E6-00. Cannot view calendar entries in laptop

Hi.
I cannot open and edit my calendar entries on my laptop. 
I tried with Nokia PC Suite and Nokia Ovi.
I was able to do that with N70 and X2-00.

    We have been getting reports that some users are no longer able to see the details of an appointment on another users calendar.  This is something that all users have been able to do, but several users have now been asking us why they can no longer
    see the details.  The get the 'do not have permission to view' canned message.
    What do I need to check?  We allow all users to see that others have.  The only items they should not see are Private appointments.

    This is permission issue about some users calendar. I recommend to set permission of some users whose calendar’s details cannot be seen by the following steps:
    In Outlook's Navigation Pane, click
    Calendar.
    Click the Calendar Permissions tab in the tool bar.
    In the list at the top of the Calendar
    Permissions tab, click Default. (Do not, for any reason, delete this entry. Deleting it will cause errors.)
    From the Permission Level drop-down list, select the desired level of access. We recommend that you choose one of these:
    Free/Busy time- this is the default value. When proposing a meeting and using the Scheduling Assistant, everyone can see blocks of time when you are busy, but cannot see other details, such as subject, location, participants, notes, or attachments.
    Free/Busy time,subject,location- when proposing a meeting and using the Scheduling Assistant, everyone can see time, subject, and location of the items on your calendar, but cannot see other details, such as
    participants, notes, or attachments.
    Reviewer - everyone can open your calendar and see the details of the items on your calendar, but can't add, delete, or change anything.
    Click OK.

  • Cannot Modify Calendar Entries from IOS Devices or iCloud

    I'm not able to modify calendar entries on either of my IOS devices, or when logged into iCloud on a Mac or PC. From iCloud, I receive a message stating that the entry modification cannot be saved due to a server error. From an IOS device, it simply reverts back to the original entry after I click "done."
    The only way I can modify entries is through Calendar on my iMac. This seems to have just stared within the past week or so. Anyone one else experiencing this issue?

  • Cannot sync calendar entries from BB 8520 to MacBook calendar

    Recently, not sure prescisely when, my Macbook (OS 10.8) stopped receiving new calendar entries from my BB curve 8520 during a wired sync. There are no error messages, the data flows correctly the other way, and as far as I can see the contacts are updated both ways successfully (though BB Desktop keeps flagging addresses as changed when they're not). 
    I have checked for BB DS updates, 'latest version is insalled' (2.4.0 build 17), reinstalled it several times (though it is noticeable that doing ths does not delete sync history, is that significant?), and rebooted the phone several times. No difference.
    I can find nothing in Knowledge base directly applicable, and trying some likely suggestison like checking default calendar on the phone are either inapplicable or ineffective.
    Ideas before I desert to Apple or Android?

  • Ios8 update: cannot add calendar entries via phone

    Since updating to ios8, I can no longer add calendar events to my phone.  I have always used my outlook.com account for email/cal/contacts with no problems, but now I cannot use the calendar very effectively! I can only add events online, and then they'll sync to my phone.  Also noticed that I can no longer set the outlook calendar as the default calendar -- it always reverts to the local iphone calendar.
    I've tried the following:
    - restart phone
    - deactivate/reactivate outlook account
    - from "Calendars" menu in the calendar view, turn off/on individual calendars.
    Nothing works.
    ...wishing I could go back.

    UPDATE: I just installed "Sunrise" calendar and found that this works without a hitch...

  • I cannot delete calendar entries from my Iphone 5. It says they all are read only. I went back and I cannot find the main. It was deleted. I clicked save future events when I did this accidentally.

    I cannot delete a repeated appointment in my calendar. I deleted the main and accidentally hit save future dates. I tried to delete each future date but there was no edit function. I then clicked the calendar and i could change it but they all display read only cannot delete.

    Were the photos taken by your new iPhone?  If so, did you not import them off your phone to your computer (as you would any other digital camera) before the restore?  If not, restoring wiped the data off the phone and your pictures are gone.
    Sounds like a good time to (re)read the User Guide.

  • User with Full Access to mailbox cannot view calendar

    I have a user who one of several users that manages the schedules for several conference rooms using regular mailboxes on Exchange Server 2007.  She (and she alone), has lost the right to manage the mailbox calendar.  When she tries to access the
    calendar she gets the error message, "You do not have permission to view this calendar".
    I verified her rights as Full Access and even ran the cmdlet below which says, "Appropriate ACE is already present on object ".

    Hi,
    According to your post, the permission seems to be configured properly in your Exchange server. This user has full access permission to Domaim’s mailbox.
    Please try to open shared mailbox in OWA to check whether she can access the calendar. In Outlook, we can open shared calendar in Calendar panel by clicking Open Calendar > Open shared calendar. If it fails, please try the following steps:
    1. Click File > Account Settings > Change > More Settings > Advanced.
    2. Add the Shared mailbox that you want to open and click OK.
    If there is any updates, please feel free to let us know.

