EAN13 barcodes not printing from viewer

I have designed a Crystal report and have set the printer as the Zebra, and the font as the printer font. While the font display oddly in the designer preview, it prints fine to the Zebra printer.
When importing the report into SAP Business One and running from the viewer, the codes' numeric value displays on screen and that is what prints from the printer. Have tried this on the same machine where the designer is installed and from a different machine.
I am using CR2008, which is the latest which is compatible with the customers SAP install.
A truetype font I have installed does not print at all
Any way to resolve this?

Hi Michael,
We purchased one from Azalea in the end. I found a free one which did work, but doesn't conform to GS1 standards - it was not tall enough.
While I now have the Azalea one printing, I haven't yet got it to pass GS1.
This is a nightmare project, something that should be easy has take 3 months and counting!.
Printer fonts won't work from the Crystal Viewer, but will from the designer, that is a known issue.

Am trying to print from my Toshiba laptop running Windows 8 to my HP Envy 4500 wirelessly. Works fine from my ipad, works fine from my desktop and laptop running Windows 7. Having same problem with my Toshiba laptop windows 8. Will not print from laptop, printer prints from ipad, and iphone.
Deleted and reinstalled several times as well both ways with disk, and wizard.
still unable to print from laptop, have to email everything to ipad in order to print.
so annoying and frustrating.............

SAP Script not printing as viewed in preview

Hi Experts,
I have a SAP Script which is driven via RFFOUS_C Program.The script is using custom page format which is created via SPAD.
I have a wierd issue like i can see all my data in preview but when i print all the lines are not printing as viewed in preview.Its printing from top of the page till 70% and the bottom portions are not getting printed.
How can I solve this?

Please check the page format as well as printer on which are printing settings in SPAD..Do we have any custom space before and after defined...? You can also try by testing it with existing format and different printers to find the issue whether it is at script/page/printer level

I would recommend resetting the printing system, then rebooting the mac to allow it to scan for the usb connection to the printer. It should then automatically add the printer back, and if any other updates are needed, it'll ask you to install htem

Photosmart C7280 will not print from one computer on wireless network

C7280 will not print from desktop computer via a home wireless network. It has worked in the past, but ceased recently.
It will print from a laptop on the same network.
I have tried to comply with the procedures on the HP Support and Drivers site, such as the HPHNDU.exe routine and others, but have had no success.
I would appreciate some help. My previous post in May has not had any replies.

My wireless HP Deskjet 3050 printer will not print from web sites.

My HP Deskjet 3050 J610 printer will not print from web sites - it prints ok from WORD, etc. I keep getting the error message: "An unknown error occurred while printing." This problem only arises with Firefox browser.
The printer is connected wirelessly to a network and this occurs when I use a laptop on the network. It is also connected via cable to a desktop computer but there is no problem in printing from the desktop.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

That sounds as if you need to investigate to see if you were able to clear all of the paper that was causing the jam.

I can not print from Firefox, Firefox is not responding

I can not print from Firefox on one PC in my office. At one time printing was operable from Firefox on this PC, the user told me about one month ago Firefox would no longer print.
I went to the users PC - Windows XP Professional SP3 - Firefox opens no problem, I can go to any website, but when I click on the print icon, or file, print, nothing happens. I do not see the print icon in the task bar which shows you something is spooling, printing, I open Task Manager and I see Firefox is Not responding. I must end task.
We can print anything else on the PC, Internet Explorer 8 prints successfully, just Firefox will not print.
I also uninstalled the network printer, re-installed. Connected to another network printer, Firefox still will not print.
I also uninstalled the latest version of Firefox on the PC 15.0.1, went back a few versions and Firefox still will not print.
Can someone assist why Firefox refuses to print and when you try to print Firefox goes to a Not responding status ?

LaserJet Pro Scans, prints test page but will not print from a file

I installed a LaserJet Pro200 MFP M276nw on my wife's Toshiba Satellite (Windows 7 64Bit OS) laptop yesterday (Printer is brand new out of the box). I installed with a wireless connection. It will print a test page and also scan wirelessly but will not print from a file i.e. a PDF. I installed it on my HP Probook this morning and it works fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The thought of paying Geek Squad 75 bucks rubs me the wrong way, especially since i just paid them 100 for an extended warranty. Thanks!

my home desktop is connected to router and wireless networked to home laptop. the desktop will not print from the internet, will print local word docs, etc.. the home laptop is connected to that network and does print from internet. both are using Firefox.

Setup:
HP Officjet Pro 8500A Plus connected to a netgear wireless router using wired ethernet.
Desktop with windows7 connected to the same netgear wireless router using wired ethernet.
Can print from other computers connected to the the wireless router using wifi but can not print from this desktop connected using the wired ethernet.
Can not print from the Windows7 PC which is connected to router over wired Ethernet. Printer is connected to the same router using wired Ethernet. Other notebook connected to the router over wireless prints.
Windows7 device & Printerhows printer is ok.
Once a job is sent to printer, show status printing for a while after the status will show error.
Now the status shows error
HP Print and Scan doctors shows printer ok.
But if you try to print the test page, unable to communicate to printer error comes.
Tool box can read all information about the printer

This happened in an instant-no warning. I have tried all known troubleshooting and have disconnected. The cartridge is one month old - no error messages.

My new Officejet Pro 8500a on a Windows XP machine will not print from the Internet.

I just purchased and installed an Officejet Pro 8500a all-in-one and everything seems to work fine except that the maachine will not print from the internet. I use Windows XP home and and the Firefox browser. The printer is connected directly to the computer, and is not directly connected to the Internet or any other network.

The Officejet 8500 printers take individual ink cartridges (IIC); that machine requires that all cartridges be installed to ensure that the printhead does not get damaged. Ink is used in the printer not just for printing, but maintain the printer and the printhead. One can reduce the amount of color ink the printer uses by changing the printer settings to Grayscale or use black ink only. Page 34 of the user manual shows how one can change those settings when printing documents. For further information on how ink is used in the printer; one can look as this page here where it goes into detail on the different ways that ink is used in the printer.
I would just replace the color cartridge that the printer indicates needs replacing when the machine alerts you to low ink. I would not replace all colors at once when only one is in need of replacing.

Are you sure you have the right printer?
In UNIX/OSX printers are virtual links to devices and even with the same name can be trying to reach a printer via another network address, so it thinks it is another printer.

Printer will not print from laptop

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer multiple times and it will still not print from my lap top. I have spent hours on this and am just about ready to give up. It will print from my tablet but not the laptop. It says there is a document in the print queue for about 2 seconds and then doesn't print and shows that there are no documents in the queue.

I would be happy to help you print from your computer running Windows 8.1. I understand that currently your print jobs are going to the print queue and vanishing after only a couple seconds, and worse of all, the print job doesn't print!
Please complete the recommended solutions presented in the following document, and let me know the outcome of your efforts; Print Jobs Disappear from the Print Queue and Do Not Print (Windows 8).
