E-recruitment  Urgent

Can any 1 tell how can an internal r external applicant  enter the data  which transactional code he need to use to enter his/her data..

As E-Recruitment is BSP based, I guess you will not be using Tcodes like you normally do in R/3. You will be having a Start page with links do the data entry, maintain cadidate profile etc.. PL go through the following <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/72/c9b54015c4752ae10000000a155106/frameset.htm">SAP Help</a>.
Internal  Applicant data is not entered in E-Recruiting but rather transfered from the HR system to which it is connected.

  • Email / Print Option in E-Recruiting (Urgent -- Plz reply Immediately)

    Dear SDN Members..
    With the support of sdn team members.. we are able to finish 80%of e-rec job...
    Now the only problem we are facing, is with email / Print option...which  we are unable to see in the recruiter page...
    In the Corresponce Page we are able to see all the Planned activities..... but we are unable to send those documents.. as a result we are unable to complete those  activies...
    Kindly let meknow if we are missing any settings...

    Hi Raghu,
    could you please check the table entries in T77RCF_CS_CHAN and its text table T77RCF_CS_CHAN_T? It seems, that the table entries are missing there. You should have the table entries for the channels 'E_MAIL' and 'PRINTER' in T77RCF_CS_CHAN. In table T77RCF_CS_CHAN_T you should have the descriptions for both channels in your logon language.
    In addition you could check with transaction slg1, if there is any entry in application log. Error messages can be found in application log. The protocol ofthen helps resolving problems.

    Dear Experts,
    1)Can someone please properly explain the concept of International assignment? How is this related to the object type CP from object P?
    2)Secondly, when running the report HRALXSYNC to transfer the employees from PA to eRecruiting tables, is there anything in specific that we need to take care with respect to international assignments? If there are 2 pernrs existing for an employee,which record will be transferred to the eRecruiting tables?
    (we have an integrated implementation scenario with ERec 603 in the same system as ECC 6.0)
    3)Is there any other way of creating users for employees enmasse in an integrated scenario implementation apart from the execution of report HRALXSYNC?

    The purpose of each is that
    When hralxsync is run for a given person a user is created EE(pernrno) is the user id. for this user we have a BP created which stores the address and personal data of the employee.
    BP is the transaction to see the details.
    And an NA candidate is created you can see this in table HRP5102.
    CP links all of them.
    you can see this relationship from hrp1001.
    If there are different pernr then their personal and address data is the same there fore CP will link to multiple pernr and there will be one BP.
    I am not sure about NA and User that you will have to try it on the server.

    Hi sameer,
    you have to go to the ecc to hire the person as the information from e-recruiting is far not enough to process a hiring. currently standard data transfer brings ~15 fields to the ecc while the complete hiring action will probably have >100 fields.
    To do the hiring from e-recruiting you would have not only get the information into e-recruiting first, but also get all the business logic combined. Things which sound easy can get quite complicated e.g. the name. In all projects i took part so far firstname is no required field as the companies attract applicants from around the world and there are countries where having only one name is common. So firstname can't be a required field in e-recruiting but in PA the field is required as it is necessary for social insurance, taxes and stuff (these people really get a second name to be processed when getting a work permit). You would have to get all the logic on country specific name requirements to e-recruiting. Furthermore you separate the systems to separate the data. Data security guys would get crazy if you could run complete hiring actions / organizational change action from e-recruiting accessing payment data, banking information, CB information, information on related persons ... .
    For additional documents I have to disappoint you. I do not have more than the standard stuff you get from sap net rest of my knowledge results from various rollouts.

  • Urgent help in Requisition E-Recruiting.

    In E-recruiting ,  Requisition information is stored in HRP5125 database table.   But the history of "status" and "Reason_code" is not saved in HRP5125.  Only one status update (last one) per day is getting saved.
    where the status history is saved.How can you change the default storage tables for status in requisition.
    I want to know in what table status data is saved.
    Only the last updated data is saved in HRP5125, and where the complete data is saved.

    Hi Gurus,
    I have an issue with one of my client who have implemented E-recrutment portal.
    The client wants to change the factory calender to drop down list box in HRRCF_PROFILE BSP application.
    I have copied to ZZHHRCF_PROFILE, but now I'm not able to find how to make the main BSP application ZHRRCF_UNRG_APPL to call this new customer application.
    Could anyone please help me out in this?

    if you created a customer own tab you have to adjust the container sequence customizing.
    Therefor first of all you have to define a customer own container sequence element under
    SAP E-Recruiting -> Tech. Setting -> User Interface -> Settings ... (BSP) -> Flexibilization -> Container Sequences -> Define Elements ...
    You can use SAP as value for the namespace. For more information on what to put in you can check the table  T77RCF_CS_ITEM which contains the SAP standard entries.
    Then you need a Context if you have not already defined one. You find this directly under the Flexibilization node of the IMG.
    Last but not least you customize the container sequence. This is also in the IMG. The documentation gives you the correct container sequence ID(s). Use them and your context to define your tabs. If you need the standard delivery you will find in table T77RCF_CS_SEQ. Just use the same for your context and replace the ID for the standard tab with your customer own.
    If you cxall the bsp with the context the container sequence asppears according to your settings.

    Candidate search of e recruiting is not working. As there are many candidates available in the system still its giving 0 search result. I am not getting why this is happening.
    Is there any spro setting required??
    Is TREX must for this??
    Is any infoquery is required??

