E90 Bugs and BB Connect needed?
Wondering if this is the right forum to request a bugs fixed which is really annoying and make the used of the E90 Communicator uncomfortable.
The Bugs.
Contact will not allow us to search FirstName and LastName all together. So instead let per say I put FirstName first then I can only search FirstName vice versa with LastName. I know its a small bugs but really make us who have 3000 address book to search our contacts.
BB Connect 4.0.
I would also like to know the availability of BB Connect 4.0 for E90 and how soon it will be available. Try using BB Connect 4.0 for E60i and it wont install. So I guess, I need to wait some more.

YouView and router connection needs manual restart...
Hello
We got YouView in order to watch MotoGP. We record the races in order to watch the the recodring in the evening.
If the connection between the router and the YouView box drops out, it will not automatically reconnect. We have to do it manually. If this occurs when we are out of the house, then the race is not recorded.
We spoke to tech support. They advised a hard reset (which wiped everything we had already recorded) and were assured this would fix the problem. However, it happened again at the weekend.

Could you try setting the box to connect manually instead of auto and see how you get on?
It's quite easy to do,
head into the box setting and look for the connection settings (make sure the box is back online before you do this as it will make it really easy)
change the setting from auto to manual, you will see th IP, subnet etc already filled out, just use whats there and click through.
this should make the box save and connect and hopefully not need to be restarted to re-gain connection and hopefully motogp heaven will be restored - fingers crossed
you'll find the settings in the youview buttion, settings, network and internet

Need to find all Bugs and QF created for 8.0.0.13
Hi all,
I kneed to know how to find all bugs and possibly patches/QF created on top of 8.0.0.13 for bugs found in 8.0.0.13 after its release on Jan 2012. This is for my Customer that needs to know if they have to plan some QF in proactive way.
I can access to Internal Support Portal, so if there is any place where Support people can go I can access.

This the the way to go..just modify the col according to your table col names...
You can do a CONNECT BY query without a START WITH clause to link every node with each of its ancestors.
Getting the total is just a matter of GROUP BY.

I made this a bottom-up query (going from each node to its ancestors) rather that a top_down query (node to descendants) because you can't GROUP BY CONNECT_BY_ROOT.
In your description you implied that each node would be counted among its own descendants, but in the sample output you had 0, not 1, as the count for all the leaves, that is, managers counted as their own descendants, but non-managers did not. The column called count0 in the query above does that; the column count1 counts each node as its own descendant, leaves included.

So tonight I updated my 4s over 3g to ios 7.1 it took forever and said connect to itunes. It said it was in recovery mode & needed to be restored but would wipe all content. I have never made a backup because my computers hard drive crashed (luckily the pics were on the phone) and now after updating like apple said I should it wants me to wipe my phone... I can't loose pics of my kids births and birthdays... I tried the holding buttons and letting off to exit recovery mode with no success... I don't know what to do but I swear if apple makes me loose the priceless pics of my kids I will never buy any apple device ever again... and I will make sure no family or friend ever does either... there has to be a way somehow.. some data recovery some program... I dunno if tinyumbrella can exit it for me without hacking or jailbreaking (which I don't dare/want to do) but i need a solution. I have researched this for hours and hours with no solution so far. If I have to pay $$ for it fine I will but after I recover my data that way I will be going to samsung... anyone with a solution would be greatly appreciated... any solution...

My office just bought me an iMac and I absolutely need to hook up a second monitor but there is no DVI connection on it, just a Thunderbolt. What do I do? Please help ASAP!!! The imac is a 21.5" and they also already bought an HD 21.5 ASUS LCD monitor to attach to it. I'm really trying to make this setup work but this is becoming a nightmare. Any suggestions? I looked up different VGA adapters but the only options for this would be a usb-vga connection which doesn't work on macs. Can anyone tell me if this new Thunderbolt connection will work in some way? Thanks
Using the Thunderbolt port attach a Mini-display to DVI so long as the Asus display is equipped and capable, otherwise Mini-display to VGA will also work. The Thunderbolt port is ahead devices which are not yet available to take advantage of the increased capacity in speed. Until the devices and connection cables are available, just use the port as a Mini-display port.

Hey guys. My IPhone 3GS is unlocked and i went to update the software and it said that an unknown error has occurred and said it needed to be restored to connect with Itunes. When i got to restore it, it gets about 3/4 of the way done, says an unknown error has occured(1015). I have no clue what to do and all and any help would be amazing.

I downloaded the 64 bit version of itunes and plugged in my ipod touch but a sign pops up and says i need the right software for the ipod to connect which is 64 bit. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

i need to connect my Imac 27'' (newest version) up to 3/4 monitors (all 40'' LCD tv's with VGA and HDMI connections) with extended display to all external screens, not duplicate images. Is this possible?
I would suggest you visit an Apple dealer, preferably an Apple Store if there's one in your city, and ask for assistance in determining what you need. The questions and issues you bring up are rather complex to address in a technical support forum and would be better addressed in person where you and the salesperson can ask questions back and forth to arrive at the optimal setup.

I have the 64bit version of itunes on windows 7. When I connect my iphone5 it says that I don't have the correct software and that I need to install itunes 64bit! And I can go no further! I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it makes no difference. I have no access to other computers so at the moment I don't have a backup for my iphone should anything go wrong.

It sounds like you have installed the 64 bit version of iTunes, but you continue to the get an error message that suggests to download the 64 bit version any time you connect your iPhone 5. I understand that you have already uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, but sometimes you may need to uninstall additional components related to iTunes to completely remove it from your system.
I recommend following the steps in this article to completely uninstall iTunes:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

Once you have completely uninstalled iTunes, you can download the 65 bit version of iTunes for Windows here:

My iPhone 5S says it's disabled and to connect to iTunes, iTunes says it needs 4 digit pass code. I tried to restore it but device wasn't recognised. Any ideas? I only got it yesterday.
How did the passcode get on the phone to begin with, if you "only got it yesterday"? Regardless, to remove it, you'll have to force the phone into recovery mode, as described here, & restore it:

My iphone4 has been stuck on the connect to itunes logo for a few hours. I connected it to itunes and it says that the iphone is on recovery mode and that I need to restore it to use it with itunes. I'm afraid that if I restore it I will loose everything help please!!
AT this point whatever data you have on yoru phone is already gone since it is in recovery mode.
However you can restore from your backup, when your phone reboots from recovery.

My iPad conveys that it is disabled, and that I need to connect to iTunes. When I connect to iTunes I get a message that I need to enter my pass code and open my Ipad, but I don't get the scree with the number board to open with a password. How do I fix this?
You will need to restore it. The sidebar of your iPad appears on itunes even if you dont enter the passcode. There's the option to restore it. More info:
