E52 unable to see phone numbers

I am unable to view phone numbers when I browse contacts, I think this is possible as it was in the earlier models of NOKIA E- Series. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

That's correct. In order to give you the option to save more than just one number per contact, you now have to select a contact to see all the details. You can now save his mobile number, home number, email address, address, all under one contact, but you have to select the contact to see any of it, even if it is only a single number..

I have the following questions and suggestions:
1. Unable to verify phone numbers:
I am trying to signup for azure subscription which comes as a benefit out of my BizSpark subscription. But I can't use the phone numbers which I have already used to signup for azure subscription. I have contacted the Azure customer support team, they said
they can't whitelist my mobile numbers instead they can bypass the mobile verification if i provide them the Live id which I am going to use to signup for Azure subscription. Why this is so difficult whereas i have to create azure subscription for my members
for which i will be using my mobile numbers for phone verification.
Please do whitelist my mobile numbers so that i can signup for azure subscription without any hassle.
2. When creating a Virtual Machine it's better to have a total price based on the VM configuration (CPU Cores, Memory, Region etc.,) Because Azure pricing is still confusing and expensive. This will help the users to use the Azure within the limit of the
free credit.
3. Unfortunately the "Data Transfer Out (GB)" is not free which is really annoying and causing users to ignore the usage of the azure VMs inside their credit limit. I have the following suggestions:
Data Transfer out (GB) should have a maximum free limit of 5-10TB per month or according to the data usage every month. This will make the users to use the Azure VMs.
It would be nice if "Standard IO - Page Blob/Disk (GB) & Standard IO - Block Blob (GB)" offered for free.
Azure subscription comes as a benefit for MSDN subscribers where they pay thousands of dollars so they should get something for the money they have paid already for the MSDN subscription.
The concept of the Free trial Azure subscription should be changed, it has to be completely free. Not every students/developers have the credit card to add for security and verification purpose.
As i already stated above if the Azure subscription has a certain limits on Data Transfer (Upload) and Page Blob / Block. The user will not be able to over use the Azure service.

Problem seeing phone numbers in contacts

After transferring a contact list from a nokia to my new iphone 4 some contacts do not display phone numbers although the numbers are stored as it is possible to send sms messages. How can I solve this problem.?

SOrry i forgot to mentions the reason i said check for Dublicate numbers with one digit difference.
i have almost the same problem since 9300 Series. i figured out that i have too many cantacts number where their mobile fields consist of 10 digits each, the only difference between the numbers is in one digit only ( ex. 0505 XXXXXX and 0555 XXXXXXX ) if the Xs are the same I wont be albe to see the caller ID if I saved each on a different contact card . But, If i deleted the contact card of the number 0555 XXXXXXX all the outgoing calls and incoming call from this number will show the caller ID of 0505 XXXXXXX.
what i found it odd is when the one digit difference is at the end of the number it will show the caller ID for xxxxxxx1 or xxxxxxx2. Very Strange!
Hope the Helpdesk will provide me with a suggestion to resolve such little problem.

It's not all phone numbers, but a significant number.

I suspect that an add-on is causing this, try the procedure in the [[troubleshooting extensions and themes]] article.
Do you have Skype installed? Skype include a "number highlighting" option, and it may be malfunctioning and hiding the numbers instead of highlighting them. If you have Skype, try turning this feature off - http://blog.calcoastwebdesign.com/2008/11/how-to-disable-number-highlighting.html

Phone Numbers are not visible in PC

I own N95 three years and until recently I could edit the contacts in the phone via PC Suite. But since last month I do not see phone numbers in PC suite. I can see data in fields Names, addresses, companies etc. but fields "phone number" and "telephone number" is empty. However If I open contact directly on my mobile I can see this numbers. I tried install the newest version of PC suite, but without success. Next I tryed this steps: to install older version PC suite, to install Nokia Ovi Suite, other computer, export contact to excel, always without success. I cannot make backup of phone numbers only names of contact. Any idea?

I agree that this is an answer for issue but the space is assigned by iOS in contacts, not myself and the phone call in roaming either from operater and software, but software must be able to match it or not to save it on contact details with space after country code.

