EAS Console 11.1.2.1

Question

Hi Experts ,
We want to install EAS Console seperately in to Client Machine . It was mentioned in one of the post saying downloading " the patch '12978472' will have seperate exe for EAS console .
We have downloaded the patch and tried installing the EAS console.exe and it is calling windows installer dialog box and information it has is as below . Please guide us how to install the EAS ?
or please suggest some other option to instal EAS console .

It is just an executable and you should only have to execute it and the installer should open.
Have you tried on a different machine or download again, right click the exe and install as administrator
