Ebay Bucks checkout error

Does anyone know why i cant use my ebay bucks and $5 ebay gift certificates when checking out with paypal?I keep getting this error message "This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information." But this is only happening when i use my ebay bucks. I should note that the ebay bucks with the $5 gift certificate covers the total of my order. Also i did buy something cheap with my actual funds just to see if it worked and it did. Seems this only happens with ebay bucks. Can someone help me

Take a look at American sellers listing on eBay.com and Canadian sellers listing on eBay.ca. On eBay.com all fees are in US dollars (worth about 25% more than Cdn$) On eBay.ca, some fees are paid in US$ (same as .com) but many are charged and paid in the lower Cdn$ resulting in less revenue to eBay. For example, on eBay.com the monthly fee for a store is US$20, in Canada it is Cdn$ 20 (US$16). If a listing fee is US$0.30 for a listing in US$, it is only Cdn$ 0.30 (US$0.24) for the same listing listed in Cdn$. If you start adding up the lower fees eBay receives from sellers on eBay.ca compared to eBay.com you end up with a substantial amount. Of course sellers do not pay directly for "eBay Bucks". That has never been the point. The reality is that eBay Bucks, like any reward program offered by any business, come from the revenue generated by the business (paid by their customers). Since eBay.ca receives a bit less than eBay.com for the same service, that extra money is not available for "rewards". To have a "rewards" program on eBay.ca would require additional revenues - more fees from sellers. As a seller, I am not interested. Are you?

Internal Checkout Error using Xcode Continuous Build Service

I'm trying to use the new Xcode service in Mavericks' Server Version 3 to setup continuous build for a git repository on BitBucket. I've been unable to get it to work successfully. Currently, The Build Agent Logs section shows the following error:

The SSH lines seem to be informational rather than indicating an error. However, I've tried changing the mentioned keys without any effect, though note that Xcode says that TrustSelfSignedSSLCertificates is enabled on one line and disabled on a later line, referring to the same config file in both cases.

I just had the same problem, and there is a number of things you can check:
Make sure the specified branch is pushed to the repository
Make sure the scheme you selected is shared
Make sure the scheme info is pushed to the repository
In my case, someone put `xcshareddata` in .gitignore, so the scheme I selected wasn't available to the bot.

Chinese eBay creates "forbidden" error message

When I search eBay using Safari, a Chinese eBay web page appears. When I try to return to eBay I get a "forbidden" error message. I know this is because the Chinese site's URL or cookie lurks in some hidden file or cache, but I cannot recall how I found the file/cache to delete the "Chinese eBay" cookie or whatever. Once the cookie is in the file/cache, it triggers the "Forbidden" error message with Firefox, too. Two months ago I read a blog or post on finding and clearing this hidden file or cache, but now I cannot find that, either.
I use both a MacBook Pro laptop, OS 10.9.5 and Safari 7.1.2, and a Mac mini desktop, OS 10.8 (Lion) and comparable Safari, the latter connected by cable to a Verizon DSL modem at least 5 years old.
I've run Safari Reset on the MacBook Pro (It's pull-down doesn't include "Clear cache"), and cleared cache and done resets of Safari on the Mac mini, but the "Forbidden" error message doesn't go away.
FYI, apparently the Chinese eBay web page is due to "man-in-the-middle" malware in my DSL modem, also called "APR Poisoning." Do I need to replace my old modem?

Try this :
Step 1: Open the Web Dynpro perspective , Close the project.
Step 2: Now Go to the Development Configurations and Select the DC which you closed and delete it.
Step3: Now after synching recreate the project and try to check out.
if that doesn't work, you might need to remove the .metadata folder from the NWDS workspace and create project again.

Creation and checkout errors, duplicate transactions using iPhoto print projects?

My fiance and I have been using iPhoto to create calendars to give away as gifts for a couple years. I have had multiple problems with the latest iPhoto. They occurred on two Macbooks on two different wireless networks (an old white MB from 2006 running Snow Leopard, and the other an MBP running Lion), both with the latest iPhoto. Apple Support told me I should have used Time Capsule to avoid the first two of these errors (which, I was told, are documented bugs in their software). I was bummed because I initially spent around over 8 hours building the print book project!
- Fonts changing when opening journal print book projects (fixed by completely restarting an 80 page book :-/ )
- Pages cannot be rearranged in print books - they actually swap rather than drag and drop (fixed by again, completely restarting the project!)
- When checking out, in calendars have an unspecified error and I have to cancel and fix individual photos (fixed by canceling
- Photos randomly become blank icons and I have to reupload the photos
- Photos that are dragged and dropped into a calendar don't show up in a random spot in the project and I have to go find them
- When ordering calendars for this holiday season, errors when uploading have resulted in 16 duplicate transactions on my debit card resulting in over $400 of pending transactions that have been unable to be resolved by Apple Support
Has anyone else experienced these problems? Any real fixes?

