E2000 NAT Problems for Multiple Xbox Consoles

Hey there.
My brothers and I recently all split the cost of a new E2000 Linksys router. I just got it home and set it up and it solved most of the issues we had been having with our Xbox's (kicking us offline, not allowing sign ins, etc.) which was wonderful. But now, we all hopped on to play a game and saw that one of us had an Open NAT, and the other two had Strict NAT's. I checked around a few posts here and followed a few instructions, and successfully got the 2 Strict NAT's to turn into Moderate NAT's. The only issue is thats still not enough. With a Moderate NAT, it isn't allowing me to join voice parties with my friends, simply stating it can't connect. It is driving me insane. Does anyone have any form of helpful hint for us? Remember, its for THREE Xbox's, running at the same time most of the time. I called Linksys and (after checking through his references) they told me it was a physical impossibility for 3 Xbox's to play on one router, but wouldn't explain to me how it had been working without a hitch, prior to recent problems, for 2 years So if anyone has an idea as to how I can get this working for the three of us, you'd have my undying gratitude. Thanks in advance!

I think you might have forwarded the ports on the router for the IP address of the Xbox. Instead of port forwarding use port Triggering. Change the MTU size to 1365. Disable the UPnP. Go to Security tab and uncheck the box 'Filter anonymous internet request'.

I believe all Linksys routers should work with multiple Xbox consoles. But here are my top three routers: WRT1900AC, EA9200, and EA6900.
Also, keep in mind that it is not recommended to play two Xbox 360 units on the same network connected to the same game server since the modem will only generate a single WAN IP address. However, you may secure another WAN IP address from your ISP to connect the two Xbox 360.

NAT issues with 5 XBOX consoles on network

I have my other XBOXs connected to a 24 port switch but the one connected to the ea6500 directly gives me this moderate NAT issue. I thought this new router would be an upgrade to my old dlink but so far I get a new problem every day.
I have reserved dhcp addresses for all the boxes and set up port triggering for the ports listed in several guides. But what else do I need to do? Is it likely I got a bad router?

If your xbox is directly connected to the modem, do you have an open nat for your xbox? Have you tried forwarding the ports? If it did not work using port trigerring, try forwarding the ports then. One thing that you have to make sure if you do port forwarding is that you should be getting a public IP address on your router page. If you're not getting a public IP, there might be a need for your modem to be set to bridge mode. Btw, are you using the cloud firmware or classic?

IPv6 deployment problem for multiple site

Dear Expert,
I have a question about the deployment of IPv6 on two different site and the requirement is that client may need to auto switchover to another site while one of the ASR1002 is failure. I have using two different prefix on two sites with IPv6 stateless autoconfig like above diagram. Different prefix used for each site due to each site should use there own IPv6 prefix for Firewall Stateful(Default gateway point to local site firewall only). Client will retrieved two IPv6 addresses at the same time and it seems workable on Vista PC and Mac(Mac haven't select the High DRP one but work fine) and I haven’t try for other mobile device (have WiFi device for vlan100). Is it a valid solution? Any other solution for multiple site deploy IPv6 with Firewall no NAT enabled?

One option would be to tweak the OS prefix policy table to prefer v4 to v6. On Linux this is in /etc/gai.conf; on windows you'd run "netsh interface ipv6 set prefixpolicies ...". The side effect would be that you'd only do v6 with the v6-only sites, not with the dual-stack sites.

Time Capsule support for multiple XBoxes?

I've read many posts about how to configure Airport Extreme and Time Capsule devices to support XBox Live, but they all focus on configuring network traffic to support a single XBox by forwarding ports to a static or reserved IP address for the XBox.
My kids have 3 XBoxes in the house, so port forwarding won't work. My Netgear supports Port Triggering and works great, but I *really* want to get rid of it and just use my Time Capsule.
Anyone supporting multiple XBoxes on their Airport Extreme or Time Capsule network?
I should note that my home is wired, not wireless, in case that makes a difference.