  • Can you change calendar entries on iPhone once they've synced with Exchange

    I've noticed that I cannot edit calendar entries on my phone that I have put into my calendar via Exchange. Sometimes appointments run longer or the time changes, and all I can seem to do is delete it and re-enter a new appointment. This is a pain!
    Any suggestions?

    works fine on mine (1st gen)? I can "Edit" the same as on other calendars!
    When you select "Edit" can you not select the start end time etc by touching the screen?

  • I can't view someone elses calendar entry from my calendar in WebUI.

    When using one of the standard profiles there is a Calendar entry on the Nav Bar. If I choose this and then choose the 'Open Colleague's Calendar ' option a search screen is provided to find the other person. I can find them and then clilck on the result to view their calendar, however, after doing this a message saying '  The calendar of employee Mr. XXXXXXX cannot be displayed'.
    Does anyone know why this might be. The problem appears using all the profiles, and I have checked SU53 and there seems to be no errors that I can detect. However, the error appeared while in the WebUI and I ran SU53 in the GUI sessions. So I'm not 100% sure I'm getting the correct results.

  • I recently updated to IOS6 and I cannot sync my calendar to icloud and all my notes are not appearing in cloud.  If I have a new calendar entry, it is on my phone, but not on icloud.   Need help making sure I don't lose any informaiton.

    I recenly updated to IOS6.  I have a couple issues after the process.
    1- I lost all my calendar entries after the date I upgraded to IOS6 (all before the date were there).  I created an icloud account to assure that I would not lose any going forward.  Now when I enter a calendar entry, it does not appear on my icloud account.  I can enter it in icloud and it will appear on my phone, but not the reverse. 
    2 - None of my notes transferred into icloud.  I tried to manually enter one on icloud, again so I wouldn't lose this information going forward, and it appears on my iphone twice.  I cannot figure out how to get the notes currently on my iphone into my icloud account.

    you need to do a backup of the old phone and then on your new phone restore from that backup

  • Duplicate calendar entries... only in list view

    I have just observed a new phenomenon on my iphone which seems distinct from the duplicate entry problem often described. I seem to have numerous (but not all) entries in my calendar duplicated only on iphone and ONLY in LIST view. Single entries only are seen in DAY view on the iphone, iCal, mobileMe and a google calendar I sync to by busysync. I have been running smoothly for months and I assume the problem has come about because I turned off Push in the settings when abroad recently. If I edit just one of the duplicate entries in list view - by just clicking to the time edit pane, but not necessarily changing anything, the duplicate disappears! If I edit such an entry on iCal or Mobile me, when the sync goes through to the iphone, the duplicate also disappears. I think I can clear this one by forcing the iphone to restore from a backup or something similar, but I am intrigued about this behaviour which suggests a software bug.

    I have not understood why this problem was occurring, but I have found a solution which is to force the calendar entries to be reset from Mobile Me. I did this:
    1 Did a backup in iTunes in case it went horribly wrong.
    2 Went into iphone>settings>Mail Contacts Calendars > (Mobile Me Account) > Switched off calendars - told it to delete entries on iphone.
    3 Turned off iphone
    4 Waited a bit
    5 Turned iphone on
    6 Repeated 2 and switched on calendars.
    7 Waited a bit for Mobile Me to sync
    All calendars restored nicely..
    Why this problem occurred in the first place is a mystery. Unlike other punters, I didn't have itunes syncing my calendars to iphone, only Mobile Me........... It has the strong smell of a bug as this problem emerged after many months of trouble free syncing only when I updated to iphone 3.

    I prefer to view in All contacts on a double page spread with details on the right page.  Searching doesn't seem to work correctly in this view.
    It's always the second search that is problematic.
    I've tried typing over and all it seems to do is confine the search to the the entries that have come up for the previous search.
    I've tried to use the x to clear the previous entry and then type the next search, same problem.  The only way seems to be to move from "All Contacts" to "Groups".  Then the searched name appears and I can return to All Contacts to see full details.
    Surely three key press' are not the way it's supposed to work?

  • Calendar List view shows entries under the wrong date

    I just upgraded to iOS4 and finding that my calendar entries are appearing under the wrong date in the calendar list view when I am viewing two calendars.
    - List view is ok when viewing 1 calendar
    - Day and Month views are ok at all times (ie: viewing single or multiple calendars)
    - I have 2 Exchange accounts
    - Calendar entries are appearing in the correct order, but under the incorrect date heading.
    - When I intially added the Exchange accounts the calendar list view was fine at first (I could see both calendars correctly in list view) but after a short time later it became screwed up.
    Anyone else experience this?

    Same problem here since my upgrade to iOS4 - but I only noticed today.
    I have 3 calendars set up:
    Gmail (Exchange)
    UK Holidays (iCal)
    Birthdays
    The exchange calendar is always wrong but the other two are correct when my exchange calendar is switched off.
    It has mucked up my scheduling a bit for the next month. I only became suspicious when I noticed the Scottish Bank Holiday Monday at the beginning of August was showing on FRIDAY, 30th of July!