If you're using iPhoto 5 as you say then, yes, 24k photos is heading close to the Limit of 25k. iPhoto 6 is good for 250,000 images, iPhoto 11 is good for 1,000,000.
I'm going to guess that's a typo and that you have iPhoto 9.5.
I've simply never heard of "too many photos" causing the problem you describe. You don't need more memory. You don't need to break up the Library. "Flushing Memory" is a non-isssue. One of the big improvements in 10.9 is in memory management.
There are a couple of ways to break up a Library while preserving everything. It's dead easy with Aperture - export projects as Library - you can do it with iPhoto simply by duplicating the Library and deleting from the two libraries or use iPhoto Library Manager.
But, as I say, 24k is a small Library. My main library is more than twice the size of that.
Are Aperture and iPhoto using the same Library?
As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

WCEM30 Basket checkout error

I'm working on a new WCEM 3.0 implementation and get a strange error. The installation is using SAP ECC as a backend, and we are using SAP ECC 5.0 SP9. WCEM is installed on a NW 7.3 SP8.
Products can be added to the shopping basket, but if we have more than one itemline, the application fails with the below exception. If we only have one itemline, it works fine.
We get the error on a clean installation, so no extra development has been done.

In fact we were developing compoent library that constructs WebDynpro UI automatically over any WS (by wsdl) or RFC.
So I needed some real-world WebServices (the more complex the better to check functionality.
Sadly, eBay service seems to be "too complex". Besides 2Mb of WSDL (and ~5Mb of generated classes) it has some non-trivial schema elements that cause WS client proxy generator to fail.
So the verdict is

That's a server message : ebay's computers, rather than yours.
You could try clearing cache & cookies for ebay in your browser : eg. Safari - Preferences - Privacy
& if you still have problems, restart your modem/router.

IE 9 - can't sign in to ebay (every other site works fine, as before)

I can't sign in to ebay from my main computer; I can get to the main ebay website (www.ebay.com) and I can get to sign-in page, but when I enter my user ID and password, ebay displays an error page and returns immediately
to the sign-in page. The error page flashes by so quickly I can't read it, although I have tried probably 30 times or so to catch enough of the words to determine at least the subject of the problem. I've cleaned out the cache, including all cookies; I've

Trusted Sites icon, 'Sites' button... remove Ebay from your Trusted Sites list..... websites work just as well in the (default) Internet Zone.
Create separate windows accounts for each user that shares your computer, so that nothing is changed on your windows account without your knowledge.
For the best security open Ebay with InPrivate browsing.
Ebay won't login properly if you have their site in the Trusted Sites list in IE because there is a security setting to prevent navigation to zones of lower integrity.... Ebay use a sub-domain to validate your credentials and have a number of different global
websites with different domains.

"This document could not be checked out." SharePoint 2010 checkout action using IE8

I am setting up a two-server farm, and most everything works, except the checkout action for a document. This problem occurs in both site collections, one of which requires checkout, and the other does not.
Here are the options I've tried:
Snow Leopard, Firefox 3.0.1 - works
Snow Leopard, Safari - works
Win 2003, IE 7 - works
XP, Firefox - works
XP, IE 8 - "This document could not be checked out. You may not have permission to check out the document or it is already checked out or locked for editing by another user."
In IE8, I am able to open a document as read only then use the button presented by Word to check out the document. I cannot use that as a workaround, as not all users have a version of Office that will allow checkout in that way.
Checkin works fine. I need to resolve the checkout error.

I was having the same problem mentioned here. I noted that this problem only appears when I use the FQDN in the URL ex 'http://hostname.domain.com/default.aspx'. If I access the Sharepoint site using the URL 'http://hostname/default.aspx', then
I do not have any problems checking files in or out.
I ran into this same error pattern when trying to do a document edit (library is set to force a check out), or do a direct check out via the ribbon menu or item context menu. Oddly enough when we would use the 'Edit Properties' ribbon button (which forces
a check out) we did not get an error and the document's status would change to 'checked out'. Below are the two messages we would receive when trying to do a check out:
IE error message - "This document could not be checked out. You may not have permission to check out this document or it is already checked out or locked by another user." - Click OK
IE Error message - "The document could not be opened for editing. A Microsoft SharePoint Foundation compatible application could not be found to edit the document." - Click OK
After trying several different suggestions I realized that I wasn't having the problem when I was accessing the site locally via FQDN but only when I was using the Public Site URL (via https). Turns out we were getting the error because we did not have
an AAM currectly setup. Once I changed our AAM for the Internet zone with the Public URL value instead of the FQDN the error went away.
Hope this helps anyone else trying to track this down. Oh and this was SP2010 w/SP1 (Patch version 14.0.6106.5001) on Win2008 R2 with clients running both Win7 and WinXP using IE8.

Errors while attempting to install Spatial to Oracle Enterprise 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit

I am attempting to manually install Oracle Spatial with Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64 bit. It is my understanding that in order to install Oracle Spatial, that the following components are required:
1) Java
2) XML database
3) Oracle Multimedia (In Pre-11g versions, its called interMedia)
I was able to successful install the Java component running the following scripts when connected as sysdba:
alter system set "_system_trig_enabled" = false scope=memory;

Does anyone have any idea on what might be causing these errors to occur? After the script finishes, it appears that the XML component is installed correctly. I ran the following query to check:
select comp_id,version,status from dba_registry
     where comp_id in ('XML');
COMP_ID
VERSION
STATUS
XML
11.2.0.3.0
VALID
Should I be concerned about any of these errors?

I think those errors are ok as they are really warnings about stuff that does not exist. As long as the status is VALID in the end, the component
should be valid.
