i went on the games app and purchased the offer buy 1 get 2 free, i downloaded the game from the offer and i still havent received to the 2 credits owing to me, does anyone know how i go about claiming these or how to get intouch with blackberry or ea games as i cant find a number or email address anywhere thanks

Yes, they can play games - there are hundreds if not thousands of games available in the iTunes Store. Beware of the "free" games; many are free for the base game but charge for things like additional levels, "coins" etc. and those paid add-ons can add up quickly, to dozens or even in some cases hundreds of dollars. I'd strongly suggest you set up restrictions on the iPad to prevent your children from making unauthorized purchases. See:

You will need an Internet provider of some sort; Apple is not a provider and so the iPad does not include a data service. You can either use a home Internet connection with a WiFi access point (aka "router") or you can get an iPad with WiFi+Cellular and sign up for a data plan with a cell carrier. WiFi through a home Internet service will probably be cheaper.

I do not think there is an app for that..... Yet. Part of the difficulty is the 'sandbox' nature of apps. One app cannot open another app. ( with a few controlled exceptions)

Mrguidogenio is correct, but what you need to do is create a new Apple ID. Based on the iOS and device, you need to stay signed out of the iTunes and App stores, which is in the Settings, and install an app. Then when the option comes up, select "Create New Account".
Also on a side note: You need to have an email address, gmail.com, yahoo.com, and hotmail.com are all good ones.
Then fill out the information until it gets to the credit card part. At the credit card part it should already have selected the "None" option. Just skip the iTunes code and finish the sign-up. Then your app will start to install!

Not entirely sure what the problem is - is this an existing account or are you trying to create a new account ? If you want to be able to buy apps then you need a payment method on it. All the major international couriers UK arms and even the Post Office will automatically process and invoice you for any duty (and VAT) that would be due on the item, they will also typically charge you a £10 (approximately) admin fee. Anyone sending an item internationally has to put a customs declaration label on the outside to declare the value and type of item, this allows the destination courier/country to be able to determine the right amounts to charge.

Some smaller resellers will not refuse sales or charge VAT if your lucky. Obviously electronic transactions like this are extremely unlikely to be spotted by HM Customs & Excise.

No. You can't activate any iPhone without a sim card installed. The sim card itself need not be activated, but it must be valid & present. Since you updated the software, the phone requires re-activation, thus you need a sim card. You can borrow one from someone, but bottom line, you need a sim card.

You can't buy from the Apple store online in the US because it is country specific and you firstly need a US credit card and then a US address and they won't ship outside of the US so you can't.
No Apple online store will ship outside the coutry.
If you want an iPhone, then you'll have to order via the Russian Apple store online if there is one, or you'll have to wait until it is released in your own country or go and buy one in Europe.
