E71 - Memory Full when trying to send an email wit...

Hi,
Just acquired an E71 a week ago. I'm using MfE. I synchronized emails (around 1000) and contacts (around 200), everything works fine, BUT I cannot send any email.
I get a MEMORY FULL message asking me to close applications which I cannot since I do not have any open apart form MfE.
Can anyone help me ?
version nb of E71 is 200.21.118
version nb of MfE is 2.07.022

This information i got from fnd_concurrent_request table.
* Do i need to have Write and Read permissions for the above said path
2. The above said path I can see in the V$parameter table for column Name = 'utl_file_dir'
3. I even created an Directory Name as 'OUT_DIR' in all_directories table with same path as above.
I hope i have cleared your doubts, can you please let me know where exactly i am going wrong in my earlier procedure.

I am receiving an error message when trying to send an email.

I recently had to change my email password. Now when trying to send or forward a message on my Iphone 4s I am receiving an error that my user name or password is incorrect. My phone service is through AT&T and email is embargmail.com.

Where did you change the password? Did you go into the email account on your phone and change the password as well? You need to check your SMTP settings, as that is what controls sending mail. If you get an error when trying to receive mail, that is the incoming server.

E71: 'Memory full' when holding left softkey to re...

A feature of the E71 is when you hold down the left softkey in the Home screen, it will speak unread SMS to you. Lately, and still after a hard reset, I get:
'Memory full. Close some applications and try again.'
Of course the memory is not full (75MB free) and I have rebooted. Any ideas?

Oh yes I do have the voices.
I just figured out the reason for the bug. Nokia Conversation (their threaded SMS add-on) was causing it. When I uninstalled Conversation the softkey functionality returned. Although Conversation says it's compatible with the E61 and E70, I guess that doesn't quite stretch to E71!

Receiving an Error message when trying to send an email

Help
All of a sudden whenever I try to send an email I receive an Error message stating it cannot be delivered. The message suggests verifying addressee, checking SMTP server settings and verifying any advanced settings. I have tried different addressees, and all the information in the Mail Preferences looks accurate to me. Any ideas what could be causing this? It just started happening.
Any info is greatly appreciated

Hi Susan,
Many ISPs have recently started blocking outgoing (smtp) mail via port 25 that doesn't use their own smtp server. (This is to try and combat spam).
There are generally two ways to overcome this:
1) Use the smtp server of the ISP that you are currently connected to. (If you have a laptop and connect from different places this may mean you have to select an appropriate smtp server at each location.)
2) Connect to your preferred smtp server on a port other than 25. This will depend on the setup of that server. For instance the Apple .Mac smtp server allows connections on port 587 (reference Apple support article: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=75124)

Whenever i try to send an email using SMTPin my application i get the following error message :
javax.mail.SendFailedException: Sending failed; nested exception is: javax.mail.MessagingException: Unknown SMTP host: mail.webahn.com; nested exception is: java.net.UnknownHostException: mail.webahn.com
Please could you help me solve this problem or give me a suitable suggestion as to why I get this message.

I gueess your client application is behind the firewall. You need to specify proxy host and proxy port.

Safari Quits When Trying to Send an Email With Attachments

I use gmail to send attachments. Now whenever i try to send an message that has an attachment, it quits unexpectedly. This is the only problem i have with Safari. I created another account to check if the problem is in the account itself but Safari didn't exist in the new account (it shows a question mark as an icon for Safari).

If Safari is in its default location in the Applications folder, this shouldn't happen. I'm guessing you moved it from that location, either into another folder or a subfolder of the Applications folder. Move it back into the Applications folder and this part of the problem should be solved.

Error message 5.1.1 when trying to send an email

I am wondering if this is a problem on my end or the recipient's end? I try replying and sending a new email and I get the message "Mail server responded: 5.1.1. Recipient address rejected. User unknown in relay recipient table."

Before I call in the troops and wake all server-personal I would take a second look at the address.
If copy/paste-ing you can get an extra " or . )
Even if most mailservers accept a mix of upper and lover case [email protected] some has to have it just their way, Often lover case.
And no extra , or ; at the end
Also if there is a list of addresses just one have to be corrupt to make the mail bounce.

I have a aol email account and when trying to send a email the and try and enter address , instead of my aol address it enters from my phone contacts. Any help ?

T'bird gives error #R0109006 when trying to send group email.

I finally had to delete this eddresss from all my lists even tho I didn't send to that person. I could only send individually vs. group. If an eddress isn't good that's fine to tell me - but to not allow me to delete that name from the group and then send it out is wrong.

It did not matter that I did NOT include that offending eddress on the outgoing email. T'bird just kept saying error #R0109006 showing that one bad eddress. I have several contact lists. I had to delete this one eddress from all those contact lists before I could fwd any multiple-contact emails.
It was the only way I found to work around my problem. I have yet to contact that one person - I heard from him just a couple of weeks ago, but maybe now he's gone??

I keep getting "Rejected by Server" when trying to send an email?

Ok this doesnt happen all the time, but often enough to make it frustrating.
Why am I getting this error message? I have not changed any details.

"the recipient was rejected by the server" means the mail server doesn't like the recipient. This might mean that the server doesn't relay messages, or that you didn't authenticate with the server.
