E6 Belle update not available??

I tried to update my phone E6-00 to Belle but when I use the software update function in the phone, it states that it's up to date. Then I download Nokia Suite and try to use the update function there, but it doesn't show any software available for update (except for 2 of my apps, which failed to update, too, coz when I click on any of them, the "install" button is deactivated).
I double check again and on this page http://www.nokia.com/us-en/support/nokia-belle-software-update/ it says "C6-01, E7-00, N8-00, Nokia 500, and Nokia Oro" but in the video it says that it's compatible for Nokia E6-00 as well.
So what's the problem? Why can't I update to Belle?

Thank you for your post. Update availability is based on many things, including existing Nokia device firmware version, country, and operator. It may be due to one of these variables that your Nokia device isn't eligible for updates.
Please note that your mobile service provider, operator, or carrier may not have approved the latest Nokia device firmware available.
Nokia produces many different variants of each product (for different countries and languages) and not all variants have the latest Nokia device firmware. It is our priority to update all variants as quickly as possible, and we apologise for any delay. New software may become available at a later date, however, so please check again soon..
You can also check if the update has been release for your product code by matching your product code (type * # 0000 # on your phone to get it) to the list here.

Thanks for your help. I ran the steps you suggested, but still could not get
the installer that uses AIR to run (it failed silently). Could this be related
to the fact that I'm trying to install this on a work laptop? (I don't have
administrator privileges on the machine, or it may be locked down in some other
way.)

I cannot update iPhoto as I receive a message saying update not available for this Apple ID as either it was bought by a different user or was cancelled

I have inherited my daughters Macbook Air and am trying to update i photo. The message I receive is - update not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by another user or item was refunded or cancelled.
I have tried her ID which was still unsuccessful.
I cannot access my photos at all. Can anyone help?

Sign onto her Apple/iTunes ID in the iTunes Store. Then click on the iTunes ID and then on Account in the dropdown. Once you have her account screen displaying, scroll to the bottom and click on RESET next to the line "Reset All Warnings for Buying and Downloading", then try again (with her iTunes ID still signed on).

I understand your frustration, however update availability can vary depending on Region and carrier, this is because some regions and carriers may not have signed off the update or have policies preventing the update occuring.

Unfortunately, anything obtained at the app store remains tied to the Apple ID used to obtain it forever. You will either have to start over with your new ID or try to recover the original ID.

I keep getting this notification that the app 'Nyan Cat' needs to be updated, while I have never had or bought this app. When I try to update, I get 'Update not available for this Apple ID'. Is there anyway to remove this "update"?

Apparently the Bluetooth Share app has re-appeared in the Nokia collection in the Marketplace for some regions over the last week or so. If you still do not have the update in a week's time, then I suggest that you contact your local Nokia Care for clarity on the matter, or source the QR codes to download the app directly: http://nokia.com/support

I downloaded the new IOS 7 via Wi-Fi with my iPhone 4. After download completed IOS 7 doesn't want to install. I get this message : software update not available for the moment. Try later.
Anyone have this issue?... Is there any procedure for this?

Microsoft Apps update not available for Nokia 701

From nokia conversations website, I could see that MIcrosoft Apps is available for Nokia 701 (http://conversations.nokia.com/2012/04/10/get-microsoft-office-for-symbian/) post Belle FP1 update. But I am not able to get that update. I am from India. My product code is 059J7M4 (This is a new code that I got after taking my mobile to Nokia care for software update).

If the Nokia care point staff has changed your product code in repair, they should have changed it back to the original before handing it back to you. In this case please visit the Care point and ask them to change the product code back to the original. If they have replaced enough parts, or the whole device, so that the product code has been changed as well, then it's just not available for your device yet.

IPhoto & iMovie update not available with this Apple ID

Hi everyone - I'm at a loss as to how to fix this issue...
I'm trying to update iPhoto and iMovie from the Mac App Store but I get the following error message:
Update unavailable with this Apple ID: This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.
I've read the other threads about the apps being 'linked' to previous Apple IDs so I logged out and back in with an older / previous Apple ID that I had used before but it still wouldn't allow the update to the two apps - in fact the App Store said that the older ID hadn't even been used in the App Store.
I updated my OS to Yosemite yesterday so I don't know if that's affected anything?
Really hope someone can help - it's starting to frustrate me!
