E66 calendar error

I get a system error when I try to add a calendar item.
Synchronizing through PC Suite also fails.
This occured after I deleted all items before a given date.
There is no firmware update available as far as I know.
Is it possible to reset or reinstall the phone or calendar software.

Hi,
If everything seems fine without the memory card, would you please insert it to a PC and run a chkdsk (or an equivalent if you use an OS other than Win).
If that doesn't help, maybe you should try to "move" the system files/folders (those created by the symbian system) on the memory card to the computer, and try again.
Sometimes when system files / system settings related files get corrupted on the card, problems occur.
Hope your card and phone are OK...

  • "There was an unexpected error with the request on subscribed calendars (error -1)"

I have been subscribing to my wife's work and home calendars since she started using an iPad mini late December. Suddenly, today, nothing will sync to it. If I try to update, the iCal app fails to pick her work calendar, saying "There was an unexpected error with the request on subscribed calendars (error -1)." Her iPad has the current iOS.
I tried re-sending the 'subscribe to my calendar' email (with a link) from her iPad, but trying to open that link results in the same message.
Our computers all run Mac OSX 10.6.8 and iCal 4.0.4.
I don't really know if my iPhone 4S is picking up her calendar info. I have never been able to see if/how an iOS retrieves cloud data when accessed.
    Any help appreciated.

You will find that the calendar's URL bevins with ical.mac.com. The mac.com domain was one of MobileMe's website hosting domains, and with the closure of MobileMe none of its hosting works, including the CalDAV server which was used by a number of subscription calendars - mostly third-party but also some Apple ones: you would think, wouldn't you, that at least Apple would be aware of this. In fact a few days ago, following a similar query, I went through about twenty randomly chosen calendars in Apple's list, and only two of them worked. Most of the rest were ical.mac.com ones (there were a few with other servers which had also gone dead).
These calendars are no longer available, and won't be until the authors wake up and find somewhere else to host them.

  • Calendar error message and click and drag issues

Hi, I'm new, very new. Never had a mac product in my life. Just got a macbook air (OS X 10.9.5) and was about to update to Yosemite when I read all the virulent anti update stuff (599 giving it one star versus 579 giving it more than one) on the app store Yosemite page. Should I take this seriously? But most importantly, will it resolve the issue of the error message in relation to the google calendar (The URL https://calendar.google.com/calendar/dav/xxxx/user/ encountered HTTP error 404), and the sudden loss of the ability to be able to pick up and drag documents which are features of my current experience, both of which issues I have read about on other forums with no definitive solutions.

    Hi Kelly,
I searched our server logs and didn't find any errors associated with your form in the past 30 days. Maybe I didn't use the right keywords since I don't have the error message yet. I am going to do a few test submissions to see if I will encounter any error. The test data will have the name "test test" so you can easily identify them and delete them later. Is that okay to you? I will start my testing once I have your permission.

  • APO Planning Calendar error /SAPAPO/CAL404

Hello friends, I am working in the transaction /sapapo/calendar trying to change a Planning Calendar and when I try to Calculate the periods in the view "Calculation Rule" i got a error message saying: Factory calendar TU not found (message number  /SAPAPO/CAL404).
I have looked into SCAL transaction and the factory calendar is OK created and valid.
Thank you very much in advance.
    Regards.

    Hello Senthil,
    Thank you for your help!!
In the Time Stream I have changed the field Factory Calendar for another one for testing and it worked well, I mean I could caculate the periods using another calendar. Comparing both It's all the same there is no difference beteween them.
But when I put the one that I really have to use (the correct one) in the time stream it gives the message Calendar not found. Although it exists and appears in the match code and If I get in the SCAL in APO as well as in R/3 I can edit it.
I have checked the calendar parameters in SCAL and also the time zone including in one of the locations that use this time stream and it's all fine.
Do you have any other idea?
    :O(
    Thank you very much indeed.

  • Calendar error 403: "The server responded with an error"

Whenever I get a calendar update from one of my clients who uses Outlook on a PC (e.g., changing a meeting date), I get the error message shown below. The blurred-out part is the event title, and "Work" is a calendar name. This happened before I upgraded to Yosemite, though I can't be sure the error message was exactly the same.
Clicking Try Again doesn't work, the message keeps repeating. I'm not sure what the results of the other two choices would be.
What's going on, and how do I make it stop?
    thanks

    Greetings,
    1. First make an iCal backup:  Click on each calendar on the left hand side of iCal 1 at a time highlighting it's name and then going to File Export > Export and saving the resulting calendar file to a logical location for safekeeping.
    2. Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
    Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache if present)
Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.ical (There may be more than one of these. Remove them all.)
---NOTE: Removing these files may remove any shared (CalDAV) calendars you may have access to. You will have to re-add those calendars to iCal > Preferences > Accounts.
Once the computer is back up and running open iCal.
Go to iCal > Preferences > Accounts and delete your MobileMe account if present.
Quit and re-open iCal and then check iCal > Preferences > Accounts to make sure the MobileMe accounts stayed gone.
Now re-add it as Account Type : MobileMe and enter your full MobileMe email address and password exactly.
    Hope that helps.

  • Outlook 2010/Error sharing Calendar: Error while preparing to send sharing message

Everyone that is connected to this exchange is receiving an error when they attempt to share a calendar in outlook 2010.  We are using Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010.  The error reads:  Error while preparing to send sharing message.
Any ideas on a reason why this would be happening?

I think it may  be caused by the following reasons.
    1. Auto Discover service or outlook 2010 issue
To verify it ,you could try  sharing calendar via  OWA?
For how to manage Auto discover Service
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-au/library/aa995956.aspx
    2.Mailbox corruption issue

    3. Restrictive sharing permission assigned on the calendar.
Could you please verify if it is caused by your  sharing policies? If the User chooses to change the permission
to the following: "Anyone can view and  search for this Calendar on Office online.” You should be able to send
    them without issues.

