E72* 22.007 - "System error" message when adding n...

When I make wlan scan through home screen plugin I can choose a new wlan hotspot. After choosing it I'm being transferred to the web app and i can start browsing. The problem happens when I leave the web application. System error message appears on the home screen. It can be removed only by removing battery!
I made some research and found that the cause of this problem can be the fact that the new access point is stored in the uncategorized group in the destinations. When I categorize it to the Internet group I can use web without the problems.
In other words Its not asking to categorize a wifi hotspots through scanning with home screen plugin.
Did they solve that with the new firmware?

N97 system error message when starting Maps

Hi all,
I do get a system error message when starting the maps app.
I know that this is not a new topic but I did not find after intensive search a solution.
- Firmware is updated
- soft reset done
- it seems that the app is not installed
- have deleted the cities folder and the qf file
Unfortunately no change - maps app does not start.
Not sure that this is important but I want to mention this for the sake of completeness:
- the maps did work once
- when I started them the next day and I was at a different location it still showed the location of the previous evening abnd did not recognize where the phone was
- after some time I could not start the the maps app.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Ahhhhhh I want to scream. This phone is driving me crazy...so many problems.. latest among others is, opening maps it gives me the error like you all mentioned above.. so how and where do I go to download what you mentioned... and I did try to go into"download" and my phone just says I don't have enough memory to download anything.. HELP

E72 "System Error" message when turning on WLAN sc...

Ever since I've upgraded my E72 to version 51, phone tends to crash almost every time I turn on WLAN scanning, displaying a System Error message, forcing me to lose all my data, including applications I've paid for.
Upgrading to version 53 did not fix this issue either. Is this issue ever going to be fixed?
(the newly released ver 54 is not yet available for my region).
From what I've read here on the forums, I understand that reverting to factory settings might fix this issue, but I don't that I should not be forced to lose everything on my device due to Nokia's incompetence, especially since I have no guarantee that this issue will not show up again.
Any ideas, anyone?
(at this point, I'm afraid that the best solution is buying an iphone, and giving up on the dead horse that is Nokia *sigh*)

If the system allows you to add expired bidders, you could implement the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI to throw an error message when that happens.

System Error message when trying to open Log; noki...

Hello everybody.
I have a strange problem with a Log on my nokia 6120c. When I try to access the Log from the menu, I get a simple message: "System error" and when I press green button (on the home screen) to quick access dialed numebrs nothing happens- simply I can't access my Log. I think deleting the log should help; however, I don't know how to access it. Is there a file where the log is being stored? Maybe somewhere in C:/ memory, so I can just simply delete that file..
I really don't want to format the whole phone (again)

Then i guess there is nothing much you can do other then resetting or reformatting your phone.
You can do it by following these steps:
- A soft reset by keying in *#7370# when on standby - This will reformat the phone. DO NOT FORGET TO DO A BACK UP AS THIS WILL ERASE YOUR ENTIRE PHONE MEMORY.
The security code by default is 12345
If this fails as well then you may try doing the Hard reset by performing the 3 finger reset. You can do this by switching the phone on with the '3', '*' and green 'call' buttons pressed at the same time.
Mark me a KUDOS if this has helped...

In-app purchase: Error message when adding a test storekit user

Hi, I'm running into the "The email address you entered already belongs to an existing Apple account. Please try again." when I try to add a test user for in-app purchases. I used an email associated with an existing Apple-id.
I'm running into "Could not convert Apple ID account to iTunes store account." when trying to add a test user with an email-id that doesn't have an Apple-id with it.
I have enabled "in app" purchases and added an in-app-purchasable product id using itunesconnect.
Using the programmer-portal, I've also configured the app-id of the app to enable store kit in-app purchases
I'm assuming that I need to signin with the test-user account for the code to receive the storekit productsRequest:disReceiveResponse callback. However, I haven't been able to create the test user
Does anyone know why both scenarios (described on top) are resulting in an error message ?

If I try to login from Settings->Store, it asks for my credit info which I'm sure is not necessary.
Apple had this to say about that on 8.28.09:
"Setting up Test Accounts for Testing In App Purchase
Before testing In App Purchase in your application, you need to create an In App Test User in iTunes Connect—you should not use other accounts as doing so will result in prompts to enter your credit card number and other information.
Here is how to properly set up your test user for testing In App Purchase..."

