E5 - Sync Microsoft Outlook Folders

Hi, i want to sync my microsoft Outlook 2010 Mail with my new NOkia e5.00.
Microsoft Outlook works with a Gmail Account, i want to see all the folders in my phone, in the main folder "inbox" there are many sub-folders with my mails... How can i sync with the E5?

Upon browsing the web for a short time I've only been able to come across one possible option for you. To 'sync' your Outlook Calendar to your Google Calendar on your PC and then use your choice of Google Calendar on the THRiVE.
Outlook's files are Microsoft/Windows based and the THRiVE being Android that makes it hard to install any windows based components. And by hard I mean don't bother trying, it'll only end in tears. HOWEVER, if you were to mirror or sync your Outlook to your Google Calendar all the information on one would then be updated and stored on the other.
This program Google Calendar Sync should be able to help in that regard. Once the two are getting along and intertwine in their romantic honeymoon, all you need do is install your favorite App for calendar events and use that with your Google Calendar.

Make sure you have all your contacts in Outlook. Then go to your Contacts tab on your iPod Manager and select the program you have (either Outlook or Outlook Express) then click apply and sync your iPod, this should work.

Unable to sync microsoft outlook contacts (2003 xp) with new Iphone

I'm seeking (desperate) help with syncing my microsoft outlook contact with my new iphone. I love the phone, but it is going back to the store if I can't figure this out! NO problem at all on email or any other function, but calendar and contacts fail every time stating "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and must close". I've tried removing and reloading the software. I've tried downloading ActiveSync 4.5 from Microsoft. Nothing works. I even read thru these notes and enabled itunes from the 'about microsoft menu'. I'm stranded!

First of all, welcome to the club. Syncing contacts and calendars is at the top of the list of problems. What version of iTunes are you using? Have you upgraded the iPhone to firmware version 1.1.1? Unless you have a Windows Mobile device to sync with the computer, uninstall ActiveSync, as the iPhone syncs by using iTunes only. Disconnect the phone and close iTunes, and run Outlook by itself to be sure it is stable. Did you ever get the error message before you first tried to sync with your iPhone? Open the Windows task manager and make sure that you don't have multiple copies of Outlook running. Do you see Outlook as a sync option in the Outlook "Info" tab? Have you checked the "radio button" for Contacts and pulled down the menu to select Outlook? Is Outlook showing as the program with which to sync under the Calendar area? I've gotten Outlook to sync with my "unsupported" version of Outlook XP, so it will work with 2003, although it may required the same fix.

Syncing Microsoft Outlook 2007 Contacts with User Fields to iPhone

When I sync my Contacts from Microsoft Outlook 2007 to the iPhone it transfers all general info and notes, BUT not the info displayed in User Fields 1-4 within contacts in Outlook.
So, my question -Is there any way/path to achieve getting this info in User Fields from Outlook to the iPhone or are there any apps available for purchase to achieve this issue?

Thats not an option. You can only sort by First name or Last name.
You can, however, create different contact groups in Outlook and sync them to the phone. You could subdivide by business, by industry, etc. to make the browsing easier.
You can also use the search box obtained with a right swipe on the home screen. There, you can put in the business name and all related contacts will show up.

Syncing Microsoft outlook on PC to iphone issues since icloud

I have always been able to sync my microsoft outlook calendar from my work computer to my my iphone. Now that I have icloud, I can't do it. What am I doing wrong?

I too am having the same issue only I am in Regina, Canada. iCloud appears to think Regina, Canada is in the Central time zone which it is, but it does not use Daylight Savings time. My PC is Windows 7 and I am using Outlook 2010. I have iCloud on iPhone 5 and iPad 2. Terribly frustrating!

I cannot sync Microsoft Outlook Calendar with iCloud in Windows 7...

When I go to open my Calendars in Outlook, the program crashes and kicks me out... I looked in the iCloud/Calendar program - it tells me I have an unsupported browser... downloaded the recommended Sarafi browser, but it doesn't help. This all began when I needed to change my apple i.d. I did so, and then went to update iCloud. Then I deleted the other iCloud account and added the new one, the problem began. Any ideas??? Thanks!

When I first began using an iphone in 2008 I had mobile me. It allowed me to sync between my iphone and my PC and on my PC I had Outlook. It would sync both my calendar and contacts, which was important for me. When icloud came along it generated and icould calendar. I still have my outlook calendar, which is my default. I have made my icloud my main calendar and since it is in outlook it works fine for me. If someone sends me a meeting notice and I accept it goes to my outlook default calendar, not icloud. I just drag it over to my icloud and everything synchs for me. I view several different calendars in Outlook. One from a group I belong to that uses gmail, one that uses a .ics. I may be viewing several calendars, but they all show up on my phone, PC and macbook. If someone wants just one, then my system will not work.
Since my primary calendar is icloud and it appears in Outlook it is no different for me.
While this may not work for everyone it has worked for me for several years.
I can enter dates or contacts on my phone, macbook or pc and they all sync.
By the way, the same holds true for contacts as I described above for calendars. I have both an icloud and personal folders list. I use icloud and just make sure i copy depending on which one the contact goes to. If someone sends me a contact by default it goes to my outlook personal folders. I then just copy and past to my outlook.
Not perfect, but it works for me.