SCUP 2011 support for multiple SCUP console users

Will Microsoft or does microsoft have a solution to allow for multiple users to upload catalogs and install and use the SCUP 2011 console on workstations? Will SCUP 2011 database support multiple users now or in the future and is it supported? thank you

I cannot speak to what may lie in the future, but this is what we do to have multiple users in the console. We are just now starting to evaluate SCUP, and this works for a handful of users so far.
Install WSUS admin console
Install SCUP 2011
Copy Scup2011.exe.config to
c:\Program Files (x86)\System Center Updates Publisher 2011
Open SCUP console and verify in File-> Options that ConfigMgr Server settings are correct
Verify Advanced settings are correct as well

Excise Invoice Print problem for multiple Invoices

HI All,
I Have developed a Zprint prog and zsmartform and attached it to standard tcode J1IP .
when we execute J1IP outputtype J1I10 we get multiple invoices . if we select one check box and execute and press print preview/ print we get the print correctly . But if we check multiple check boxes and press print/preview then we have to press print button multiple times/come back for every invoice .
My requirement is when we execute J1iP for multiple invoices it should not come multiple times pop up window ..ie in one print request we need to send multiple invoices . How to achieve this functionality.

use NO_OPEN and NO_CLOSE fields of CONTROL_PARAMETERS structure
in Your call to smart form function module.
Currently You print every invoice in separate spool request.
You should print all invoices in one big spool requests.
Set NO_CLOSE = X to all, except last one, and NO_OPEN = X to all, except first one.

NAT Problem on my Xbox 360

I have an Xbox 360 Elite connected straight to my Linksys Router WRT54G Version 5.0 When I start my Xbox 360 it shows me an error that my NAT is not open. Can any one show me what changes I have to do on my router, and please explain step by step if can.

Log in to routers set up page using http://192.168.1.1 ……you will get username & password screen ….leave username blank & under password use admin.
Click on “Applications & gaming tab” open ports 88 & 3074 for the Ip address of X-BOX .Use the same Ip,subnet mask, gateway & DNS numbers for configure the network settings on X-BOX….click on save settings
Click on security uncheck “Block anonymous internet request”…click save settings.
Click on set up look for MTU ….. Make it on “Manual” change the size to 1365…save settings.
Let me know if it works.

Database design problem for multiple language application

Hi All,
We are working on a travelling portal and for a traveling portal its content and details are the heart.we are planning to have it in multiple locale so this means we need to handle the dynamic data for each locale.
currently we have following tables
Destination
Transport
Places of Interests
user comments etc.
each table contains a lot of fields like
Name
ShortDescription
LongDescription
and many other fields which can contains a lot of data and we need to handle data in locale specific way.
i am not sure how best we can design an application to handle this case,one thing came to my mind is like putting extra column for each locale in each table but that means for a new locale things needs to be changed from database to code level and that is not good at all.
Since each table contains a lot of columns which can contain data eligible for internationalization so my question is what might be the best way to handle this case
After doing some analysis and some goggling one approach that came to my mind is as below..
i am planning to create a translation table for each table,like for destination i have the following design

This approach sounds reasonable - it is the same approach used by Oracle Applications (Oracle ERP software). It de-normalizes information into two tables for every key object - one contains information that is not language sensitive and the other contains information that is language sensitive. The two tables are joined by a common internal id. Views are then created for each language that join these tables based on the common id and the language id column in the second table.