HT5824 names are no longer showing up in text messages to show who its from; just phone numbers

I don't know when it happened but I suddenly started seeing phone numbers instead of my contact names when I received a text message. When I go to my contacts, they names are there, but the addresses and birthday or notes information is all missing.

If you are syncing contacts with iCloud, go to icloud.com and see if the missing information is in your contacts there. If it is, go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, then after 30 seconds or so, turn Contacts back on.

I blocked quite a few different phone numbers awhile ago but when I looked at the blocked numbers today it looks like the same number has been blocked multiple times. Does anyone know why that is?

Oh dear, one of those phantom disconnections. You know they are actually so common BT have a specialist department that deals with them. I think they are called Priority Back in Service, there is no actual phone number you can ring them on, you have to call 150 as normal and the customer service team are supposed to raise the issue with them to sort out.
You could contact that Mods but they sometimes take 3 days to reply, especially with it being the weekend.

Is it possible to see my phone numbers and addresses that I backed up in the blackberry desktop manager

I know it may be a silly question -- but I finally was able to download the blackberry desktop manager and then back up all the data from my blackberry to my computer via the desktop manager. For my peace of mind, I would like to see some of this data (addresses and phone numbers) just to insure that I did the back up correctly. Is this possible?

The file that contains the backup data is designed as proprietery to the Backup/Restore process. It is not designed to be read independently. There are some third party readers, can't recall the names (Amber-something-or-other?), but if you search for an application that can read an IPD file, you might find what you are looking for.

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. Thanks Eric, but that was already turned on. I just now tried turning it off and on again, no change. Actually, I"m more interested in seeing the names than the pictures. I now only see the phone numbers and generic avatars where pics would be.

Sorry it hasn't worked out for you. I threw together a simple project that uses rectangles to represent your Bike and wheel groups. They all animate across the canvas in the bike group and the wheels rotate. I have attached screen shots so you can see how they are constructed.
This image showsthe bike group where the orange rectangle and green circle represent the frame. The white rectangles represent wheels and the green and red rectangles I threw in to represent a wheel that has multiple objects in its group as your wheels do.
Here the animation across the screen has started and notice all wheels rotating and staying with the frame.

E52 does not correctly recognize phone numbers.

I have two contacts with the following (example) phone numbers in the address book: +48506123456 and +48606123456. They differ with only one digit, but the phone cannot recognize them and cannot display correct contact name while ringing.
Is there any solution?

Hi.
Both contact have only one number. But it seems, that phone cannot differ the number +48506123456 of contact1 from number +48606123456 of contact2.
Therefore, when one of this contact ringing, I see only the number instead of contact name. In addition, when I remove one of the contacts, regardless whose one ringing, I see left one.
It looks like number +48506123456 and +48606123456 are the same for phone (last six digit was changed for privacy).

I cannot see all mobile phone numbers in Messages after upgrade to iOS 6

I have two mobile number entries for most of my contacts, for example:
+853 1234 5678
0060 853 1234 5678
The first entry is for dialing the mobile number when I am overseas, and need to use the international prefix "+". I also use this for sending SMS messages or iMessage.
The second entry is pre-entered to use 0060 as the international prefix when dialling long distance from my home country; this enables me to enjoy lower long-distance rates.
I have since upgraded to iOS 6, and now have a major problem. When I go into Messages and start a new message, I cannot select the number "+853 1234 5678" to send my message. It only shows "0060 853 1234 5678", and of course, this cannot be used to send messages. This seems to me that iOS 6 is not distinguishing the above two entries as two unique numbers. In other words, the "prefix" does not count. However, if I change the "0060 853 1234 5678" to "0060 853 1234 6787", then I can see both numbers in Messages (since then, both numbers are unique).
I have since found out through trial and error that if I list the numbers in my contacts page in the reverse order, that is:
0060 853 1234 5678 and then
+853 1234 5678
then, I can see +853 1234 5678 but not the first entry. It seems that the first entry in the contact list is overriden by subsequent entries of the same mobile number.
This was not a probem in iOS 5. Any fix for this matter in iOS 6?