Hello, I am having a very hard time attempting to install Office 2010 Pro Plus on a system. The error message that I receive is as follows:
The language of this installation package is not supported by your system.
I have tried running the Microsoft FixIt tool to remove any traces of Office 2007 and Office 2010. Also, I have followed the instructions in
KB928218 to manually uninstall any traces of Office 2007.
I believe the user had both Office 2007 and Office 2010 installed previously. There is no article to remove all traces of Office 2010.
Here is some additional output from the Setup log:

Getting error message when adding on account payment in Outgoing Payments

We are getting error message "No Matching records found 'Sales Tax Authorities Type' (OSTT) (ODBC - 2028) [ Message 131 - 183]" when we are trying to add account payment in Outgoing Payments. We are not getting any errors while adding customer payments or vendor payments. Please give us the solution.

Thanks for your immediate reply.
Actually in outgoing payments there is no tax code selection available. Just we simply selecting the account on which we are making payment and amount( in payment means we are giving cheque details). When trying to add it is giving above said error. Kindly let me know if you have any solution.

System worked before an upgrade attempt using canon driver off canon website. Scanner wasnt working, first time attempt, and I downloaded drivers off canon site. Never worked, tried to go back to the good old ways and I cant get computer to add printer...

I have never seen or read about this error appearing so I don't why this is occurring. My guess would be that you may have a conflict between old and new drivers. So the following is a procedure that has worked previously for repairing faulty installations of the Canon PIXMA/MP/MX drivers.
1. Open Printer Setup Utility, click on Printer Setup Utility and select Reset Printing System.
2. Close the Printer Setup Utility.
3. Go to Library > Printers > Canon and delete the contents of the BJPrinters folder.
4. Go to Library > Receipts and delete the file Canon MP510 xxx.pkg
5. Empty the Trash
6. Unplug the Canon USB cable and restart the Mac
7. Install the latest version of the Canon driver. Check the Canon web site to ensure you have the latest version.
8. Once the driver installation is complete, go to Applications > Utilities and open Disk Utility. Run the Repair Disk Permissions option.
9. Plug the MP510 USB cable back into the Mac
10. Open Printer Setup Utility and wait. Somtimes the printer will automatically add. If nothing happens after a minute, click Add, select the Default Browser view and select the Canon printer connected via the USB port. The Print Using menu should automatically change to Canon IJ Printer.
11. Click Add to complete the creation of the printer queue.

Error message when adding video to premiere pro, please help!

Every time I try and add a video to premiere pro I get an error message "There was an error decompressing audio or video." I made the video in After effects and it plays just fine but I wanted to add sound to it in premiere pro. The file is mpeg movie, I can get more info if needed, just let me know. I am not very experienced at all in adobe but i'm learning so if someone could please help, that'd be awesome? P.S i'm using a MAC

I've never visited Paris but it is on my list.
I don't believe the 10.4.4 Update had anything to do with this. I also have a .Mac account and I didn't experience any problems sending with any of my accounts and different SMTP servers after installing the Update.
Something to try.
Go to the SMTP server settings for the .Mac SMTP server and in the Server Port field, enter 587 in place of 25 and when finished, select OK to save the changed setting.
Test if this resolves the problem.
Having the SSL warning message is odd if Use SSL is not selected for the SMTP server and if using 587 as the server port doesn't resolve the problem, this may be a Mail.app preference file problem which is the file that stores all account settings.

Error Message When Adding New User

Hello,
We are on FDM 11.1.2.1.501 and today as I was going to add a new user in the system I got the below error message:
Error: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
After the error the usual user maintenance screen came up and I was able to add the users I needed to without any problems. Anyone have an idea what this error means? Just looking to prevent problems on down the road.
Also, there wasn't anything in the FDM error log nor in the windows event viewer on any of the servers.

Oracle was able to provide a solution to this one. Somehow there was a disconnect between HSS and FDM so went into SS and deleted out the affected application. Then went onto the FDM web server and ran the user migration utility to reconnect that application with SS and now it works fine w/out the error message.

ADF would raise an exeption for you.
