Easiest way to update -git packages?

Hello!
I have installed the Dolphin emulator from dolphin-emu-git with yaourt -S and I have noticed that by running yaourt -Syua, it doesn't update Dolphin, even though there is a never version available.
Do I always have to re-install -git packages with yaourt -S to get the latest version? If so, is there any way for me to get noticed when there is a new version out? Or do I have to manually have to check now and then?

--devel will rebuild VCS packages.
As far as notification, every upstream commit is an update. You can set something up to get notifications there.

Easiest way to update all apps on iPhone 5S without having to click update for each one under the apps tab in iTunes

After I've used the download all updates option under the updates tab in the iTunes library Apps view, when I plug in my device (iPad or iPhone) and go to the device apps view I now have a button to the right of each of those apps that says "update" instead of "remove" or "install".
The problem is that my app library is enormous and often there are 20+ apps that had updates at one time and it's a royal pain having to scroll through the entire list to find the ones that have the "update" button that needs to be clicked.
Unfortunately iTunes doesn't have a sorting option in the pulldown called "updated" to bring those to the top.
Is there any way to easily select all of those apps rather than having to manually scroll through my whole library hunting for them just to click the update button?

Easiest Ways To Update Offline Media?

We normally use PXE boot and deploy images across the network even though is seems slower since many computers are on a 100Mb connection due to sharing their network port with a 100Mb VOIP phone. We do this for convenience mostly because of the big hassle
of updating multiple flash drives whenever the image or task sequence is updated.
We could use multicast if we were doing many simultaneous deployments of the same image, but the majority of the time, we are reimaging one-off machines one or two at a time.
However, I just saw some hardware and software that seems like it could make using offline media more manageable if they were used together.
Instead of copying the Content folder manually one stick at at a time to USB flash media, is there any reason you cannot just mass clone multiple copies of the LiteTouchMedia.iso file to multiple bootable usb drives using ImageUSB http://www.osforensics.com/tools/write-usb-images.html and
a USB hub like this?
This software copies the ISO as if burning a DVD. It does not copy the Contents folder files the way you would manually create USB media for MDT.
If this works, then updating as many USB sticks as we can get on a hub wouldn't be much more difficult than just updating one USB stick.

We got them back at the same time by telling all of the remote technicians to send (FedEx) their flash drives to the corporate office. There was a period of time, maybe a week, where the remote technicians didn't have flash drives. That worked for us but
that's obviously not a technical item - it's a process item. Once all the flash drives were updated, which took about a day, we shipped the flash drives back out to the techs.
Mind you, we also had PXE booting for OSD through SCCM at all of our remote locations. So we approached the OSD question through a few different angles. (Flash drives, PXE + OSD, and also a "break-fix" location that machines could be shipped to.)

i would always go for OTA over pc as the pc often intends to be the problem when updates goes bad.
I always make sure that my pc is running fine - no driverissues and all updates are installed. - I have never had any trouble updating with XP prof, Vista 32 and 64 bit and now W7 64 bit.

One of our techs made me aware this morning that they weren't getting a boot img from PXE. I ended up looking through smsdpmon.log and found 2 Package ID's failing to process. I pretty quickly found the first, but I have no idea what the second is. I've
visually scanned through Monitoring\Deployments and all our App Packages, Software Update Packages, Driver Packages, OSD Packages... I have no idea what this Package ID is that failed to process.
Is there some powershell or WMI query I can run to resolve this Package ID to a name?

Simplest way to update from 10.4?

I currently have an OS X Server 10.4 running, with a couple of sites and emails located on some domains.
The question is; What is the easiest way to update a Mac OS X Server 10.4 to 10.6?
I tried to update to 10.6 (on a cloned drive) to see what happened. It looked to me that most of the settings were maintained, except for the hosted sites. Because of that not much worked of course, and I didn't have the time to have more downtime on the server than this, to try more things out.
I am running SQL, Web, FTP (that worked after update) and Mail. All in all there are about 10 different domains and maybe 50 different email accounts.
Any good ideas?

A good option would be to pick up the Mac Box Set (cheaper than the prices for Leopard on other retailers -- esp for what you get). It will upgrade you to Snow Leopard and give you iLife & iWork. (From what I recall from Apple a single Snow Leopard disc wont upgrade from TIger to Snow Leopard).
That way you can install the latest iTunes and sync your iPhone 4.
a cheaper cost effective investment instead of buying a whole new Mac.

I don't know what your skill level is, but xml is the best
way to do what
you want. Forget about MS Word and use Notepad or another
suitable Text
Editor.

I would like to do professional montages the easiest way. Is there a package in adobe that I can use with my photoshop. I use to do them on old photoshop 5, was able to have my photos and format on the same page and just move them. But its not working on cs6.

Elements has some sort of collage facility. I created a Photoshop Photo Collage Toolkit I find easy to use but then I programmed it.

So quick question. Im maintaining an AUR package that grabs sources from git. How should I update the package? Will the package be automatically updated when the git repo has new commits, or do I have to manually increment the pkgrel variable in the PKGBUILD or is there something else I should be doing?

As a maintainer, you shouldn't "update" anything. As long as the PKGBUILD file successfully builds the package then it's good!

No, it will not. There is nothing automatic about the AUR.

Updating a package that relies on git is the responsibility of the end user.
As an end user, it's my responsibility to read the project's commit messages and mailing lists and bug reports, decide that the software is stable, and when I have enough time, run "makepkg" (or an AUR helper) to create a fresh new package based on the latest source code from the git repository.

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to search for a keyword (e.g. myfilename.txt) in over 100 dts packages on a complex SQL 2000 server please. I've searched the internet for a solution, and there seem to be various third party tools available, etc. However
ideally I would like to be able to run a block of code which returns the result within query analyser, since this SQL 2000 server is a production server and I'd rather not have to go through change management for investigation purposes.

Then you can’t do anything with those files. Even opening them in InDesign would yield very unpredictable results.
You’d need to find an old machine running nothing later than Windows XP and then buy a copy of PM which is like lighting money on fire.
That said, someone might come along willing to help out but just exactly how many is a bunch?
