candidate is done through the reference user you are free to choose how you name the role(s) you assign to it. Two additional hints here. In spite of the reference user mechanism the authorization checks for role assignment are still in place so if you change the name of the roles for the external candidate be sure to adapt the role of the unregistered user accordingly. Furthermore DO NOT USE THE SAP STANDARD ROLES. The standard roles for the unregistered candidate and the recruiter allow the assignment of SAP_ALL to users!

User Missing Error while Executing a Bex Query.

Question about Web Shop, Reference User field.

In web shop, under General Settings tab, should there be User Management tab?
I need to enter the B2CREFUSER which I created in Reference User field.
Or is that field removed now?

The particular field is no more available in webshop, if u want ot provide ur reference user u have to assign the refernce user in CRM Customising in the following path -
IMG-- CRM--- Ecommerce -internet user--Assign refernce user for internet user B2C

Hi ,
this function exists for assigning authorizations and its name is 'referenceuser'....
Simply create a user of type 'reference' in SU01 (usertype on logon-tab).
then assign the roles to this reference user.
Then assign this reference user to user A and user B.
Now both users A,B have the same authorizations. If you change authorizaitons of the reference user, for instance assign an additional role, both user will get this change in parallel. other settings than authorizations are not affected by this function, only authorizations assigned.

I am working on IS-U system and there is no reference user tab under su01 transaction. Anyway, I have already resolved this problem. Under su01 we have to perform the following actions to create reference user .
Click on Goto Menu -> References.

Morning all,
At my present customers' site they have been giving authorizations by assiging a reference user to several users for some time. Is there a quick way to see which reference user was assigned to which user and for which period? Table logging on USREFUS isn't active on the system.

Do you have report RSUSR100N in your release / SP?
Via report RSUSR100 (the old one) you can also find this, but only if the user type was reference (L). You then need to work out which authorizations the reference user had at that ponit in time.

How can I play my videos if there is an error message that says, "Unable to play. Necessary Data Reference is Missing"?

Hi, I hope someone can shed some light on this.
When loading projects I sometimes receive this error.
This project contains 2 references to missing effects. Please install the following effects to restore these references (“Form”)
It then loads, but doesn't work as it should. The number of missing effects changes, but the references ("Form") is consistent. No other effects are listed.
Do you know why this might happen?
I purchased the files from VideoHive, but it's happening with 4 our of 5 purchased files. I've tried loading them on both CS5 (- they are CS5 versions of the effect according to the author) - and also tried loading them into CC. This shows the same error.

USMM no data when execute reference user classification

We've instaled sps in our r3 landscape, and since that instalation the
transaction usmm behaves in a different way. Before inslatation when we
executed USMM->GOTO->REFERENCE USER CLASSIFICATION we can saw a list of
users now we can see nothing.
We already search notes and have implemented one (1292148) but it can't
solved our probem.
Now we don't have that screen anymore, goes immediatly to a list of
users

When you run the below option are you able to see the reference users in the system.
transaction USMM choose the User Classification option.
Choose Extended List.
Specify the name of the reference user and choose Execute.

it seems like you already have your BI SAP Query system working properly, if you can use it in the BI Integration Wizard. what's the problem you're seeing in VC?
systems created with the BI SAP Query Connector are relational systems and therefore expose tables and fields in VC. via the BI Connector, these systems are 'lent' BI functionality and you can use these tables in the BI Integration Wizard, as you've seen. you might therefore call these "relational BI systems" (just like systems created with the BI JDBC Connector are).
if you have consulted the System Landscape documentation on configuring properties for a BI SAP Query System (<a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/4b/9afe3323d14005a283dee9101c66fc/frameset.htm">here</a>) and you're still having problems connecting with the BI SAP Query Connector, i'd suggest you write up a CSS message.