Oops! Something went wrong! - Re-occuring Problem for multiple accounts

Good morning.
My company switched all of our computers to Windows 7 and updated our software to Microsoft Office 365 about six months ago. Since then, it has been all but impossible to do our jobs properly. And Tech support is unable to help us. All
of their "fixes" were temporary at best and now the problem seems to be spreading.
In the process of doing our jobs, we have to send anywhere from 5 to 50 E-mails in sequence. Since all of the E-mails are basically the same thing, just with a different PDF attachment and a slight change to the subject line, we have been duplicating
them. Using the subject line, we use "Control F" to duplicate the E-mails. Two of us attach files after duplicating the necessary number of E-mails and two of us attach them as we duplicate. After setting up all the E-mails we need, we
send them in order.
When we had the older version of outlook, this was not a problem. With Outlook 365, two of us (Including myself) have constantly received an "Oops! Something went wrong." error message whenever we try to send the duplicated messages.
And as of today, three of us now face this problem. This is outrageous. This is a program designed to send E-mails and I do not understand why it cannot send E-mails?!
Tech support has attempted to fix the problem by creating a new profile for us. This solution lasted anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days before the problem returned and at this point, I have 5 profiles on my account that I switch back and forth between.
They even replaced the entire computer once, it took all of two hours for the problem to come back.
In the beginning, I was the only one with the problem. In order to perform a test for someone in another Microsoft forum, I loaded one of the other girls profiles onto my computer. While I did not keep her profile on my computer long enough to
recreate the problem, it developed on her own computer shortly after.
Another co-worker came back after a week of being sick to find that the problem has just started on her computer also. She specifically has been designated to send all of these E-mails since until now, she was the one who could. In addition,
when she attempts to duplicate an E-mail, the image in the body of the E-mail changes color and three of the pictures disappear. This happens to another co-worker, but not to me.
We're on an exchange server if that matters at all. And we use a SharePoint server for storing some files in case that matters too. We really need help. We already had to make the company drop $50 per person for the sole
purpose of allowing us to print paper files in order. Not that I actually believe there's some sort of magic software that can duplicate E-mails and successfully send them. But we need something that actually works.
I am extremely disappointed with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook 365 especially, it has done nothing but fight us the entire way. I know a little more about computers than most of the people in my building and I cannot get anything to work the way it's
supposed to. The inability of this technology to work properly has slowed our output to 50% of what it was, unacceptable. Is very frustrating and I don't know how much longer we can keep going like this. We can't get any proper help.

I believe the "Oops" error text is specific to only the web email app (OWA), not the desktop client. Do you get any other error details or error numbers? Regardless of what app you are currently using, it may be worthwhile
to try the other method you are NOT using (e.g. try the Outlook desktop client if you get the error in OWA, or use OWA if you get the error in the client) just to see if the behavior differs.

WRT300N support for multiple XBOX 360's

Hi! I need to go pre-N for greater wireless speeds, and went for the Belkin Pre-N v2000; however it's uPNP implementation isn't that great, meaning I need to rely on DMZ to allow my XBOX 360 to work on LIVE.
What I would like to know is does the WRT300N support mutlple simulatneous XBOX 360's, all connecting to Live (I think the max is 4)? Since Linksys have some certified routers, I'm hoping it will but I don't want to make the same mistake again!

use port triggering instead to open the ports for the Live instead of forwarding or DMZ....

Open NAT Type for three xbox 360s on E3000?

I have three xbox 360s (mine plus my son and my daughter)...I have my settings set to where when myself and my son are on our 360s our NAT type is open...but as soon as my daughter gets on hers the whole thing goes to strict....

Just a question though:
Are you experiencing this when you are playing the same game in the same network with your son and daughter? what are the settings of the other router?

I Have a Container which has the property as multi line. and i mapped this container variable with expression of my mail step. This means i can send multiple mails at the sae time....Its working Fine. But the problem is,
Suppose I am sending mails to User1 & User2. Both are receiving the mail, But if user1 read the mail user2 mail is set as read document instead of unread doucument.....
How to Solve this? any solution ?

Oracle old outer join syntax had more restrictions than more recent ANSI outer join syntax. I do'nt want to emulate compiler and go through your code to spot any possible problems, even more if you cannot say also the exact error or exact problem what you get.
And bear in mind that for outer joins THERE IS DIFFERENCE [url http://www.gplivna.eu/papers/sql_join_types.htm#p6.4]between join conditions and predicates in where clause.

Flash install problem for multiple users

Working on an home PC trying to set up Flash. Go through
install logged in as myself (systemadmin access) and install goes
fine. Flash pages load on IE Other users on system, also Admin
access, can not get same Flash pages to load. Running WinXp. Have
tried both IE 6 and 7. Firefox is running fine for all users

During install, you should be prompted whether you want to install the loops for the current user only or for every user. In the latter case, the loops should end up in HD/Library/Audio/Apple Loops