  • Problem Syncing Outlook Calendar: Error code - 0x80043ac9

    Hi,
When I try to sync my Outlook 2003 calendar entries with my Curve, I get the following error:
"Error encountered. Error code - 0x80043ac9. Check documentation."
It seems to be stuck in the "Processing Device Calendar" screen, with "Record 20 of 80 Records", when the above error popped up. See screenshot below.
I have NO PROBLEM syncing Outlook Contacts or Memos. I ONLY have problem when syncing Outlook Calendar.
I've read other posts out there where there was a similar problem when syncing Contacts, and the solution is to remove Birthday contact entries:
    http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Curve-BlackBerry-8900/error-code-0x80043ac9/m-p/56...
But I don't have any Birthday in my contacts, and my problem is with Calendar, not Contacts.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this, or encountered similar problems? It's probably a "bad" calendar entries in there somewhere, but I'm not sure which.
    Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forums!
    I suggest the following:
Back up the calendar database on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Clear the calendar database on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Note: For instructions on how to clear an individual database on the BlackBerry smartphone, see KB10167.

  • Synchronizing with Outlook Calendar (Error -50)

Hi, I'm trying to synch my outlook calendar with my new Nano, but every time I try to update when I have the Microsoft Outlook synchronization setting set in Itunes 5.0, I get
Unknown Error (-50) updating Ipod. When I turn the option off, it goes away. Does anyone know what's causing this, and how to fix it?
    Thanks
    Steve

    Hi Steve,
I've run into the same problem and have been debugging it for the past two days on and off. I've successfully imported my entire Calendar from Outlook 2003 by deselecting the option to import Contacts. I have several appointments and meetings scheduled which worked fine. I’m trying to import around 3,000 plus Contacts. From what I’m able to tell so far the new iTunes 5.0 software is looking for some field which may not have information or the information is invalid to what it’s looking for.
Try deselecting Contacts and only select Calendar in your options and see if you can get these imported without the (-50) error message.
I’m mocking up a dummy *.pst file that only contains a few Contacts and Calendar appointments for testing… No answers just yet.

I would start narrowing down the problem by removing group members one by one and seeing if there is a particular member which is causing the problem. Then look at that account and see if there is anything different/unusual etc.

  • Calendar error

There is an error in the TouchSmart Calendar in my 600-1055 TouchSmart Computer.  I sync the calendar to my iPhone, everything syncs well EXCEPT events that occur ever TWO weeks.  iPhone has this option, but TouchSmart Calendar does not.  What happens is that the correct iPhone every two week schedule is interpreted as an every week schedule.  This problem renders the TouchSmart Calendar useless and misleading (some every-two-week events are very important to me).  Why would the TouchSmart Calendar programmers build in options for every week, every month, every day, etc. but not include every two weeks (like most other calendar programs)???
I hope HP comes up with a software revision that addresses this issue!

Google calendar can sync with the iphone.  The TouchSmart calendar can sync with the Google Calendar.  Take a look at the sync options on Google Calendar and it gets you on track to sync with the iphone.  After that you would need to follow the procedure to sync the TouchSmart calendar with Google Calendar.

  • Cannot drag reminders onto iCal calendar error

    Hi there,
I am on the latest updates for my Mac and iPhone 4s.
iCloud syncs perfectly. No complaints there.
My iCal (iCloud) calendar set up on my Mac are as follows:
    Work
    Personal
    Admin
    Meetings
To make it easier for me to associate the same as my calendar names on my iCal on my Mac.
I have created Reminder Calendar using the same iCal Calendar for both name and color.
However on my iCal on the Mac, when I drag any Reminder to the iCal calendar, there is an error prompt pop up.
The Server responded with an error
"https://p03-caldav.icloud.com:443/192932320/principal/ is not a location that supports this request."
    [Go Offline]  [Revert to Server]
Check the screenshot  image I have uploaded.
Why is this happening? Is there a way I can set up so it won't have this problem?
I even tried to change the names on my Reminder list in case it clashes with my iCal Calendars...but still same error appears.

I get a similar problem, except mine says my iCloud password is incorrect (which isn't true, as everything else still syncs nicely).
It seems like it only happens when i drag a reminder over into the calender: it's a minor problem, but it is irritating (i use my calendar for loads of different projects that i have running simultaneously, and i like to keep track of how many hours i've spent on each project, by allocating my time to each reminder).

  • Calendar Error - "You response to the invitation cannot be sent."

I'm not sure why, but for some reason when I replied on my iPone to a single instance of a recurring meeting request (change in the "location"), I started getting this error message when I had either mail or calendar open.  I currently have my company's email exchange synchronize mail, contacts, and calendar with my iPhone 5.
The following post resolved this recurring error message:
    golonko
First you need to find out which account the offending calendar belongs to (you can find it in the event details)
    then go to settings/main,contacts,etc...
    Tap on the proper account
Then disable the calendar linked with this account (confirm deleting it from the iPhone)
Finaly re-enable the calendar and let it sync.

I have a working case with Apple Tier 3; my rep is working with engineering team and may now be handed to Enterprise Team.
Thus far iOS5 Beta 3 same error although the main Exchange Account user can now accept the meeting requests, yet unfortunately the secondary Exchange Account user - in Outlook terms the full Author permissioned delagate - still CANNOT accept meeting requests intended for the main Account user.
Oddly enough iPad iOS still things the email recipient of the meeting request is the person invited to th eactual meeting. VERY odd.
