E72 can't update important updates except via pc o...

hello guys
how can i update my nokia e72 via fota
when i open the update app to update my device firmware i find only optional updates only can be updated , but important >options >only update via pc is the available option why?

hello again now i'm running my e72 with fw 81.03
but i noticed the following
i tried the steps as u told me
1) opened ovi and sure 1st time it crashed so i reopened and updated it successfully
2) restarted device and pc and then connected them using usb cable
3) started update
1st time :160mb then at the end of download part (nokia updates is not available now plz try again later)
2nd time 80 mb (wiered) anyways the same as above message
3rd time (after 3 days) to be accurate 30/11 at 6:30 am egypt local time
restarted both and tried and voilla 14 mb still wiered
but it finished and device restarted but after the restart the device asked for pin and the quick start wizard which is normal as stated in nokia suite instructions
but while was nokia suite at the finishing part (checking applications updates) a
message appeared something went wrong plz go to nokia.com and reinstall the latest ver of nokia suite and try again

and when i pressed more details
a green check mark was in a message with details
firmware 81.3 with more enchantments and improvements
so should i worry
my device is now updated and it works and it was checking m card and the a message apppeared on phone (restart phone to see changes) nothing was removed even my installed apps like whatsapp and u tube and skype
and i received a message from my nokia which wasn't optional (only ok option was available )
but i found something suspicious
which is i found a five digits no (delivered) at the reports section of messages (what was that? ) so i opened the sent items nothing was there so i opened log and only connections and incomming message from nokia was there, shall i worry for this too.

Why can't i import AVCHD files via the Media browser?

Why can't i import AVCHD files via the Media browser ? (Right click on the AVCHD file and imported, got the "format not supported" message.) I can import through the File-Import way ( I can get down tot he BDMV folder and mts files) but read using the Media Browser is the preferred way.

No you need the private folder. This will open in the Browser.

Can't update iPhoto via App Store

I've tried updating iPhoto via App store, and it tells me to sign into the account I used to purchase it. I never purchased iPhoto. It came with my Mac, and I remember clicking "accept purchases" when I was setting it up. Now this button disappeared, and I can't update any of the iLife apps. Ironically, I can't even buy a new iPhoto, because the App Store says it is installed, but it does not appear in my purchases list. Tried reinstalling Lion and it tells me that my ID was not used to purchase iOS X Lion. I don't want to call Apple, since they charge me for calls I make. What can I do?

You need to contact App Store support. They are the only people who can help you with this. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store window

How can i update lightroom via adobe CC

Adobe is advising that there is a new version 6 of Lightroom. I can open Adobe Download assistant but it does not show me anything but Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, which I don't want, so I can't download the new version there. When I log into my Adobe CC account it suggests that "Adobe Lightroom is downloading now..." but nothing is happening (over 2 hours). How can I update my version 5.7.1 to the latest version, and why isn't this automatic?

Can't update iOS via iPhone

Since I bought iPhone 6 I never succeeded in updating the iOS using my iPhone... When I hit "Agree" it just freezes and doesn't respond. So now trying to update the iOS to 8.2 via iTunes but it's taking forever to download the update (almost 100 Kb/s) and it says it requires 9-12 hours... I've been trying since two days to download it and it's not working. On the other, it took almost 30 min to download and install the update on my iPad.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my iPhone and why is it too hard to update its software?

It's probably Apple. They're having a lot of traffic and problems with their services right now. Just try it again in a day or so.

Can't update apps via App Store, only on PC through iTunes?

Just got a new 4G 32BG Touch to replace my faithful old 2G. A couple of days ago, it stopped letting me update or purchase apps from the App Store directly from the iPod. I can through iTunes on my PC. iPod is 5.0.1, iTunes is 10.5.
I have done a hard reset, I have logged off/on my Apple account, still get message that says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". I can surf the web, remote control my PC...so it's connected to my network. I have also tried it at work, same message. I can browse the apps, and it asks for my password after hitting "install". Then the message pops up.
Any ideas? Totally lost, because I never had any issues with my old 2G, other than it was starting to show it's age.

Okay, that was weird....
Online support told me to call Apple Care. After giving my serial #, heard there was at least a 15 minute wait. So, I waited...and waited...and waited. I had tried to download an app last night, and again this morning at home and at work. Same problem, "cannot connect to iTunes store". But I was bored, so I tried it again, and it worked! Just to make sure, I downloaded a second app. No problem. Could be the high traffic, could be Apple finally figured out what the problem was. Or, they could have heard my name and known they did NOT want to talk to me!

Can't update song via iPhone/iPad

Not sure if iOS 8 broke this because I haven't updated my playlists in a while. But for some reason, when I try to add a song from my iPhone/iPad, to a playlist, it won't add at all. But if I do it from my Mac, it appears on my devices magically. Works with trying to delete a song off of a playlist. If I delete on a song from a playlist on my iPhone, for example, it will appear as if I removed the song on it, but it won't update on my iPad or my Mac. This has to be an iOS 8 issue because regardless if I am adding/removing a song via my Mac, it updates both my iPhone and iPad. Anyone else having this issue?

Changing country. Can't update apps via iTunes

Have strange issue with my iTunes. After changing country form Russia to Ukraine my iTunes only searches and displays the number of updates. But when I want to update it and clicking on "update apps" iTunes says "No updates are currently available. To check for updates for another APPLE ID, sign in whit that Apple ID."
But at the same time my iPhone successfully searches and updates all apps for the same Apple ID, and then transfers it while sync with iTunes. What is the problem with my iTunes?

Delete all your apps in itunes you have purchased in previous country
Reinstall it

I create a customer program to change characteristic value in SO by BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE
It is confused , I can change the 'from value' (BAPICUVA-VALUE) successfully, but I can't change the 'To value' (BAPICUVAL-VALUE_TO) for characteristic.
What is the reason, anyone come across this problem?

Can't update iTunes via App Store

Launch iTunes, it'll say that there's a new version to download. Clicks download, opens up App Store but no, no iTunes there. Only happens with Yosemite, never happened before in Mavericks. Sure, I can just download the latest iTunes from https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ but it's such a hassle. Why is this happening and is there a way for me to fix it?

Can FCP X import analog video via a FW bridge?

I've regularly done this in 7 but have seen conflicting reports as to whether this works in FCP X or not.
Standard setup - SVHS -> Sony DSR-20 -> Firewire -> Mac.
In FCP 7 I use "Capture Now" to capture the resulting video.
Sorry if the answer is obvious.