Can't get PC Suite to sync with Outlook folders

When I try to set up PC Suite to sync with my Outlook contacts (in Personal Folders) by pressing "Select Folders" the application hangs - every time. I was using a 6230 - and now want to get my phone contacts onto a 6230i. Running XP SP2 and PC Suite 6.8.21 Tried it with Outlook running and not running. Only seems to work if you sync with the main Outlook contacts folder. Have worked around the issue by moving all my contacts to a temp folder, syncing the phone with the main folder, and then moving the contacts around, but it's not very elegant... Any ideas? Stephen

I found out, that the problem what we have is our Public Folder Structure in the company. We have more as 40'000 public folders in this structure.
Now i find out that when i start my Outlook in a offline modus i can selct my special folder after i press the "Select Folder" button.
When i try the same thing in online modus the PC-Suite hangs...
The only combinations that i see is the Public Folder.
I try a test in the evening: I push the button "Select Folder" and have run my PC over the Night. On the next morning the Window was appear.
Also was is my problem the Public Folder Structure that the PC-Suite scans after i push the button "select Folder"

Sync Microsoft outlook for Mac with Apple calendar

Hi,
I run Microsofts Office 365 for Mac on my Macbook Pro, and manage my work Calendar (Which comes via a Microsoft Exchange server) on Outlook for Mac. My personal/Family Calendar runs on the Apple Calendar and therefore doesn't interact at all with the other calendar.
I would love to be able to Sync up both the Calendars, not necessarily bi-directional, but rather to use just my Apple Calendar to show both personal and business calendar events on one calendar. (i.e. pull in any events from the Outlook calendar into the Apple Calendar).
Does anyone know how/if I can do this, and if so how?

Sync Microsoft Outlook problems with HTC s620

Hi,
Can anyone help me please? I am a BT employee and use my HTC S620 to sync my emails and calendar from Microsoft Exchange. This has always been useful and convenient. However, in recent days I have been unable to sync these, receiving an error support code of 0x85010001 on active sync.
I don't use my PC to sync these; I just use the active sync button on my handset. Like I say, it has always worked until 2 days ago; syncing regularly throughout the day.
Any help would be appreciated,

Further to what Raid says, whether you have or havent got the latest BT software loaded, have you added any other freebies onto the 620 since it last ran ok?
You could always set up a new association between MS Active Sync and the 620. You might want to uninstall and then re-install active sync on your PC before setting up a new association between PC and device. Also assuming you havent switched from pop3 to imap, or vice-versa for your e-mail.
I dont have a 620 anymore, but whilst I did, the reinstall active sync and new association worked for me twice, with no apparent reason for it going pear shaped in the first place.

I am trying to sync my MS Outlook calendar to my iPhone, but with no success.
I've installed the iCloud, and i was able to sync an iCloud calendar to MS Outlook, but not the other way.

Calendar Sync Microsoft Outlook

I got the iPhone when it first came out and easily sync'd it to my Outlook calendar at work every single day for over a year. Now, all of a sudden it wont pick up new appointments. I reset the settings to factory default and was successful last night and this morning. Now, once again this evening, it wont pick up new appointments.
Any ideas?

Try resetting the sync history on your computer.
On a Windows PC, this is done with iTunes but I'm not sure where.
Check preferences.
After selecting reset sync history, restart your computer and test if this resolves it.

ITunes DOES NET sync Microsoft Outlook calender anymore.

Since 11.1.4. Itunes always freezes on synching Outlook contacts. I tried almost everything.
every new Itunes version, Office 2010 and Office 2013, Un- und reinstalling all Apple Software. Deleting "Roaming\Apple Computer\"-folder and rebuild
deleting all calendar entries in Outlook, reset sync in Itunes.
.. DID NOT help.
just going back to iTunes 11.1.3 works for me!
What can be the problem?

Before upgrading at 11, in my case the personal calendars was synced with ICloud because i would like to manage my appointements in all devices (and also my Business PC), and also i transferred the Enterprise Exchange Calendar in my iphone by Itunes with usb connection.
So i can't disabled ICloud sync, because i lose functionalities, but i can't import in my Iphone the Work Calendar coming from Exchange Server.
So for me the problem is real, and i think that unfortunately no workaround, seems to be available.
I hope that Apple consider that aspect, and fix it.
