E71 Does not pair with Audio Blue-Ant bluetooth ea...

How can I get the E71 to recognize/pair with Blue-Ant earpiece (bluetooth connection). It will not detect it when attempting to pair.

The new 8.0.2 update DID NOT FIX THIS ISSUE AT ALL. After you power off and on with the phone, same issue as the 8.0, all 3 of my cars lost Bluetooth connection and shows no signal at all. Good job Apple, what a lousy update you guys did.

My iphone will no longer pair with my blue ant st3 bluetooth

We just upgraded an ipone 3 to an iphone5 and it will not pair with our blueant st3 bluetooth. My iphone4 is paired with my other blueant st3 and works fine. If I go into settings on my iphone4 and selett bluetooth it tells me the device is not compatiable and asks if i want to forget the device, after I reboot the iphone4, all is well. My iphone4 is running V6.0.1 and the iphone5 is running V6.1. Any suggestions?

you can't tranfer files with the built in program that apple gives you, you may (i belevie) download an app that allows you

There is nothing to solve. Pairin with another phone is not a supported BlueTooth protocol. The exception being pairing for some multi-player games.

Nokia E6 does not pair with Windows 8 Pro via blue...

I installed the official version of Windows 8 Pro and now my E6 will not pair with my PC anymore. When I was using Windows 7 Home Premium there was no issues after the update, Nokia Suite sync everytime. Any suggestions?

IMac (Mountain Lion) does not pair with Apple Remote

Hi,
my iMac (2009, Mountain Lion) does pair with my remote. Otherwise the remote (or remotes, I tried two) are working fine with the iMac, it just wont pair.
I need it to pair as I have an iMac and MPB and each having its own remote (each computer should react only to its remote, not the other computer remote)
I googled this extensively, here is what I did so far:
- obviously, trying the normail "pair remote" procedure as the support page says
- checking that infrared remote pairing is enabled and no other remote is currenly paired
- restarting Mac OS
- removing and reinsterting battery in remote
- making sure I am an Admin
- disabling the remote function in Plex and killing all Plex (and EyeTV and similar) processes via Activity Monitor (thought they might somehow limite the OS control over the remote)
- tried the same with another remote (does not pair as well)
This is very annoying.
Can anyone help out?

Does the remote remember which computer it is paired to? I though only the computer remebers that.
In any case, currently there is not remote paired to any computer (both computers have clean new Mountain Lion installations). And I cannot pair any remote to any of my machines. In between, I tried with the laptop as well, and it is not pairing as well. I also tried an (old, still working) third remote... nothing is happening.
Some apps seem to take control of the remote (e.g. pressing menu start Plex on my systems). Could that be the issue? Is there a Terminal command to give Mac OS back full control over the remote?
Or could it be something else? 'Is there an app for that' a la ForcePair.app?

525G2 will not pair with one of my Bluetooth headsets

My Voyager Pro+ died last week and now my 525G2 will not pair with a Voyager Pro UC that I had laying around. It can see it, but when I enter the PIN code it says that it will not pair. The same headset will pair with my cell phone, so i know it's not the headset that is the problem.

IPod nano does not connect with wireless earphone via bluetooth transmitters.

E71 bluetooth does not pair with my car bluetooth

my old Nokia phone paired with my car , however having just upgraded my phone to an E71 it will not pair, does anyone know how to resolve this - thanks

To set automatic bluetooth connections go to MENU - CONNECTIVITY - BLUETOOTH, at the top of the scree you will see the word Bluetooth then abluetooth icon and spanner; curser to the right to the next twin bluetooth icon where it will show all the paired devices. If there are none listed go to the options soft-key and select "New paired device". If you have previously paired a device select it, if not search for devices then connect. Choose "authorise device" to connect automatically in future. Having said all that, and done all those things, my E71 still wont connect to authorised devices!! It must be a software problem with the E71 because my N96 and X6 have all worked perfectly automatically with the same devices the E71 won't!! Come on Nokia give us a software update to fix this problem; PLEASE.

Went to 4.5 and now Bluetooth does not pair with anything.

I have already checked every setting I can think of, my phone is discoverable; I've tried with and without encryption; I've tried to connect to other phones; I have had the other phones try to pair with me...
When my husband's phone tries to pair with mine I get this message: Service not supported by other device. Same with my mom's phone and my dad's phone. All different brands, Nokia, Motorola, etc.
I have an LG HBM-770 Hands free device and it connects perfectly.
I am at wit's end...and I know it's probably something I'm doing wrong. HELP.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
There is a few things to check to see if the Bluetooth is working properly.
1. Go to Options on the BlackBerry, and open Bluetooth.
2. Press the menu key and select Options.
3. Scroll down and are ALL of the Bluetooth services check-marked?
4. Next go back into the main Options of the BlackBerry.
5. Go into Security Options and then General Settings.
6. Is there anything that states an IT Policy Name?
You can always perform a reset to factory to make sure nothing security related is affecting the Bluetooth connectivity.

Iphone 4 ios 6 does not pair with bluetooth on 2008 BMW 325i

I just updated my iphone 4 to IOS 6 this morning. I got in my car and tried to pair the phone with bluetooth but it did not pair. I removed the device from the car's memory and tried to re-pair the device but it did not function. Can I roll back my iphone's operating system to 5.1 or how do I fix this?

I just discovered the same issue today in my efforts to get alert times synced on my iCal and iPhone after noticing a difference yesterday. I have been using the iCloud calendar sync since iCloud first came out with zero problems. Today I discover how terrible this sync is. My wife and I use a macbook, imac, 2 phones and 2 ipads to enter in calendar information and we depend on a flawless sync for our work and family schedules.
First, the iCal on my iMac has default times that get applied to every singe item, even if that item had an alert beforehand. But this default alert time is not applied as an alert on my iPhone4 calendar just the imac. I haven't even looked at my macbook yet for fear of what i may discover. After changing alerts and unchanging them and activating default times and deactivating them and wasting time doing this i just need to go through every event on my iphone to make sure that is now correct since I use that the most. What an unbelievable hassle for a program that worked flawlessly beforehand. Apple needs to recify this and have the sync work like it did before.
