E2E Change Analysis Function

Hi All,
Is E2E Change Analysis functionality of SolMan 7.1 able to track changes made in configuration object of Solar02-config tab? How do I know who has changed what configuration object and what changes has been done?

Hi Shaun,
Do you know transaction solar_eval? It is used to report many data from the project/solutions/test workbench area. It currently has no option to report the history of changes of the objects, but when the SP05 for solman 7.1 comes out, it'll enhance this functionality adding the option to report the history of changes of the tabs or the history of changes of the documents.

Is the Queries and templates activated completely in BI-content/Client?
Please check the same and if needed activate the queries again by running report :CCMSBI_SETUP_E2E
Also refer to the SAP Note 1342231 - ST: Manual actvtn. of BI Content for E2E diagnostics SP18-22.

SMD: no data for E2E Workload Analysis are shown

Hello,
I use SAP Solution Manager 4.0 with (ABAP SP15, BI CONT 703 Patch 9, LM-Service 14 Patch 3) and would set up the SMD functionality for SAP EP 6.40 SP19.
The Set up Wizards runs without any errors and I could see the data in all the steps (E2E Workload, E2E Change Analysis).
Unfortunately since 2 months I can see any data in (E2E Workload, E2E Change Analysis, E2E Exception Analysis).
The E2E_EXTRACTOR_CONTROLLER job runs and is enclosed here

SMD on SP15: no data for E2E Workload Analysis is visible

Hello,

The Set up Wizards runs without any errors but I could see the data in the tabs (E2E Workload, E2E Change Analysis)
The E2E_EXTRACTOR_CONTROLLER job runs without errors.
Which actions should be done to solve the problem?

Tom,
Make sure that when you ran SMD setup wizard, job CCMSBISETUP completed successfully. Check this in SM37.
Check ABAP runtime errors in ST22.
If you are getting RAISE_EXCEPTION error, apply note 1119766.
Make sure that MultiProvider 0SMD_MPIH is activated. In BI client run transaction RSA1, Modeling, InfoProvider- check if 0SMD_MPIH is active.
If above doesnt solve the issue, try to do Manual activation of BI Content for E2E Diagnostics. (note 1110013)

Work Ceters error in change analysis: "No config stores found"

Hello,
I have configured E2E diagnostics succesfully, but when i try to view change analysis (Root cause analysis) for my ECC development system, an error appears:
"No config stores found for 'EC1 0020256704 ABAP or no changes found"
Any of you have any idea about this problem?

This is all about the runtime error :-
Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION
Error analysis :-
    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_MISSING', was
     not caught in
    procedure "HIDE_FIELDS" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.
    Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
    exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
    The reason for the exception is:
    When calling the function module "ZCFM_HIDE_INITIALFIELD_ALV", one of the
     parameters
    needed according to the interface description was not specified.
    This parameter was "IT_TAB1".
I am not changing the function module, my couligue has change this he leave it & he doesn't tel to me. So pls. give some sol. to me.

While cheking the E2E workload analysis, I could see three expandable (drill down) tabs in the workload analysis section. 1. Conditions 2. Navigation 3.Metric Data Display. Here I am not abe to understand the functionality of 'Conditions'. Could you please tell me the use of this and how we can use this?

I'm trying to setup E2E. Diagnostics server (BI client in solman) & Managed system setup was done.
I don't see any graphs(at least plain) in solman. I observed that extractor jobs are failing, also i dont see any info objects under solman diagnostics in TC - RSA1.
Please guide.

RCA error in change analysis "No config stores found "

Hi,
I have configured E2E RCA in solman.
In solman_workcenter t.code. RCA -> E2E ->select system->if i click change analysis it is showing errror "No config stores found for 'GRD 0020251123 ABAP or no changes found' '' .
but if i click trace, exeception and workload i get graph.
i checked [Work Ceters error in change analysis: "No config stores found"] , but still i get the error.
Plz help to solve the issue.

Web Analysis functions not working in Workspace

I am looking for a list of Web Analysis functions that are available in the Java client that will not work in the Workspace DHTML client (Version 9.3.1.0). Any guidance would be appreciated.

There are 4 types of differences:
- font differences, Workspace (DHTML) uses the WA Server fonts whereas WA Studio client machine fonts.
- Service Buttons are very restricted using Workspace
- Display: Tab selection, Splitter panels, Slider selection do not render in Workspace
- Cannot restrict WA Tools menu in Workspace at all, where you can in the Studio.

Change of functionality in deleting songs from iCloud/iTunes Match with the 11.0.2 version of iTunes?

I updated to iTunes 11.0.2 and this version brought a change of wording regarding deleting songs from iCloud/iTunes Match, and I'd like to know if there are any changes in functionality to match the change in wording:
With version 11.0.2, when I try to delete any song (uploaded, matched or purchased) I'm presented with a pop-up dialog box that asks me if I'm sure and also gives me a "Also hide this song from iCloud?" option.
In prior iTunes versions the pop-up dialog box would ask instead "Also delete this song from iCloud?".
Has the functionality changed? If so, what's the difference in functionality between 11.0.2 and previous versions? If the functionality of deleting songs has changed, how do I delete an uploaded song from both my local library and iCloud/iTunes Match?

I am having the same issue- pelase could anyone help? Mods?

Dynamically changing the functions in a menu based on the user (in SSHR)

Dear All,
I have a requirement to change the functions in a menu dynamically.
For Ex: An employee is allowed to apply Advance only in the first one month of his/her joining. I created it as an EIT and attached the function, to the menu. Now, i want to remove it automatically from the menu if his/her term in the company crossed one month.
Can any one tell me how to automatically disable it after one month.

The following code should do it. In this example, MyCellRenderer is the renderer class implementing TableCellRenderer, used for displaying combo box.

What do you mean by changing a Function Group in upgradation projects

I am new to upgradation project will any one help me in understanding the concepts like.
1) what do you mean by changing a Function Group in upgradation projects
2) what is the relation b/w the Maintenance view and function group
3) what happens when we regenerate the table maintenance in se11
4) how can i restore the changes that have done to FG after regenerating
5) Suggest me is there any Tcode or procedure to see the code in Remote system (like how we compare the versions of remote system)

          Exploding a BOM means to display all the components and sub-components for a BOM in a particular transaction (eg) VA01,CO01,ME22N etc..