    Hi Sameer,
    which of the candidate search do you think of?
    There is the candidate information (the bsp application where you put in first- and lastname and get a list of the matching candidates). This search should always work as it is implmented based on the search help of the business partner and currently does not need the TREX (this will probalbly change with EhP4 when the search is enhanced by the mail address).
    The candidate search for requisition assignment or TRM (this crazy screen with the 2 tables where you can select th e different cadidate attributes, set values and move them to the right table to get applied). This search needs the TREX. It is delivered with a base configuration which usually needs only small amounts of  customer dependent configuration.
    To use the search you have to set up TREX properly and you have to refresh the search profiles which can be done in T-Code SPRO (once at the beginning and always after changing the configuration). After running the IMG point the periodical services have to run in the newer support package levels to get the information to the TREX as this is no longer done directly. Then the TREX needs some time for indexing.
    If you use this search please always keep in mind the the result is restricted to candidates with released profile. Other candidates will never be found.

    But the issue over here is that the client doesnt want the media, recruitment instrument, personnel officer, advertisements and other steps of recruitment.
    The client just wants that when the person is given appointment letter, initial data entry should be done and the vacancy that has been already created in OM (expert mode) will show as filled and when the person accepts the appointment letter, then hiring action should be done in PA40 which should be already populated with few fields like name, date of birth as initial data entry has already been done.
    So its like, i am not configuring full recruitment module but only a part of it.
    Is it possible ?

    We have recently noticed that we have tables missing in our  SAP HCM and our EHS(Employe Health and Safety) Development Box.  I am attaching the list of tables for review by all.  Can someone tell me, please, if they know what these tables are for and if they are part of a note or submodule running off main modules for E-Recruitment and EHS.  I checked notes in OSS but cannot find the tables for the EHS or E-RC modules.
    We cannot find these tables listed anywhere.  We are using ECC 6.0 and the BB installlment was for N. America.

    I cannot speak for the EHS stuff but the tables you mentioned for E-Recruiting are part of the functional enhancements for e-recruiting 600 delivered with e-recruiting servie pack 7.
    E-recruiting delivered 2 service packs which implmented new functioons. These were the e-recruiting packs 5 and 7. Futere enhancements will be delivered with the standard EhP (enhancement package) szenario - first of them is EhP3 for e-recruiting awaylable today if i remémber the schedules correctly..
    You are probably missing these tables as you do not have installed the packages yet - so check your sp level. I strongly recommend you to upgrade to the newest service pack 11 for e-recruiting especially if you use / plan to use the webdynpro candidate frontend. But also for other implementation szenarios the sps are very urgent.
    For the table in detail:
    T77RCF_INCL2FORM - is a tablke for the new letter / correspondence change functionality using a dedicated changable text area in the smartform whixh has the advantage towards the old solution that changed correspondence can be printed propperly.
    All other tables are part of the so called dashboard functionality.
    You can find additional information on these functional enhancements in the software download centered of the sapnet under "Installations and Upgrades" -> "SAP Application Components" -> "SAP ERP" -> "SAP ERP 2005" -> "Documentation".

    as nobody answering my query about pb60 i want to create a custome infotype in recruitment to maintain following data for an applicant and to fetch this data in "invitation for interview" in applicant planned activity.

    . Start transaction PM01, Create Infotype, by entering the transaction code.
    You access the Create Infotype screen:
    2. In the Infotype no. field, enter the four-digit number of the infotype you want to create.
    When you specify the infotype number, please remember to enter any leading zeros.
    3. Choose IT characteristics.
    This accesses the Display View “Infotypes”: Overview screen.
    4. Choose Table view   Display   Change.
    This accesses the Change View “Infotypes”: Overview screen.
    5. Create a new entry for your infotype.
    You can create new entries by
    – choosing Edit   New entries or
    – copying an infotype entry with similar characteristics.
    If you want to copy an existing entry, select the entry you want to copy and choose
    Edit   Copy as.
    6. Check the entries in the individual fields.
    Result: You have maintained the characteristics of your infotype.
    Please check the above config for maintaining your infotype in PA30 and also check your entries in T582A & S.

    I have one client requirement. In the format  of sending interview invite to candidate the format of the letter should have a check box or radio button of attending , by which he can confirm the recruiter that he is attending the interview. Basically that tick or radio button while send a confirmation mailer to recruiter. Now to enable this adobe needs to be used as per my understanding as it is not possible through smartform to enable interaction. In standard system, adob is deactivated.
    Request your suggestion or if you could refer any notes on the same . This is the class and method for the same . CL_HRRCF_CS_DOC_CAT_SF_SUPER ( Class )

    Hello,
    I have another idea besides trying to use forms. You could possibly consider using the Confirmation activities as they standard and just require some configurations. You will configure an activity type for exmaple called "Interview Confirmation" and assign it to  Category 9. You will then  choose confirmation decisions and reasons. Maybe through the workflow you can then create the confirmation activity and send it through e-mail to the candidate once the interview invitation activity is created. The candidate will open the link and choose their response from the activity and submit back to you. You could also maybe include the URL for the confirmation activity in the interview invitation correspondence with "Click the below link to confirm". It might require some bit of enhancement to automate the activity creating and generate the link as you create the interview activity.
