E72 unable to make call from Sent Folder

Instructions on how to verify absence of this feature
- send an sms to any test number
- go to SENT Folder
- Try to make a CALL to the recipient (I did not find any option, If u do, please enlighten me)
Well, This has to be a basic feature of a smart phone (infact, any phone)
if there is a number being displayed on the screen ... USER CAN MAKE A CALL TO IT.
But unfortunately NOKIA has failed to provide this BASIC FUNCTION.
Is there any hope of getting this BASIC feature in next update ???

Have you tried pressing the centre of the Dpad when reading a particular sms message, On my E63 AND E6 a menu appears with the following option "CALL". Try it, There can't be that much difference between the E63, E6 and the E72.
Nokia E6 (FW:021.014), Unbranded, Sim-Free, Unlocked.

I upgraded Firefox (Wndows). I cannot make calls from Gmail anymore and I cannot opt out of all ads!

I tried to reset all my preferences to the prior version. Nothing works. I cannot not copy/paste from the mouse anymore.

Unable to make call

I am unable to make call but i can see my payment has been successfully processed. My order no. Is ****************616. It would be great if you could provide me the solution.

Could you check your registered phone in your Skype To Go account? Perhaps you made a mistake when entering your registered phone.
You should not be asked to verify your account if you are calling from your registered phone (and you entered it correctly in your STG account). If you still have issues please send me a private message containing the following information:
1) What is the STG you are trying to call
2) When did you last try to call via STG

I love the phone, I've had it almost a week now and the communication possibilities are endless. My job just got so much easier. Today however, I received an SMS from someone and then I was going to try to call them and realized that I could not do it. On my old Android, all I had to do was swipe the message. But that did not work here. I have been searching in Google and here under the following titles:
“Make calls from message threads”
“Ring from SMS”
I have found nothing. Part of the problem is always coming up with the right search words. Surely one should be able to dial the number of a recieved SMS Thread without having to memorize the number. I also have had the problem of being unable to send longer SMS/Chat messages but I shall try turning off the WiFi as some have met with success with that measure
My last problem is with Nokia’s City Lens. It worked fine the first 3 days that I had it, but now it won’t go past the Figure 8 page.
Happy to report that battery life gets better and better with every charge. It's fun to be a telephone pioneer, I'm happy to be at the forefront for once instead of at the back. All my Iphone friends gawked at the new phone saying "What is that?"

Figured out the City Lens problem too. I have the phone i a Black Vegan Folio Wallet Case even though the lens and camera are not covered by the case, the remainder of the backside is covered by a black plastic cóver. City Lens works out of the case, but not in it.

How is it a security breach? You're free to turn off lock screen notifications for the phone app so that no one can do that.... even if they can, they can only call the number that called you... nothing else. (well, except for 900 or whatever the emergency services number is where you are, but that's required by law).

OMG.....this very tiny hole located next to the headset jack........I suffered for the same issue around 20 days after purchasing my iPhone 4S. Even I visit the apple store too, they suggested to talk with apple online.....just before going to apple, i was reading "iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting" (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802) and at the very first line, i found "Make sure that nothing is blocking the top microphone (located next to the headset jack)." and this located next to the headset jack solved the problem completely for sound in vidio as well as sound with calling speaker phone.....Actually, I purchased a plastic cover (like screen protector type) that blocked this small hole (microphone hole i think) and the problem was because of this...I remember on the first day i talk with speacker phone (nothing on iPhone at that time) and it was working...
No need to restore or hard reset anything...i was fearing i'll lost everything if I hard reset my iPhone that took 5-10 to build my iPhone as I like apps, music, vidio on it....

now reconnect to wifi
settings- wifi- click network name- enter password - join
if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes

I am not able to make call from mobile device , i was using this till 18th Feb and after that i cannot make calls. I am using Express VPN to use skype and i checked the express VPN and it is working fine. I can make calls from my PC and laptop using express VPN. Newly activated Palm Treo 700wx unable to make calls

Just activated an old Treo 700wx and I am able to use the internet but unable to make calls or receive text messages. Just ends the call right after it began. Tried hard reset, soft reset, re-activating... nothing.

I suggest you go to the HP - Palm web site and to the community forums there. You will see a thread how Syniverse, a subsidiary of Altel, ATT, Verizon, et. al changed their coding schemes and that the Palm Treo 700WX can't accomodate the new scheme. I contacted the CEO of Verizon Wireless and they fixed it for me only.
